Sanitary protocol followed. New console for selecting and ordering items. Person available to help to make selection and payment. Wrap is good. burger is ok. chicken boneless is ok. cheaper than kfc.

Self order kiosk should improve with more usef frinedliness and oay should be seamless. Otherwise was a good experience Team at McD are friendly.

Berry cooler 🍓 is the best chiller drink till date in McD. American Mud Pie was woww. American cheese veg burger was yummy.Service was quick and responsive.McD Take away orders are always finely packed. Polite and patient response at the counter while placing the order. Every time an employee voluntarily approach us and make sure we order the dishes using mobile app or online ordering machine which is at the shop.

The only thing I love to have from their menu is their spicy fried chicken instead of any of their burgers. The fried chicken is their best for me, better than the KFC itself if considered the benchmark. I have tried the chicken from their various outlets within Chennai and Bangalore and Thrissur. Everywhere they maintained the same taste and quality which was nice 💯. For this particular outlet, the dining area is big, but the staff could be more aware and friendly. The tables were cleaned only after mentioning twice even though there wasn't much of a crowd. Except for the same, go for the fried chicken and you may also like it

Very less staff for billing and it takes some time to order, but the quality differs each and every time one time coke is like plain water next time its gud next time avg, same with fries not so crispy some times(spongy) should maintain their standard always

Small place to hangout, not for couple or family. But for group of friends to chill out there.. one seat at the left corner which is placed very next to the washing area is bit 😬

Most favorite burger is Maharaja Mac.. This time tried American cheese supreme burger but not my type... Spicy to the core... Tried spicy fries so many places but Peri Peri fries are always best among all.... So many days desperately tried to taste Ghost chilly chicken with secret marination from the day of launch but never got that chance.... Now I get to know that why they say SECRET MARINATION... Spicy to the core.. Really crispy chicken.. I'm loving it...😍😍😍

McSwirl is not available in any outlet! Got soft serve with Oreo. The ice cream was very light and the cone was very thin! Can try once since it is new in the menu.

Have been to so many McDonald's but this one does not meet the standards. Have been here for dining in many times but the service is extremely slow. Being a fast food joint it is supposed to be a quick service restaurant but unfortunately they are too slow. We had to keep asking for our order almost 2-3 times. Desserts are never available. We came in to drive through 3 times and all the 3 times when we asked for McFlurry, they said that desserts were not available. How can they not keep desserts???? So i would not recommend this location but other locations are much better.

Very poor management, no one has any knowledge of the menu at that counter. The food they serve is very deep fried, and the quality is not there. There is no juiciness in the chicken.

Today 2/3/24 I ordered some food , it’s was some burgers fries and 2x20pcs nuggets.i was in a hurry so I didn’t check my food properly. When I opened my package I realized that I was only given 2x9 pcs nuggets. The staffs were not rude like the other fast food chains. But I really think the staff should double check the food again. Very bad :(

This is one of the best outlets. It's very spacious, the staff is very friendly. The food is great too. Meets all the standards. Love this place.very near to my office so we go to place for hanging out with team. I've never been disappointed with the quality or the ambience. Or the staff for that matter. Love this outlet.

I felt bad for McDonald's. McDonald's is one of my favourite spots for burgers unfortunately the taste was not good. I tried one chicken burger meal and one premium burger and a combo 6 chicken piece with 2 soft drinks. The chicken piece tasted good. But i felt the different taste of spirit. And the main burger, the meat was not good to taste.

The food is ok but the ambience needs great improvement. It is almost always crowded and spaces are cramped. Parking is almost zero. For the heavy price they need to provide these sufficiently

Was craving for mcd for a year now as they dont have any outlets near tambaram which is convenient for me ... it was a good outlet, well maintained and staff behaviour was also good 👍

Quality in this restaurant is very bad. I ordered 8 aloo tiki burger yesterday. It took very long time for the preparation. More than that it tasted bad. They had put very less sause (just for namesake) over the patty. Refer image. Please avoid this restaurant

Most disappointed as we wasted 700+ rupees in MC Donalds Velachery ! We ordered chicken wings and the chickens that they gave are fully frozen and chicken nuggets are also not good . Then the cheesy Mexican fries is so soggy and we replaced it with another one . The only good thing is sprite and shake . Afterall a worst experience ever had in MC Donalds and won't visit MC D hereafter in my whole lifetime . Simply Don't visit and spoil the reputation of people among MC Donalds.
