Some sell staff needs better training on responding to customer queries! It is not good if they just cannot answer few queries! However the reception folks are great ! The ratings come from behaviour of sales folks !

I visited most of jewellers in Indore, but I found very unique and lots of collection at Punjab Jewellers Shahenai Recidency. They have good collection of every gold jewellery. Anamika mam is very polite and she is having good knowledge of gold making charges and everything.
