Mismanagement Irresponsible staff Very long waiting hours (2+ hours) No value to your time. When escalated all the above issues to the dr. Itself. He assured that he will definitely work on these things and will try to resolve it. But instead of working on his clinic management, we received a call from his staff member that if we do not remove this google review they will not give us a appointment. And when we told them that this is unethical and very unprofessional , the staff member told us that they don't care, we have to remove this google review if we need to see Dr. This was really unprofessional, Pathetic. Also staff member lacks in communication skills. Just FYI – We don’t need an appointment now. The motive of writing this is to just let people know that how was our experience at this clinic.

Very unprofessional and rude staff. They make fun of patients… no doubt Dr is good but the staff is really very bad. If you are new patient then only they will give you immediate appointment and after that if you want to visit the clinic again for the follow up they will tell you to take the appointment…. And will give appointment after 2-3 days… the worst thing is that they are making fun of patients and talking ill about the patients even though they already knew they are sitting in neuro clinic and the person who genuinely have the problem will come there for the treatment… and this kind of behaviour will make them more depressed, under confident and make them feel they are actually different from others even though they have very little issues… really disappointed and even though Dr Aveg sir is really good Dr but because of his management most of his patients will think twice to visit the clinic again.

Very Very unprofessional staff. Doctor keep talking to someone over phone [it was not an urgent call clearly ]with long list of patient waiting in queue for hours. Before my appointment a lady was already waiting for 2-3 hours, Doctor sent back her to wait again, even she was clue less why she needs to wait again. Staff keeps calling over phone that you need to come within half hour our or you will miss appointment and after reaching on time I waited for almost 2 hours. Doctor might me a good neurologist, but he definitely needs to understand importance of time management. He is not only the for whom time is important

Very irresponsible staff. I have been taking treatment from this doctor for the past 1.5 years. I was advised not to take any medicines other than the ones prescribed and When I tested positive for covid, my family members and I repeated called them for advice and there was no response. Even when they give appointment we have to wait 3 hours and they also give appointment for days when the doctor is not available and forget to inform and cancel the appointment. The management asked us to send them the picture of last prescription and transfer the money but I have been waiting for 4 days now and they have still not given me medicines for further treatment. When I started the treatment, doctor asked me to never miss my medicines but now I haven't been taking any medicines for 4 days because of their carelessness.

The doctor and staff both are very irresponsible doctor scared us regarding the situation of my brother with some medical terms even after having consultation timely and from last five years but the last meeting was the worst we saw the greedy and patient unfriendly behaviour he looks very quiet and always smile but when we say anything which he doesn't want to listen then we saw the other side of the doctor he just made us very sacred regarding the condition of my brother . Never ever visit to such doctor whose mind is to make only money and never respect the patient concern. Even in a very critical condition of my brother he didn't even given any relaxation, he just want to make money and after 5 years of treatment we are on the same place and finally we changed the doctor and he gave us such a relaxation which he was not able to give us in 5 years .Their is no such patient doctor relation ship it's just doctor and bait (patient) or money relationship

Worst experience I had. No management, only money 💰 importance is there for him. I visited there and have got to wait for 3 and half hour even then had appointment before 3 days . So so so irritating and behaviour of staff was very bad no manners,no talking senses, no responsibility ,no respect. Dr . Should look into this matter at first his own responsibility to reach at clinic on time otherwise please don't give so called timeing to the already annoyed patients.dr please manage your self first.

The receptionists are so bad, they call and say come before this time, the doctor will be gone, and already a person has called and booked the appointment one day earlier. Once you arrive, they will make you sit for 3–4 hours because other patients are arriving one after us... and they call this service. Or, if you have 6 hours to spare, then go. Try somewhere else. They will call and say, "Come sir, we will not allow you after this time." You reach out and wait as other people are also coming. For proof, try to go see the Justdial board at seating place . It's all marketing, man. A waste of time.

Unprofessional staff and doctor. They are very rude to the patient. They are making only money. Please don't waste your time and money here. There are several good doctor's who value their patient and listen kindly to them instead only earning money.

Worst management i have ever seen , they use the word “Appointment” but u still have to wait at least 2 hours here , in the morning doctor get late still patients have to wait a lot and the staff call the patients 9am in the morning and there will be no clue of the doctor , he will come around 12pm !!!!! If u r visiting here just take a leave for a whole from your work dont get trapped in the word “Appointment” !!! Worst Management!!!!!

Consult only once per 1000/- so if you are wealthy enough then only approach him , but suggest you don`t go at all because these ratings doesn`t justify his professionalism and what he is doing ! I live in foreign country and I have several back and leg pain so I tried to get his online consultation but the reception team told the online consultation is only on chat and I have to come india for proper consultation. How irrresponsible. Now i visited recently and i am shocked to see how rude the receptionist indeed kisi patient ki izzat nhi krti ye log. Doctor is fine atleast he listen my problem but receptionist dont even know how to give bill.she tore the bill. Also the receptionist did my brain mapping test and it was like fun to her she was not serious.i will never visit this clinic again where test is even not done seriously.

Don't go, he is not a good doctor, there is no relief from his treatment, we have been showing him for 2 months, there is no relief and on top of that vomiting has become a new disease, the result is very bad.

There is lots of communication gap between doctor and patient due to his staff. Patient have to wait for 5-7 hours if doctor would write any test. If you are new you should first negotiate with staff before coming.

Dr. Aveg Bhandari is a very good neuro surgeon and his staff is also very helpful.My dad is 92 years old But after one month's treatment of Dr. Aveg Bhandari ji father got 80% relief and father has got enough comfort in walking, now he has started walking without support, thank you very much Dr. Bhandari ji.

The staff at indore neuro centre is very helpful and supportive . We came without appointment first .There was a long list of appointments but still we were adjusted in the schedule on our request.
