Unfortunately I cannot give this place a five star. The staff was moderately okay. The area around there was just okay. The donuts themselves were less than good. It's probably because I'm used to a better donut and it's hard to judge a place based on the donuts that I'm used to. I felt like the donuts I had were about a day old. He felt a little bit harder than I like and I was a bit taken back. Knowing how popular and famous this donut shop was. There was a possibility I had higher expectations because of that. I would definitely never go back but I'm happy that I went.

Had to stop and round out my 18 hour layover with the legend Randy’s Donuts. The outside is as cool as I expected and the donuts were fantastic. Service was quick and easy and the price was perfect. Got the classic sprinkle 9.6/10 And the Red Velvet 8.9/10 I saw the Cinnamon Toast Crunch specialty and the apple fritter I have to try next time. Overall absolutely make the trip out or if you just want the donuts I saw one in LAX. Plenty of people covered this in the reviews but no tables to eat at just FYI.

I love getting some Randy's donuts anytime I am in LA. The donuts are always so good and they have such a huge variety to choose from. Last time I was there I also got an iced latte. The coffee had a nice flavor. Great photo ops here as well - but, that goes without saying.

Iconic place to get a photo, so I stop by to get my pic in. But since ya boy here got two donuts as well to see if this joint gets busy in the donut game. The first donut was a glazed twist and this was soft, fluffy, sugary treat 9.6. It reminds me of a crispy cream donut like it's right there in terms of the softness and warmth. Second was the raised Oreo donut again was delicious and wasn't overly sweet but still rich, soft and savory as the oreo didn't overpower the donut but added to it. 9.4. Hands-down quality donuts overall 9.5.

This is just a fun place to go. Donuts are pretty dense. I had a glazed and a red velvet cake and it was a tad too much for me. Large donuts here man. If you have time on your way to or from LAX it's an easy stop and worth it. Drive-thru or walk up. Forgive my photos....had to get the donuts from Randy's to my gate before I could take pics. They look better than this when they serve them to you. Ha!

Donuts were comparable with other donut shops. Customer service was just ok. There was a bunch of bees flying around inside the shop where the donuts were. I’ve circled ⭕️ the bees in red in the photos. The bees were flying around the donuts. Spent $8 for 3 donuts. I don’t see what the hype is about. Although the ginormous donut on top of the roof is pretty cool.

Randy’s Donuts is an icon of film and TV and also pretty good donuts! While you want to stop by to take a picture, make sure you grab a few (or a dozen) of their yummy donuts. Tons of types and flavors and all were very good. Prices are high for what you get, and service was pretty questionable. But grab a box to go and enjoy whatever donuts you ended up with!

Randy's is an institution!! It attracts people initially with its giant donut, but it's the great quality that keeps people coming back and inviting new people to try their insanely good donuts. I dont live in LA, bit every time I fly in, Randy's is my first snd last stop at LAX!
