Had a really bad experience. I took a couple Spa at their facility and was disappointed. The staff was inexperienced and I had the WORST deep tissue massage(their menu mentioned it as javanese massage) of my life. The therapist applied no pressure at all. Adding to it, they ended the 1 hour session (as mentioned in the menu) in 45 mins stating that the remaining time is for bath. Even confronted this with the manger and he was also adamant about this. This is very expensive Spa with untrained staff. Would NOT recommend it.

Amazing experience. Right from the way they receive you at the reception to the therapy, everything is pixel perfect. Special mention for Martha who did an amazing job. I've been a regular visitor here, but today's therapy was the best! Would highly recommend coming here if you're looking for a therapy in Indore. Just book an appointment in advance to avoid any inconveniences.

Best Day Spa is right! I just had the best massage at Zivaya Spa. I was super skeptical walking into a mall spa business. You always think there is some weird front and undercover operation happening there. As I walked in, their ambience of darkness and low lighting put me as ease as the gentle spa music took place quietly in the distance. Sipping on water waiting for my massage therapist to call me in, I felt at ease and knew I was in good hands. I was able to talk with my massage therapist face to face and discuss if I had any pain or issues. That was very nice!!! Therapist listened to everything I had to say and was very mindful. He was able to work very deep. It was well needed and my body thankful. As the session was over and was checking out, I ran into an old friend who comes there often. This seems like the happening place. Best place to take Spa.
