The worst travel experience i had in my 15 years of travel. The Driver (Mr. Sanjay) from Bhopal to Indore was so arrogant and his answers to travelling customers were so aggressive and also he used a lot of unparliamentary words and he was always threatening customers that he would stop the bus midway. Their service is always late and all that they care for is the extra money received from unreserved passengers. Kindly avoid this Hans travels and try some other travels

This is not a bus. Deals only with goods and luggage transportation. No value of passengers. As well they will not drop you at final destination where you booked for it. They will drop 50-70 km before your destination forcefully. Shame on all bus booking platforms like make my trip, red bus, abhi bus and many more in list which allowed this worst bus operators in their platform. They degraded their standard by this type of worst bus service. Hans travel either you should inform passengers before boarding about actual drop point or should drop at exact booked location. As they will take full money of destination and will drop you anywhere. Will suggest don’t travel in this truck service. Not at all bus. Fakers all around. Bus no is NL 07B 0543.

Nice well managed depot Had breakdown of bus , Promptly got repair of AC and tyre Change Seen Workshop, Spacious and everything needed to repair or make new bus is available, Even had impression that mechanical staff and management was upto standard.

I am traveling by booking HANS TRAVELS through Abhi bus from ujjain to Bhusawal with ticket PNR number 215673320, and I am in the bus from ujjain to Bhusawal right now. I am totally angry as the time given to me was 5.30 pm from ujjain and the bus moved at 5.15 from the destination,I somehow managed to catch the bus and the staff talked to me in a very bad manner,then after reaching indore where I had to change the bus as per HANS terms ,the bus from indore to Bhusawal was expected to arrive at 9.30 on ,arrived at 11.10 pm and the bus condition is so bad and the seats are torn with bugs in it,also the seats are making sound along with the engine,and the suspension is very very bad,this was the first time I booked through Abhi bus and got the worst experience from HANS TRAVELS end. I Want my money refund, else will have to go to CONSUMER COURT to get justice.

Pathetic service they guys offer to you, don’t book them at all for your tour they won’t provide anything which is committed and moreover they have buses which runs on route like indore to ujjain so the condition of the bus is also very dirty, not cleaned at all. The driver they sent in the bus was not medically well as he had paralysis and the owner told that it has nothing to do with his medical condition with driving, how can we rely on someone who is paralysed for lives of more than 35 people. Then the AC of the bus won’t work and they will give you excuses like its too hot it will take time but it won’t work. I wasted my money and booked another bus after travelling for 2 hrs in their bus as we came from delhi to indore for ujjain darshan with a group of 35 as family In short they must shut down this business or improve the services if they wanna be in hospitality business

They have enough space but they don't have proper sitting arrangement and staff have so much attitude. Worker think they are owner not everyone but one of the gye was rude. And bus was not soo good as compared to royal star. Royal star bus and staff was sooo good.

Only one member is present at office so enquires are not possible.staff is not at all professional. Randomly changes are made to your tickets. Also no details of buses travelling are shown on screen or boards, so we dont understand bus running status. No arrangement for passengers waiting for their bus. Entrance is space is really small and is always crowded for buses. Cleanliness is not maintained at the office as well as in the buses. Better if you choose any other bus service.

Moreover their customer care service is pathetic as hell they gave false information to the passengers who is standing on the bust stop at 3 am midnight about the bus driver's number and bus details. I'm going to make sure that in future am never going to travel from this bus company. This company should close their bus services if they cannot manage.

I had booked a ticket from Hans travels from Dewas to Pune on 25th June 2023. The bus was showing a connecting bus from Indore and it was showing for the pick up from Bhopal Bypass Rd to indore, but there was no communication made from Hans travels that the bus which was supposed for a pick up from Dewas got broke down, and when contacted at the customer care centre they provided the pick up man's number Mr. Vijay who was fully drunk and was not even in a position to talk properly and told me to travel to indore at our own cost. When again contacted the customer care person they commited for a refund against the travel from Dewas to Indore, but when reached at the Hans Travels office at Piplihyana Rd, their service manager didn't even respond properly and told to contact the customer care for the refund against the travel made from Dewas to Indore. Also the bus which was scheduled at 7 pm from Dewas, but i didn't get the bus details till 7 pm and got the bus details at 7:51 pm. So I had to travel on my own from Dewas to Indore. This is extremely bad service experience from Hans travels and would never recommend anyone to travel with Hans travels in future.

If you are going to Ujjain they will drop you in Indore in front of his office and then you will pick any bus going to Ujjain infront of his office no guarantee of sits in that bus Because other passengers already travel in that bus enquiry system is very bad.

There is no sevices by Hans travel. I have travelled from Bhopal to Indore. There is no person for luggage removal, there are lots of passengers who remove your luggage self & also me.

Do not go for hans travel...First of all we book tickets from ujjain to pune..but they givan us local bus till Indor then givan us travels it took lot of time we are waiting a lot at indor stop at night.after that driver takan lot of local passenger in cabin every 10-15 it's stopping the bus like local and taking lot of passenger in cabin we are unable to sleep and finally bus rich too late.also the for dinner they stop one restaurant that is also not good for service it's very slow and driver also asking us to have fast dinner.very worst experience ever. This is my 2nd time in Hans for long travel. Last time I was very happy, travel with Hans bus & this time I'm also happy😊. Its Amazing, comfortable seats,Punctual and the behaviour of staff are also good. 🤗

They have created a passenger stop out of their Work shed here. Though there is large area available for them for backing out Buses etc. The management is useless. They leave out confirmed present passengers very frequently. During my visit I vitnessed at least 4-5 quralling passengers. Not a good show for service which charges such hefty tickets. The wash rooms they have are outright dirty. Also there are not much good restaurant or eateries nearby... So you are stuck until your bus arrives. More so if you are transferring from other Bus(like from Bhopal)

Third class bus staff of pune branch and also very rude staff I was just 5 minutes late due to traffic and the bus was gone. I also requested Pls wait for just 5 min they said no it's your fault we will not wait and when I asked for refund they are saying we will not give. They are just taking money . This is 5th time I’m writing a complain against Hans Travels, And No response or action I’ve received from their management. I think there is no one to listen passengers query. I’ve boarded from Nasik to Ujjain Dated - 14/12/23, Lead time to reach Ujjain was 7 AM (Next Morning) It’s 8.35 and I’m still heading towards Ujjain via Dewas (Route changed). They let us to change Bus from Indore on the time when had to reach Ujjain. Hans Travels assumes their passengers like a part load material, Anywhere they can drop you at anytime with worst service among all.
