I have found expired goods more than once in the store, and some of the staff members are extremely rude and unprofessional. It is very clear that some employees do not care about their job, and they take it out on customers. They do not care that they are directly affecting the drop in sales due to their poor behavior. Some staff members do not know about or how to use COOP's services via the app. Rude sales assistants should put their energy into learning how to do their job rather than taking their frustrations out on customers. I have had to waste my time, because staff members are incompetent at their job!

Drives me nuts, how can they so rarely have what I need and how come there's always someone holding up the queue? Staff are nice, but the building and stock need a revamp

Shelfs are empty and there are SO MANY RATS OUTSIDE IN THE BUSHES!!!

Not very organized supermarket. Many of the sales items don't have any price tag. Cashier was friendly.
