Been waiting for almost an hour to get seated all because they have no servers and you would think the manager would take initiative and start serving herself but instead she's a no show. You lead by example especially in times when you're understaffed. That Is why you have the title. I saw another customer complain about the server they have and I agree with her too because he has no sense of urgency when I seen him walk around. They have to offer better pay to attract people to want to work and whoever does the hiring needs to do a better job. It's honestly embarrassing. The owner needs to show up and get involved because this is definitely not working. I came for the endless shrimp and was only able to get 1 refill because the kitchen closed after waiting 2 hours between waiting for a table and then waiting for the food. If the owner truly looks at this. Let's talk, I would come on board and turn this place around with some type of pride. The way the building looks and the ceiling to the manager on duty no engaging and helping. I'm surprised it's still up and running. Two redeeming qualities are the server Charles because he knew the situation he's in but always kept an upbeat attitude and I have to say the shrimp I did eat was good. Owner you need to show up to see how your establishment is truly being ran. If you came to see, I'm positive you won't be happy. I attached a picture of the windows. You can tell they wavent been cleaned in a while. Ceiling with water marks. These are things a manager needs to notice. Dirty upholstery. You have to do better.

Ate here for lunch today. Service was great but quality of food could be better. I don’t blame this specific restaurant hence why I still gave them 5 stars. I think that red lobster just has reduced their quality. Nonetheless I enjoyed myself and was able to get the nutrition I needed. I had the friend fish and it was okay. Thank he biscuits are still the best which is a plus!

HUGE Delicious buzzy strawberry Margarita 12$ !!! Great, attentive customer service. Had to see what the AYCE shrimp is about. Great selection, about 7 differently cooked shrimp. Came out timely, truly AYCE. My favorites were the skewers & the garlic Shrimp. Great value, delicious. Also came with yummy cheddar biscuits & a side of your choice for 27$ a steal. Need to go back to check on those lobster tales.

Red Lobster is delicious. The biscuits are absolutely incredible. Probably the best bread in a restaurant in my humble opinion. The appetizers were good, and the main dishes were very tasty. Service was a little slow in my particular location, but overall, a great experience was had. Would definitely recommend, and I am for sure going to eat there again.

I never write bad reviews, but this calls for one. We arrived at 7:45pm on a Monday night and put our name on the wait list. The hostess said it would be 25-30 minutes. We waited 50 minutes to be seated, but we were understanding that the wait time is just an estimate. We were ready to order as soon as we sat down at 8:37pm. After 10 minutes, a food runner dropped off biscuits but walked away before we could ask for a server/drinks. 20 minutes after we were seated, a server finally came over and we ordered 2 sodas and 2 entrees. We were expecting the sodas to be brought over first since we'd already been seated for 20 minutes, but the server disappeared after taking our order. 40 minutes after being seated we had no drinks/food and no server in site so we left. At this point, it was almost 9:30pm, and last time we came here they dimmed the lights at 9:30pm so dim you can hardly see. No point in sticking around to eat in the dark. If this was a busy holiday and they were slammed and understaffed, I'd get it. But this was a Monday night with about 2/3 of the tables seated. We watched all the tables around us get multiple drinks/food and check-ins from their servers. An employee (dressed like a server) walked by our table at the end and I let her know we had been waiting 40 minutes and she said she was just a photographer and to find a host or manager. You're clearly not understaffed if you can staff a photographer to walk around all night.

This will be my last time coming here. It took 35 minutes to be seated . I'm ok with that but it took another 35 minutes to take our order. This was unacceptable. I'm on oxygen my time is limited.

The food was soooo dope. We got there at 11am when they opened & got super fast service! Lunch specials were in effect & great prices & portions! Surf & turf with bacon mac/cheese & lobster tail & steak!

We were truly amazed about the foods, the flavors and the presentation. We shared appetizers that were soo good. Bacon wrapped scallops, Crab stuffed shrimp & Coconut shrimp. Yummy!! Entrées were Friday fried fish special, garlic shrimp linguini and kung pao fried shrimp and noodles. Plus our waitress was incredible. Left a big tip! Kudos!

Red lobster is always great. But especially now since they back open, it was nice not too long of a wait, but you can always download red lobster rewards app and see if your location has a wait time, if so you can put your name on the wait-list before you even arrive. And earn points.

This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They did not even put our name on the list, we waited over an hour before our food came, the spot above our table was smothered in dust. Do not come here if you are hungry because you are going to wait.

It's been a long time since I've been to RL, especially this location in Inglewood. I guess I went at the right time because I had a wonderful dining experience. There was absolutely no wait. I was seated right away! The food was delicious, but the service was absolutely wonderful! Edwin and Zion were my servers and they actually gave me the best service I've ever experienced at a restaurant. They were attentive to my every need and went overboard. I was very satisfied! Thanks Zion and Edwin!🙂

The wait time for this restaurant it's ridiculous It was about 2 hours although the host said it was going to be 1 hour and 20 minute wait. They had so many empty tables but not enough waiters. We finally were able to sit down and our waiter was outstanding Ignacio was very friendly and attentive and made sure that we were very well taken care of. If it weren't for Ignacio I would have probably rated this restaurant a one star. Thank you Ignacio for your outstanding service.

I had a really positive experience at Red Lobster today. Me and my family went out to dinner and we were met with a very friendly, kind, and inviting attitude from one of their servers named Emahni. She was very helpful, and when my mom didn't want the drink she had, she quickly and kindly changed it for us. She was very hardworking, she was handling us and others with such ease and kindness. Great service and the food was also amazing especially that dragon shrimp was bomb.

I got the wagyu burger and it was good don’t get me wrong but I felt like it just tasted like a normal cheeseburger. Just felt like the name was deceiving. The fries were okay, this was around 18 dollars so kind of expensive for what it actually is. The biscuits is why I go back.

I went today (Friday during lunch) and the service was terrible. I had to wait about 5 minutes to be have someone greet me since there was no host/hostess and a busboy had to stop what they were doing (sure he didn't wash his hands to wrap up my silverware) to seat me. By the time he got ready to seat me 2 additional parties walked in and some random worker tried to seat the 3rd group instead of me and the other guests who were there first! Clearly I was growing more annoyed. I was eventually placed at a booth but being 36 weeks pregnant I could not fit so I was moved to a dirty table and had to ask for it to be cleaned. The waitress seemed annoyed. Unsure why since I just got there. I placed my order and the check came BEFORE my food arrived. I tried to pay on the table kiosk but it hadn't been cleared since the previous guest. Luckily I had cash to leave at the table. Not a good experience and the food/service wasn't worth the money. Maybe try a different location.

I had a great time! Maggie and all the service staff made my 2nd experience at this location in years so much fun. The food & margarita were delicious!

It had been a long while since I had this food. The mango margarita was so good. The famous cheddar bay biscuit tasted different. However, they were still good. My food was delicious 😋

I love this place but have to wait for 20 or more minutes with the restaurant less than half full is frustrating. Service was excellent and we had a good lunch. The bread is amazing, ceasar salad, pasta and the platters are good although exoensive.

Wonderful warm hospitality. Everybody want you to feel pleasant. The food was served instantly and generously. The Arnold Palmer wqs perfect. I sat by the bar and enjoyed every minute.

I enjoyed my birthday dinner here. The wait time can be about an hour even for two people when you go around 6pm/7pm. I ate the Kung Pao Noodles with Crispy Lobster. It was so delicious and very flavorful. At can be a little overwhelming with flavor at times but if you ask for light sauce you’ll have no worries.

Nothing special about it. The salmon was good but the cheddar biscuits were dry. Baked potato wasn't good all but the shrimp was perfectly cooked. Clam chowder lacked flavor and the lobster pizza looked a little poor. Overall I'd probably go back to try the pasta.
