I will not ever be attending a place that falsely promotes a nice atmosphere online, and has a whole different set of rules when you get to the door! No where on line is a dress code enforced!! Also when you simply present that to the 6"5 security guard at the door he tells you he doesn't give a s%#t! What the website says and doesn't care if you reach out to the contacts on the web page.This makes Indy really look bad to visitors from other states!! I would not recommend any one to visit this venue!! Not even worth one star!!On top of that! The security guards were dressed in just about the same thing we had on!! Really! So that tells me they're being selective on who they allow in.So moving forward it would be nice to know what is the appropriate dress code for this venue online.That way people will know what the appropriate dress code is versus Getting there to get embarrassed!!

Walked in as a potential new client. Was greeted by Joe that helped facilitate the process. He got me set up with a direct deposit checking account and even processed a loan for me. The underwriters wouldnt give me the loan but Joe went above and beyond to help make it happen. I am still with this bank today. I have never seen this location busy or experienced a waiting line. The staff are always courteous when I walk in and are dressed as true professionals.
