Situated on the second floor, Kava is an all-day dining restaurant that serves Indian and Western cuisines and their menu features both buffet and a la carte options. Decor: Kava opens up to a bar and the entire space is elegantly done in different shades of brown and turquoise; the seating is well spread out along with modern decor elements that only add up to the casual dining ambience and make the space look tranquil and serene. Menu/Food: Primarily a buffet restaurant, the a la carte menu at Kava is limited and features few dishes. I stuck to the buffet and had the hot and sour soup along with two starters- Paneer was well crafted but cheese balls were bland and undercooked, salads included peculiar options- a pear salad, paneer tikka salad and aubergine salad -it failed to suit my palate. For Continental and Italian entree options they offered a choice of Vegetable Au Gratin and Cream cheese pasta with basil and cherry tomatoes both of which were toothsome. The only redeeming course in the entire menu was their Indian main course which offered Mushroom mutter masala, Yellow dal, Vegetable Jalfrezi, Methi Paneer along with the regular bread options. Their rice preparations included Curd rice and Vegetable Hyderabadi biryani both of which were palatable. The desserts section could do with some more options as they only had three Indian desserts (two of which were Gulab jamun and Rabdi) and a regular chocolate cake for the Continental dessert. Service: The service staff is well trained, extremely courteous and prompt. Recommendation: They do well for a quick business lunch, but that is all that there is to it; refrain from going to this place if you are hoping to enjoy a scrumptious and a tantalizing meal because the overall experience will leave you a little dissatisfied. I wouldn’t really recommend this place until they increase the variety and improve the taste of their dishes because that is what matters the most at the end of the meal.

We had organized a corporate dinner buffet for our office staff members and had shared the dineout booking id, the booking email, etc for the same as is the usual practice everywhere with Dineout schemes. The front office exec Mr. Rajesh was extremely rude to us and was rather ill-trained in hospitality and human courteousness and began demanding Invoice proof, etc for the same even after providing all documents. We provided all documents requested and thanked him for his rude behavior promising to never come there again for it. If you wish to be treated badly, do visit this place. Highly recommended if you wish to be humiliated!

Out of the World!!👌👌👌👌👌👌 One of the finest restaurants that I have visited and one of my Favourite as well. The service here is one of the best and you feel very Royal with the treatment. Food here is very very Delicious and you would always wish that you had an extra stomach 😋😋. There is also a Bar attached to the restaurant. Watch out for festival and important day offers. Best wishes to the Hotel and Special special Thanks to the staff ( or , should I say my friends) of the restaurant. They are the ones who actually make you feel special, including the Chef who are kind enough to check on you and genuinely ask if the items meet our taste buds. Just visit once and experience it. 🙏🙏🙏

We booked 9 buffets from Dineout for a birthday celebration. It cost us approximately ₹800 per person. For context, I had buffets at various places and this was the worst experience I ever had. Staff: When we entered there was no attendee at the front desk and the restaurant was understaffed. For the first 10-15 minutes there was not a single waiter to attend to us. I remember a specific incident where I had to ask 3-4 times for drinking water as it was unavailable on the table upon arrival. I mean that it is pretty default to keep drinking water on each table. The staff was generous but it was messed up on the management part. Food: The food was extremely dry and tasted bland. There was chicken malai tikka and it didn't have any malai, tasted like boiled chicken. White sauce pasta didn't have any white sauce, just the dry pasta. I mean I can go on and on for every single item but you get the point. It was worthless. Ambience: This was the only thing that catered to the brand Marriott. There was live music and the vibe was good but what’s the point when you can't enjoy the food? Highly recommend skipping this place!

Not recommended at all. It was on 5th August that we ordered 2 chicken biryanis from kava and sorry to say that the chicken provided was rotton, hard to chew and there was a stale smell in the biryani. We contacted the delivery partner and reported the issue….after numerous followups and posting multiple reviews on Instagram about the biryani, we got a call from one of the guys promising that we will be given free meal for once whenever we visit the hotel again or order anything at home. We planned to order some dinner in September end and came to know that the person who promised has left the place and the other staff had no idea of what was happening. After getting connected to one of the staffs, again he promised that we will be refunded with the whole amount but sorry again..there has neither been any return yet nor any call from them. This kind of service is not at all expected from such a brand. We go to these places expecting good hospitality and services along with some good food. But here we have experienced only the negative. Seeing the hospitality and food taste and rotton stuff-Would never like to visit again and never recommend anyone.

I have visited here for the dinner buffet 3-4 times. Here are the things I would like to mention that really needs to improve a lot: (1) Food variety is less as compared to a normal buffet in this price range. They should definitely look into it. (2) Food quality: Hygiene: 4.5/5, Taste: 2.5/5, Freshness: 3/5 (3) Service: Staff is well behaved with a smile on their face while serving. Serving time should be less and calling them for a service also takes time. (3.5/5). Starters are below average in taste always. Soup plates and Soup spoons were also not there and we have to ask them to bring it for us. If you just want to visit for a change you can try here otherwise better options are available in this price range in Indore.

Although the whole serving staff is doing a fabulous job, special mention for Kumkum as she is putting in her 100% and attended to each of our requests with a smile. Kudos!

Not recommended... The staff is rude and did not attend the guests... They neither offered the food nor served the food even if they were asked... Food tastes very bad and they did not serve the fresh cooked food... They did not kept the napkin, did not clean or change the plates... Will not recommend to anyone...

Wish there was a negative star rating. Food,service everything pathetic. Asked for a pani puri 5 times got it 1 time while I was on the deserts😂. Mann funny and pathetic experience overall. Would rather go kallu ka dhaba next time than this 🙏🏻

Very bad experince, they have this offer of beer in 99, i saw the post and cald on their number for the same and they said yes the offer is available you can come. When i reached there with my friend they said only 1 beer is available for that price(could have told this over call) They didnt agreed for the replacement beer as well. Time is very important, i was there to enjoy my time rather felt embarassed in front of my friend.

I went there for brunch and here is my review. The Good 1. Once you enter the premise you are welcomed by a very curtious staff, from valet to waiter everyone is prompt and hospitable. 2. Draught beer is amazing. 3. Live performance artist was brilliant. The Bad 1. Once you enter the hotel, first thing your senses will pick is a very low but evident stale smell... like someone hid a mouldy bread around the corner, Secondly you will notice packets of "Aakash Bhujiya" decorated in the shelf straight in line of view from enterance. 2. Brunch was not prepared/served untill 1.30 P.M. which is way past the time they mention online. 3. Spread is average at best. No welcome drink were served whereas they mention 2, Paneer dish which they serve as starter was also served as an option in salads...very limited options were there for every course and the taste was again mediocer. 4.Desserts options available were the bottom shelf cheap mawa sweets available at local Methaiwala which people avoid buying. Verdict Buffet at Kawa is an average experiance that is below Marriott standards. Needs Improvement. You can skip it if you have other options in mind. Chef need to come up with more gourmet option or the restaurant need to come up with new chef. Curtious Staff alone will not help in running the hotel. What's the deal with "Aakash Bhujia" who does that to a chain like Mariott. Use Air Fresher 12 times a day.

Went to Kava for dinner on Sunday 11 June 2023. I filled the feedback form expecting to get a call from their side as, I give them information and rating about the food and service but I have not received any call from their side. The only good aspect about this place is the staff who serve you with a smile. The deserve a 5 star rating. The food for which you actually go for dinner is absolutely pathetic. Except for the chicken tikka starter none of the other starters were worth eating at all. The sev in the papdi chaat was old and stale. The crispy corn semed to have been leftovers of the lunch buffet or the previous day and some fresh fried crispy corn added to it. All the other starters were absolutely tasteless. The chicken biryani in the main course had burnt and hard pieces of chicken. The baked veg was absolutely runny. The lemon coriander soup hardly tasted the way it should. All the other veg and non veg dishes in the main course are not even worth mentioning as they were bland and tasteless and looked absolutely unappetizing. The deserts all seemed to have been picked up from some unknown sweet shop and served in small bits. The only saving grace was the sevaiya kheer which was slightly edible. This place is an absolute no no if you want to enjoy good food.

Superb ambience with live music. Loved the hospitality. We went for a buffet and it was superb experience. The gallery is superb with such a lively view. Food options were bit less in dinner but the overall experience was very good.

Would give negetive start rating if possible. Why they have opened Kava.

There is a lack of decent variety in their buffet and the quality is not at par with the other Marriott hotels. The only reason the experience was good was polite servers and welcoming decor.

Food was not at all tasty , very few options were available there , I could have get more testy food at any place , few Non veg option was available that too not testy , they served only few starter available, we left from there unsatisfied .

Enjoyed delicious food very good variety excellent servers. Very polite. Followed mannerism required. Great hospitality. Fairfield Mariott Indore is the best hotel in Indore. Would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Had a Buffet yesterday night, the food was terrible. No taste, no proper service, the proper choice of menu, and totally bland food. Totally spoiled the mood and the evening. Wouldn't recommend anyone. 2 star only for the person singing and playing the guitar otherwise doesn't deserve a single star.
