Worst property owner and management ever. Such a heartless and greedy witch with a 'b', he is. We had come all the way from another city and had booked 3 rooms around 3-4 weeks before and had paid the money in advance. Once we reached the place with so much hassle this guy told us that he had already given away all the rooms to other ppl. Despite knowing women were there with us he didn't seem to bother. Just when we were about to leave he asked two men there to pay extra money and cancel their online booking. Do not book this place everrrr unless you wanna be stranded on the streets. Also I did forget to mention that he called the online booking service centre and told them that we cancelled the booking last minute. Now we haven't received the refund also yet

Never trust this place or Oyo as they can cause you a horrid experience. Here's my experience..We had booked this room for Jan 11th 2024.. reached the hotel location as per Google maps at 11:30 or so in the night as we reached Chennai late, however had already paid for the room In advance. Firstly this place was no were to be found so we Called Oyo support and they were so casual of the fact that the hotel simply over booked and we don't have a room left .. they tried getting other Oyo hotels for next 35 mins or so but everything was booked supposedly. So basically I was left strnnded in a new city with no transport if my own and absolutely no idea what to do. The other hotels were expensive and I just needed a place for the night as was leaving for pondicherry in the morning and dint want to spend too much just a for a few hours .. I ended up just waiting for a bus till morning. I had to spend so much on transportation and the inconvenience I had to face has left me shocked on how horrible Oyo is. I can't imagine what would I have happened if I was with family. Such an terrible experience from oyo and so very unethical. Will never trust this brand again.

I had booked a room at this property for a person who works for me. I booked on Booking website and had paid the full amount. When my person went the property, he was denied check in and was asked to give extra 1000 Rs to check in. I spoke to the person in charge on the phone and he was rude and insisted that the room is worth more than I had paid on line and demanded thousand rupees once again. This is cheating… this property should be black listed. OYO is a big disappointment 👎

It was a nightmare when they said there were no rooms even though we had done full payment a week back. We couldn't get the refund also! Worst management, worst ever experience for the whole family

This hotel is just a scam.while booking the hotel price will show 600-700rs per night but once you reach there they wil cost for 2000rs , because they will say there is no online booking for this hotel.cleanliness is worst,they won't even change bed covers,..A/C also doesn't work properly .this is a literal scam.dont trust this place .

Zero star I never recommend this hotel to any one,I booked a room a room through online (Goibibo ),they gave a room to other without acknowledging me,i was in outside with my family 2 hours,very worst experience.my plan was totally spoiled For all review systems only 1to 5 star is available Should consider minus, zero star

It's just disaster, looting people's money. I booked through oyo app and paid the money as well. But when I reached at the hotel with my family, the manager Mr Ganesan said that I've to pay extra 2000 rupees as services tax. I don't understand what the hell it is. It's a hell as a hotel. AC not working, fridge not working, TV not working. Useless hotel, totally waste of money..
