Good hospital for eyes related diseases.senior doctors specially take care of complicated cases. Behaviour of all staff is also good. Library, pharmacy, blood sample collection, parking and mediclaim facilities available. But stay in facilities not available for patients after operations. Complete hospital is very neat and clean.

My experience was not good in this hospital. Doctors not listen patients problems properly and also they not explaining reasons and possible treatment. Consultantation Fees and test chgs also very high. I am not recommend this hospital.

My mother had dcr surgery done rajas eye hospital surgery was very painful as well as doctor not given any discharge papers just give 1 printed page which had no information about surgery as well as dont have any facility to stay night as well staff behaviour not so good and before the surgery they don't give information about surgery i will never suggest anyone this hospital for DCR surgery very very bad and discasting hospital.

My visit to Rajas Hospital for an OPD appointment was quite frustrating. I had an appointment, but the wait time was unbelievably long. I spent hours waiting, and it felt like my time wasn't valued at all. It's disheartening when you set aside time for an appointment and end up waiting for so long. Went there for Lasik consultation, staff was very helpful while performing all the tests. I was with my baby and they helped me a lot by finishing everything soon. Pathetic.. For simple eye checkups they take 3 hours minimum… Staff is clueless, No numbering system, whoever scolds the staff will be promoted up in sequence. 5 Stars to the Dr. but minus 500 to staff and appointment procedures.. And yes, No parking space.. Horrible experience.

Of course Doctor is experienced and provide good treatment to patients. If you have critical eye ailment you should definitely visit Rajas hospital. But for regular Chekeups I would not recommend because you need to wait for long time and fees is also high and you are not going to get any addition benefit. You will only listen staff shouting patients name. Istead Visit any nearby eye specialist.
