Micheals has everything to start an arts crafts project of all varieties. The store is kept clean and organized making shopping easy and fun. They have beautiful beads for beading. Michaels also has decorative items for your house or office . Organizers and stickers so much .

I was helped immediately and I appreciate the short visit. I just wanted to get some candle wicks and these women made my trip short and simple. I really appreciate that. Everyone was nice and I got exactly what I wanted. The line moved fairly quick and I was able to get into one of the self checkout areas. Self checkout was quick and simple and they even have the option of e-receipt.

Long lines. 1 cashier open. not honoring Michael's reward coupons, bad customer service and stock advertised was not in stock! Go to another Michael's. I certainly will!

Don’t select this store for online pick up. They just place everything on a rack where anyone can grab your order. Makes no sense at all to have prepaid orders out like that. My order was taken by some random person. Had to reach out to the online customer service to receive a refund.

They usually have what I need but trying to find someone to get paint pens out of the locked cabinet is always a thing.

The Really Really tall one Roger was soooo helpful he needs a raise immediately I will come back again for sure but Roger is the best worker there I promise you and he should be in the NBA like he's so tall but I will come back for sure thank you Roger ❤👍👏🙌

The staff here are usually friendly and helpful. The store has everything you'll need for simple arts and crafts or baking projects. Just don't expect to buy everything you need during the holidays.

They recently changed the store completely around. Take your phone to help you find the aisle for what you are wanting to buy or have fun discovering the new floor plan.

Great experience. I needed brown gel food coloring for IG: HEBAKES2 and checked a few places but the price and convenience of this location is the best fit. Associate led me right to it . I was in and out in 5minutes this color was needed to create the perfect sage color as requested. Thanks Michaels excuse the photo last one before all gone

Wasn't able to find all that I needed but they do still have a good supply of craft supplies. From art and paint/drawing supplies to sewing stuff, stickers, kids crafting ideas, and everything you'd need for floral arrangements. Overall good all though a tad bit expensive $25 for 5 items

I love all of there things there. I've made thank you bags for birthday parties and each one was made fir the specific guest. I've made blankets and tons of other things. They are fair prices and the products are of good quality

It's my favorite place because I love to craft and they had an awesome sale on my favorite things which are beads plus I got an extra 15 % off andddd I had rewards points to take off my end total!!! It was great will go back will always go back actually have to talk myself from going back... too soon I just be spending money on here... crafting supplies are my vice I can make so many potential thingsssss

My daughter wanted to make her graduation cap pretty, but all the supplies she needed were sold out. It was literally empty lol but we waited until the last minute, so I can't complain too much. Other than that the store was clean and the staff members were helpful.

I have a small hobby of building plastic models of all kinds and need to paint several parts as I put them together. Michael's offers small bottles and spray paint as well some other it to help smooth some parts or small tools to assist you in bring out the best with building your choices of models. But I need to find another to purchase a Air spray machine for larger parts of my models. Also many other materials for that special women who loves putting her talent to work who love to make crafts of her choice for her friend on those special holidays, birthdays, weddings or to make a few $$ on the side. Very stocked store you'll get lost going through all the aisle. Self serve checkout and cashiers available .Very clean store and well organized .

Items listed online were not in-store. This is inconsiderate to customers not having your online inventory reflect accurately with store inventory. You never know how far they travel to grab items, traveling to alternate store where as their home store may be out. I traveled from Lancaster to this location, and walked around and around the store, asked a clerk and she said item hasn't been in stock since November 22. I went there on 12/10..

I actually went here because my mail was here Michael's is pretty cool they even accept mail for the Englewood City

Lovw this place. Good to get knick knacks. Pls keep in mind that stock is not refurbished very often in the month so if you see something and need more or it, stock up while you can!

I just love the store. My trip was for a gift box. I found a box that had dual use. As a gift box then a storage box for pictures or momentous and itvwas on sale.😉

I came here to look for a 13x19 photo frame, and found exactly what I needed at a discount. Stores like this always make me want to wear blinders because I can easily become distracted and make up reasons for needing a giant 10 foot canvas. With each visit, you get a bunch of coupons and notifications for sales happening in the next couple of days. If you are not in a rush for something, it is best to go in and scope things out, get a flyer and check out deals that can save you up to 70% off easily. Besides that, this Michaels makes a great place to stock up for seasonal decorations, DIY crafts, and art supplies. Ample parking out front.
