The front desk at check in was great. She was very helpful! Our room wasn’t very clean and was for a handicapped person so when we showered our floor was completely wet! We had to wait for the shuttle after returning our rental car and the driver didn’t bother to even slow down to see if anyone needed to be picked up, he wasn’t friendly since he had to come back to pick us up. When we checked out the girl seemed put out that I wanted a receipt!! Will not go back, Ever!

I stayed there. Will keep it short but the only thing which was missing was the jacuzzi in the room. I also enjoyed the other hotel guest they were super nice -one even asked me for my cell phone and wallet. The other thing I liked was the fact that the hotel also operated as a off the shelf drug store -the pharmacist were very professional while I was surprised I could only pay in cash.

I was flying into LAX and needed a room for a one night stay and an airport shuttle. I rang the hotel shortly after arriving and they let me know where to go and gave me an approximate time. The other hotel shuttles had more shuttles, however I didn’t mind because it was a nice day. Check-in when smoothly and Vanessa was nice, friendly and efficient. She also helped me get a voucher for the first shuttle the next morning (5:00 am). This place wasn’t my first choice, however because of reimbursement policy it was really my only choice of hotel with an airport shuttle. I have been pleasantly surprised and satisfied with my stay here. I also took a walk around the neighborhood and enjoyed walking around on a lovely afternoon.

Needed something late on the last night of my trip.. chose this as it was inexpensive and close to the airport. Better than a large % of Motel 6 across the country.. but you still get what you pay for. Nothing special but adequate. Room was decent on space, beds were fine for a night. The single person sitting area was..odd. Lady at the front desk was amazing. Motel 6 charging for parking is so very LA.

At first, seeing that I booked a Motel 6 was a bit deflating. I used Hotwire to book so the name isn’t revealed until after you purchase. But it was a reasonable deal and in great proximity to LAX with a shuttle which is what I ultimately needed so I kept it. When I checked in there were 3 ladies who looked inundated for 11pm at night and that’s never a good sign. But by there sounds of it, the people ahead of me were in a similar boat (being relegated to the quickest and most convenient option that a 3rd party site could offer) but much less experienced than I was (I overheard that one had booked the wrong date, another was at the wrong location, etc). So I waited for my turn and it came relatively quickly. The ladies were not frazzled or unpleasant. As a matter of fact they were quite the opposite. They were very engaging and warm which is crucial for any weary traveler. They got me checked in to my room in no time and even offered to help me arrange the shuttle for the morning. The next day came and I’d received news that my flight was going to be delayed for almost another full 24 hours. So I called down to the front to see what the cost of the room would be. Though I could hear the crowd of duties over the phone, Rosa took the time to quote me the rate. After confirming my travel itinerary, I went downstairs to extend my room because I didn’t want to add another irritant at one of the busiest times of day (check out). When I went down, Rosa was even more lovely and helpful in person than over the phone. I had another painless and well facilitated check in process and I was on my way. As for the rooms, they’ve gone through what I’m guessing is a modern overhaul. It’s wood laminate floors and a very Asian inspired bed setting (low and almost tatami looking). The rooms are brightly colored and if I’m being honest, it was a much better experience than I was expecting. The only thing I wish I could’ve added was at least a refrigerator in the room, but other than that I was extremely pleased with my sleeping accommodations and the new improvements to the place. But without question, in my eyes it’s the people that really bring the value. And I do not hesitate to once again thank Rosa and the fine ladies at the front desk for the amazing work they did in making me feel welcome every time I was there.

My stay was fine to say the least! Wasn’t expecting anything too crazy given that this is a motel after all. Check in was easy and faculty were friendly. No complaints there. The room had very little amenities. No body wash. Noticed some hairs on the floor which didn’t give me a good first impression. There was a bug inside the bathroom which immediately made uncomfortable, but having already paid for the stay, I was left with no other option. Only positive thing that I can say is the proximity from LAX to the motel which was only a couple minute drive. The area does have a lot of homelessness so you may want to think about that before deciding to book a stay here.

My stay at the motel 6 in LAX. The customer service was great the receptionist Ashley was warm and welcoming and was a breathe of fresh air after a long trip. Parking could be customary for guest but my over all experience was good. The rooms are clean and staff had good customer service.

By far the worst Motel6 experience. As the conclusion of a multi-week road trip through the USA, we planned to stay for 2 days at a motel near the airport. Motel 6 was familiar to me, and I had previously had very good experiences. Upon arriving at Motel 6 LAX, I experienced pretty much the worst thing that has happened to me during my travels in accommodation: Parking in the motel's parking lot is NOT free. It is $25 for 2 nights. I did not expect that. The access card for the parking gate and also for the room had to be recoded a total of 4 times, during our stay. Each time, a different staff member was at the reception and did this. They simply asked for my room number. There was no verification process. On the fourth occasion, as a test, I provided a different room number and immediately after receiving the card, I acknowledged my "error" and requested the correct room number to be encoded on the key card. Even here, I wasn't asked for any verification. To cap off my negative experience, I encountered cigarette butts in the elevator and on the third-floor hallway.

Not bad. It was super close to LAX and there’s a free shuttle every hour. This hotel is busy so downstairs is always crowded, however once you get upstairs it’s very quiet. The rooms are very simple and plain but clean, great for booking last minute or if you’re on a budget. The only downfall is that you have to bring your own everything! Soap, shampoo and conditioner, and lotion. They do provide soap bars but it’s not something I would use. Luckily it’s close to everything so I went and bought my own. Besides that it was a good stay 💯

I love how we can wait at Airport for the Hotel Shuttle. Motel 6 is very close to the Airport and there are good amount of parking. If we want to pay for parking in advance , we can. And we use our room card with sticker to beep to go in and out. Using room card to beep in elevator to go to our floor too. The room is super clean and I love how the shower curtain is waterproof. Room service always clean the room , change towels , make bed , wipe mirror , and they also clean the floors. Everyone is nice from inside the hotel and outside the security. The only hard part is when we drive it is hard to turn right going out. We don't have light of our own. I was so happy when we had a very big fridge and we can control our own AC. I love how we have a small area to sit with cushion or a chair. Airport Shuttle is every hour , best to sit and wait for shuttle

The rooms and location work just fine. I generally hate writing reviews/ratings of any kind. However, I feel compelled to mention a gentleman named Michael at this location. I arrived late at night after dodging some crazies on the 405. Walking in I found a short line ahead of me. The night shift change was happening, and all of us in line felt a bit tired and restless. Michael noticed this and took the initiative to give calm eye contact to each us while saying “Thank you for your patience - we’ll get you checked in shortly.” This helped to ease our eagerness to check in. After a smooth, quick, and friendly check-in process with Michael, I discovered that my room didn’t have a mini-fridge (some do… you just have to ask). So, I immediately came back downstairs with my bags. Michael greeted me right away, and in less than 3 minutes I was checked into a new room with a mini fridge. Awesome. The cherry on top happened when I realized my parking pass was missing. I came back to the front desk a third time, and once again Michael said hello. He knew right away that I had left the parking pass on the counter. He handed it to me and made me feel chill and welcomed the whole time. I’m the guy who hates being fussed over and asking for help. Luckily, Michael smoothed everything over and he deserves more than just a shout-out here. I have worked in the service industry for nearly 20 years. I know when someone cares and when they don’t. I also know when someone is good at their job and when they go above and beyond. Michael, thank you for making a stressful night end on a calm and comfortable note. You’ll continue to do well in this business being exactly like you were that night. Aim high when the next opportunity presents itself - you’re ready for it.

Exceptional Hospitality and Outstanding Service from Channel! But Room Odor Issue Needs Attention I cannot express enough gratitude for the remarkable service provided by Channel. Her exceptional hospitality and unwavering kindness truly made my stay unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. She graciously accommodated my request for an early check-in, which significantly impacted my travel plans. Her attentiveness and efficiency in handling the check-in process were truly commendable. While my stay at [Hotel Name] was generally satisfactory, I feel it is important to address an issue concerning the room's odor. Upon my arrival, I immediately noticed an unpleasant smell of urine emanating from the fan in the room. To mitigate the smell, I had to turn off the air conditioning and rely on alternative ventilation methods. This solution allowed me to avoid the odor, but it was not an ideal situation. I would like to suggest that the hotel management investigates and resolves this issue promptly. Ensuring a fresh and clean environment for guests is crucial to providing a pleasant stay experience.

Shuttle runs every hour which is convenient. Shuttle driver friendly and helpful. Check in was done quickly and front desk employee was kind and helpful. Room was nice and clean all though it was a ton of empty space near window. Close to airport and lots of places to eat. Safe and secure. Can't get to your floor without a key card..nice security feature

Overall it was a pleasant and reasonable stay. Restaurants, bus stops, coffee shops etc are nearby and the beds were comfy. Loved the idea of having a water fountain at the lobby. We interacted with a nice lady named Tas at the front desk who was super helpful, polite and a pleasure to talk to! The airport shuttle comes once every hour and is very convenient, but please make sure you are waiting at the hotel shuttle pickup area (look for the red boards) at level 2 of any terminal or else you’re gonna miss it.

Originally scheduled to stay for 3 nights. After 1 I had to check out. They assigned us a ground floor level room parking lot facing that was filled with “non hotel persons”. The police were present. Missing basic amenities such as a hair dryer and mini fridge. Room wasn’t clean, bed was saggy. Only reason I have 2 starts instead of one, the front desk was super kind and helpful in letting me checkout early without a penalty.

Had to stay in LA for a night, last minute, and this place was cheap. Being a Motel 6 I had pretty low expectations coming in. However, my stay was excellent from start to end. The ladies at the desk were friendly and helpful. They allowed me to check in a few hours early, no fee. The lobby was spacious and clean. I got to my room and though it was very minimalist, it was clean and bright. I would definitely stay here again.

No frills Motel 6 in a very shady area. LOTS of homeless people!!! The manager was so friendly and amazing!!! I loved her dog 💗. I could have used mini shampoo and conditioner since I forgot to pack them. The room was very clean, I love that they are dog friendly 💗 The mattress was definitely "broken in", I had a 5:45 am flight. It was just a place to crash. I didn't feel safe walking across the street to get food.

You get what you pay for - the price point was nice but the room was definitely lacking. There was hair all over the floor, on the sheets, and on one of the pillows. There was a lip in the bathroom baseboard that had bugs coming in and out of it, and the shower dripped and caused water to end up all over the place when it splattered. Front desk people were awesome though!! My room key had to be reactivated each day for some reason, it wouldn’t let me into my room after 24 hours and I’d have to go down to the front desk but they were cool about it. Overall like I said, you get what you pay for. But the staff was super nice!

We stayed 1 night at this motel and really enjoyed our stay. It’s close to the airport and rooms are clean. Staff are also really helpful and nice. We got help by Tahijj he was kind and helpful. The only thing I would recommend is maybe put some soap and shampoo in the rooms.

A very good stay. The hotel was easy to contact. Good choice the stay if you have a long gap between two flights. The service here was excellent, Andrea was very friendly, the checkin & checkout process was simple and fast. The facilities in the room works well, the room was also clean and neat. The shuttle bus between the hotel and the airport was convenient, the driver was also friendly.

I checked in a little after midnight and was super jet lagged. Ashley was very pleasant and made my check in speedy. She was also very informative and gave me a few suggestions on where to eat and shop. Great location with standard rooms.Bring your own candles or air refresher. very secured there was security on property so i had no concern for my vehicle.

This was a really nice Hotel and the front desk staff were really nice. I spoke with Tahijj a couple times and also a nice young lady while I was waiting for the shuttle at LAX. They were both very welcoming when I did arrive at the hotel. The room was very clean and much bigger than I anticipated. Would definitely stay again if/when I make it back to LA.

I had an excellent experience at Hotel 6, where Nestor went above and beyond to provide me with the perfect adapter for my phone. His expertise and assistance were invaluable. I'd also like to express my gratitude to Jessica for her kindness and helpfulness. The exceptional service and friendly staff at] made my visit truly enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Very convenient location for inexpensive near-airport stays. If you enjoy watching aircraft take-off and land at LAX, ask for a room facing west on ont of the upper floors. There are plenty of sites that are closer to the airfield, but to have the ability to view planes from one's hotel room is a bonus. I've stayed at this location several times, and have not been disappointed.

I stayed at the motel twice in April 2022. First as arriving at LAX and then departing LAX. I had a reservation, but motel 6 called and left a message regarding my room. I returned their call at 9:00 pm and they wanted to know if I still needed the room? I did request a shuttle pick-up, which the latest pick-up is 10:00 pm. But they never showed at the second-level hotel drop-off point. A $21.00 taxi ride to the motel. My non-smoking room smelled like a cannabis dispenser. In the morning caught the Metro bus about 2/3 of the way to the LAX rental car park for $1.00. The motel has signage, but very low visibility, but it is next to 405 Fwy. The west side has traffic noise and the east side has the morning sun. There is also a pool. There are conveniences stores, Panda Express and a chicken restaurant across the street, and a route #2 bus stop is a bit down the street. Departing: My non-smoking room, 322 was an outright smoking lounge! I complained to Nestor at registration. He first offered me to check out of the motel. I just want another room and got RM 205. Daily parking is $10.00, which they over-charged me after informing them I no longer had a rental car, (check your charges before walking out the lobby!) Regarding checking out, they only have two luggage carts. So, if you need one, put the cart in your room the night before checking.

Good location/price and excellent customer service from the front desk lady TRENYA, The rooms are clean and have a fresh smell to them they are well maintained. Just a minor downfall my room didn’t have a refrigerator but there is ice machines throughout the hotel which help a lot. 10/10

Jessica was amazing, when a person recognizes that you have been here before and they deal with 1000s of people, that shows how well they are genuine and pay attention. This made me feel very welcome! I had two reservations and she merged them with zero inconvenience for me, and that is why I will always recommend this place to my out of town friends! Awesome Customer service! Also Rooms are always clean!

Ashley was a dream! She helped me in so many ways!! The room was very nice. I wish it had shampoo, but I survived. My dogs were able to stay for free! When I asked Ashley for help in regards to how I would get to the location to store my luggage, she suggested I store the luggage on site! She saved me $235!!! It was a very good stay overall.

I stayed overnight to catch a morning flight from LAX. Jessica was very helpful in checking me in and giving me all the information including shuttle service. She and all employees deserve a raise because I also had to call back several times since my favorite scarf had gone missing the morning of my departure. The shuttle was very convenient, too. However, I am deducting one star for the service because I think that for the price there should be more than coffee available for breakfast. Otherwise great staff, good experience, quiet night, would recommend.

I stayed here with my family this past weekend and we had a great time! Jessica made our stay here even better by being very hospitable and welcoming. She was very patient and kind and even spoke to us in Hindi since we are from India (she has relatives from there!). She always had a smile on her face and would greet us very well. Would definitely recommend this motel to anyone, we would come here again!

  • 4/5 Amie A. 3 months ago on Google New
Jessica at the desk was incredible and very thorough. The hotel is very very clean and located beautifully to the airport and the price point was perfect. My only reason for not giving 4 stars is our toilet didn’t flush properly and the top placed on the toilet wouldn’t fit it didn’t seem to be the proper top for that toilet and the blankets are very thin but I had brought a blankie so I was ok. I also appreciated the security of the parking lot and hotel itself.

Trenya was helpful and quick as possible with our check in and gave us all the info we needed about the shuttle to the airport. Room was clean and smelled nice. Hallways sort of smelled like cigarettes but what can you do about that really.

The motel is a great location if you are traveling from LAX. Ashley in the front desk was great! She helped us with everything we needed, which is greatly appreciated when you are in the middle of international moving. She have great directions since we had a lot of luggage. Also she was very kind and let us know about the dog park the hotel has, since we were traveling with our dogs too. Looked for an appropriate room to fit us and dogs as well. So we had a great experience at a very stressful time.

Chanel was the most helpful front desk agent I have ever came across in my years at staying in multiple hotels. We were having trouble checking in, she handled everything for us and got us set up when no one else could. She was friendly and put our mind at ease and assured us she would handle everything for us. I would always come back to this hotel for any future trip solely because of her. If I could give her 10 stars I would

Wonderful service at the front desk! Tryna was very welcoming and helpful. My daughter and I missed our flight and she helped me out with arranging a shuttle ride to the airport. We were at the hotel for about 2 hours and she gave us a call at the room to check on us and make sure everything was okay and comfortable💗

One reason is the customer service representative was so kind and professional her name is Chanel she is very good. The stay is nice and quiet but the only thing is that the room is horrible no cleaning and didn't bring towels to the room. I'm guessing it is because of the pandemic.

  • 4/5 Tamahawk 10 months ago on Google
Great location and amazing staff. Tas who checked me into my room was great and kept a smile on her face and was able to make me feel comfortable sleeping here for a couple of nights. However it would be great to have more towels in a room that sleeps more than 2 guest and also 1 key with 2 adults isn't good either but we made do. Also the place is very easy to find and right off the expressway. Almost had 5 stars but the guest shouldn't have to pay for parking or at least add it into the booking. I didn't know till I checked in.

Customer service is top notch. We arrived late to check in from a late night flight. Trenya was very friendly and helpful with our check in. We waited an hour for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport, but this is because of traffic. The hotel is close to the airport, which is convenient for an early flight out. I would stay here again for a quick shut eye.

We booked our stay from Canada and stayed at the Inglewood location 4 nights and we were surprised on how friendly and helpful the staff were at the motel. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. At all times we felt safe in and around the neighborhood of the motel, great local food and transportation were conveniently close. They offered free shuttle to airport, customer service 10/10, no issues what so ever, Elizabeth was super friendly and helped us find secret gems in the area, Maria was always professional and helpful. Hope to come back soon, Greetings from Canada 🇨🇦

I gave the room 4 stars because the smoke detector alarm kept beeping. It was hard to go to sleep at 1st, but once I did, I slept like a baby. The bed was extremely comfortable. I also wish the USB port worked. This stay wasn't planned, so I wasn't prepared. Other than that, the room was very nice/clean. I wish check out time was later. I felt at home there. The service was fine. I just wish that at checkout, when I got in line, that the receptionist would've asked me if I was checking out and told me to just put the key card in the express basket like she did everyone else who got in line. I felt some kind of way and stayed in line so I could record the transaction in case there was some funny business. I'm a tad happy I did, as I was told my receipt would be sent via email. IT WAS NOT!! I wanted it then!!!

Staff: Me and my 2 kids stayed here for 2 nights as part of a longer California road trip. Getting checked in with Regina was fast and easy. She was so kind and helpful. The security guard at the front added some peace of mind and he allowed me to leave my luggage up front when I forgot my car keys in the room upon check out. Location: I chose this location for its relatively close proximity to both Hollywood Blvd and Santa Monica Pier. Both drives took roughly 25 minutes (with very little traffic). Being close to the airport means there are a ton of food options nearby too. The room: For the price of 2 nights the room was just okay. The main room light flickered horribly, so we used the lights over the bed but only one works. The toilet needed multiple flushed and seemed to be clogged. Our room was incredibly humid even with the AC running at 72degrees when the rest of the hotel seemed more comfortable. The sheets on both beds had stains which looked like they were just from soap/ not properly washed. On the positive side: the room is much more spacious than other Motel 6 properties we’ve stayed in. The refrigerator was full size and there is a microwave so if we had been staying longer we definitely could have saved money buying food. I still give this hotel 5stars because we spent very little time in our room anyway and my kids felt like we were staying in luxury with the elevator needing a key card, security guard, and the bigger than average size of the whole place. Thank you to everyone who contributed to our fantastic vacation.

This is a budget friendly motel. Few extras offered but price point is on target if you want a place to stay near the airport, with a complimentary shuttle. Clean, comfortable with vending machines that offer drinks, coffee, sandwiches, salads, pastries and other items so you don't have to leave if you don't have a car. Plus, a 7-11 is very close. Good place to stay for one or two nights max, if you are not spending lots of time at the hotel or you are really on a budget, for longer stay just be realistic about your expectations . Front desk is great!! Rosa was on point.

Really enjoyed my stay, hotel was budget friendly and close to the airport. Rooms were clean and comfortable and front desk were very helpful! I was able to get a free transfer to the airport which was quick and easy. My only critique is that I couldn’t get a transfer from the airport because my flight arrived after 10pm, I understand why it wasn’t possible but it would have been nice if an alternative was made available. Overall, loved my stay and would definitely recommend! 😊

I’m only giving this a three star because of the front lady by far the nicest person I met in Los Angeles Trenya was so helpful in assisting me in getting my room also with setting up my shuttle ride to the airport. Security out front was very nice as well assisting me to find the smoking area. But I would have given a five star if the hot water didn’t go cold within a minute of me getting in the shower also they were out of body wash and shampoo and was only left with soap. Not the worst experience at a motel 6 but for the amount of money I’d expect it to have the basic cosmetics.

You definitely get what you pay for ; shower, bed, toilet and TV, so all the basic amenities. The girls at the front desk are fast, nice and helpful. I got served by Maria and was checking in in seconds with a smile and a bus ticket for the next morning (LAX bus runs every hour on the hour) for a short over night stay it was cheap and good service

The staff !! I believe it was Renee who assisted me this morning with a few questions. And the lovely & caring shuttle drivers have been terrific as I’ve had to make several trips to the airport. But the TRUE STAR is Mr. Davis !!!! What a delightful gentleman. So kind, patient & knowledgeable ! I asked him several security questions & he went above and beyond in answering & educating me. And he did it with joy & great humor. I had wonderful conversations with him on several occasions & I will remember, Mr. Davis, for his beautiful soul & his huge loving heart, such a rare treat. He truly cares ! Thank you & please be sure to acknowledge him for a job very well done ! Sidney
