had a very very bad experience. though i made advance payment but prior to assigning the room they asked for full payment. In buffet breakfast they didn't serve live veg item to us mentioning that they don't have anything like that but after one hour they start to serve. The restaurant experience is pathetic. They didn't even serve tea on table but when i ask them that why you serve the same to other guest the response was that other guest are staying here for a long time. Also the room service is very poor. Asked for an additional blanket at least 5 times and then after 6 time they provide. i don't know how this hotel got such good revives but this is reality. food taste is poor. They are serving cold tea by steaming it in coffee vending machine

I stayed here for about 5 days and I will recommend this hotel to others. Rooms are clean. Staff is helpful and friendly. Good wifi. Food is a bit expensive but there are many eating options outside the hotel. Location is decent. Located in a crowded area so no safety issue.

Our entire stay of 2 nights and 3 days with our big family was a great time. The staff support with their incredible service was excellent. The breakfast and room service would be top picks among the great experience at the hotel. We recommend anyone for the nice stay in well located hotel.

Rooms are compact natural light not there but room is very clean and tidy. Service is good staff are very polite and complimentary breakfast was very good.Sudha Sharma is very friendly.Though my stay was for very short duration Ambience at the restaurant is very good and very clean . Situated in prime location Indore, this hotel has beautiful rooms for stay. Breakfast is also served well in time, hot and fresh. Variety of dishes and classic english bf served too. We were guided by Sudha Sharma and she is very good at her work… keep up the good work Hotel Team

I have stayed here for 4 days. Service is much better than expected. The rooms are clean and hospitable. Food is good enough but would prefer Indore Street food. My only suggestion to management would be to improve amenities in bathroom and make them user friendly.

Room were Neat and Clean. Staff were very polite and Supportive. Breakfast was very tasty and with wide variety. Food is also good. Hotel can be reached easily from railway and bus station using public transport.

rooms are good but I stayed for 3 nights. I never got hot water in shower. I complained but it was not rectified. water flow in washroom is very poor just after first person takes a shower. It needs to be repaired

Located in a student area so other than the restaurant there are lots of options for food and many of them are quite cheap in case you need a change. Their own restaurant is decent too. The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly.

Stayed with family & friends and have taken #2 rooms and both the rooms are big and had enough space. There is also a couch which was converted as an additional bed. Master bed was King size and #3 people can manage. My stay was included with morning Breakfast and the food was very good and had a variety - both North & South Indian like Idly, Poha, Poori, Bread, Sweets and it was very nice... Location was also very nice and you can get all type of street food over evening/night for decent quality with less price.. Service was also nice

We had a pleasant stay at Playotel Inn Sonash in Indore. All the staffs are very polite, helpful and cooperative. Property is new and rooms are spacious as well as neat and clean with all the amenities available. This hotel is centrally located with all the main attractions are easily accessible. Their complimentary breakfast quality was excellent with lots of variety. They arranged for a complimentary birthday cake as I stayed in their hotel in my birthday week which was an amazing gesture. Overall it was a memorable experience and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Indore.

Good hotel, rooms are specious with enough big bed and also a sofa-cum-bed. The bathroom is also big enough and well maintained. The breakfast included in the room tariff is also a good varieties and it changes most of the days.

The overall service is good, the location is good, and the availability of local transport is good. Food quality can be improved. But the staff is excellent

Terrible experience. When i went to check in, we were people of 4. So we booked 2 rooms. 1 of the rooms were give immediately but the 2nd room took sometime. They gave us the 2nd room after a whole hour. The rooms had no window or balcony whatsoever. Very bad ventilation and the room smelt funky. The location is nice as it's close to everywhere. Food is pretty nice as well.

The food and service at the restaurant was of average quality. The water from the tap was not hot enough. They also overcharged us for the rooms and refused to provide a refund.

This time the portion size of each item is too large that we could not finish any single item. Second, the price is also decreased as compared to previous year. The chef is also changed, expect different taste from past years. Staff is polite, all Covid measures were taken and fast service.

We really liked this place. Its situated on main road so you don't have to travel in interiors. Plus the rooms are neat and clean. We all really loved the breakfast. We were there for almost 4 days and everyday we enjoyed our breakfast. The team and staff are very polite. So my overall experience was good.

Location of the hotel is right next to the main road. Everything is very much accessible. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Even though everything was good, but reception staffs were not cooperative and behaved rudely with me. They charged me extra for early checkin just for 2 hours prior to their timing which I think was not a good experience. Also, they did not provide breakfast even after charging extra.

Rooms are clean but small in size. And the food is amazing. Worst part is their service. I stayed for 4 nights and each day on reception I keept on saying that I need laundry service and towels,very sad they didn't provide me. In future will look for some good hotel who will provide good room service.

This is one of the best hotel in Indore, very comfortable beds, big size rooms, coperative and honest staff, best service i have seen in my life. breakfast served was also good. Very easy to find location. i recommed this hotel personally. even if you are looking for some budget hotel increase your budget by 400-500 but stay here. you woll never regret.

Loved this place. For what we paid, this was a VFM deal. Situated on the main road with a parking space opposite this place. The rooms were clean, modern and cozy, lacking windows. The bathrooms were neat and clean. You might want to ask the hospitality staff to tune down the corridor speakers as they were pretty loud throughout the day. The staff was good, and were attentive. The highlight was the breakfast menu which was delightful. Had a heavy and happy breakfast before leaving this place. Completely recommended.

Hotel is good for short stay. Do check price online as it's bit cheaper. Hotel rooms do not have windows (if at all it matters to you). Sufficiently spacious rooms. Centrally located in Indore. Property is neat and clean. Locality is fine.

No dedicated parking area.Not worth the price. You would have to park your vehicle near the street. It's not located on the main road , but beside the service road, which is very crowded due to coaching students' rush. In fact, all the hotels in this area are located beside service road , with no dedicated parking. Rooms are okay. Television has only free channels. No other subscription. No bathrom slippers were provided.

Hotel is good and food is very very tasty.the staff is very helpful.rooms are big we booked two rooms but there were smell of cigarettes in both the rooms.we asked to change the rooms ad they immediately change our rooms.we are happy and satisfied.

A very comfortable and safe stay at Playotel Inn Sonash at AB road. Staff is very friendly and helping. Breakfast had decent options and was of good quality and taste. Nice rooms with all standard amenities like tea-coffee maker, shower, toiletries etc. In peak seasons, this could get costlier but you can talk with them upfront to get discounts. Overall a satisfying stay. Definitely recommend.

Great place at this price point. Rooms are huge. Washroom is huge. Cleanliness is superb. At times more than is required. Bed and bedding fantastic. Flip side is the hot water flow. Couldn't get it at 5 AM. And loud lobby music. Or else great place to be in. On wide road away from the noise. Plenty of eating options. Hotel breakfast was good with good options. Since I was leaving early morning, the provided complimentary breakfast on the day of check in. All in all. Good place

Spacious rooms.good service. Humble staff. While check in it took 30 min around beacuse of rush and only one person to handle. Only drawback was there is not a single room with window and they describe them 'room with city view".

We wish to update you about our experience in your hotel. 1. Hotel is new and rooms are quite compact. 2. As a Corporate hotel, rooms are okay and hotel is well connected. 3. Breakfast has good variety and nice tasty spread out. 4. The support system in room service is poor. And Manager is very arrogant. 5. Not interested in understanding the customer problem nor bothered about resolving it. Not polite even in talking and understanding.

Parking available on main road only. Price is little high. Overall good experience. Rooms are clean. Outside food delivery are restricted but they allow once as we don't aware of it. Stopper is not available in rooms for safety and privacy. Any one can enter with key. Hotel management please look in to this.

Rooms were very nice but hotel staff need more traning .. specially House keeping in the name of cleaning they literally do bed cleaning that's it.. and morning breakfast is also not soo good .. Indore is famous for food n tea.. they have very terrible taste of tea n coffe.. need to improvise. Rest we have pleasent stay. All the best Sonash.
