EHS please and please , I need my refund. Since April 2023 am following up on my refund and I have a case number provided you all my documents but its so absurd, may times I come to your office, you keep telling me next week, its now months and nothing has been done. Today I called your call center and they said that my case was closed because I did not provide all my documents. Are you people really serious about this now . I have provided all my documents to approx 3 different people in EHS. FYI as I know the standard process for refund is only 7 days why do you take 4 months for a mere REFUND.

EHS Medical center cancel my online medical application form due to some errors. I have requested for cancellation and for my refund since 19th April 2023 till date they never returned my money back they keep on saying it under process but never send me any proof and stop responding to my emails. Also EHS website charge 268 AED for online medical application but when you go to there medical center's they charge additional 40 AED service fee without doing anything or providing you details for it. I would never recommed them to anyone they are biggest scammers and will never return you're money back!

If there was a negative star, i would rate. I need my refund please, how ccan you close a case number without solving it

As a local, this is one of the worst services i have dealt with. Calling every day for more than a week to get my medical report ! They have no contact with their technical support!

A non professional work at all at administration offices , showing a lack of communication and reckless response to customers requests , since almost 3 months now just to make refund for the pending amount , i believe it is lack of confidence in staff to make decision , or staff is not responsible at all ..

The staff are accomodating especially the guy whos sitting in counter 8 who assisted me, eye to detailed he informwd me that my passport number is wrong ang needs to correct. Also the who did my medical, he is very nice and engaging.

I have been wanting to receive my pre-employment fitness certificate for approximately three days since my job requires that document before the starting. They tell me that they can view my certificate but not send it to me although I need it urgently. When I ask them when will this maintenance be done they say "hopefully today" ..

today april 5,2023 at 1:40pm i call back the number 06 518 3421 this number call me to tell me reschedule my daughter vaccine. one lady answer the phone and she told me call again maybe she cannot hear me.. she hang up, when i call back she answer and cut right away. i call like 10 times they dont want to answer. what is this? you guys working like that? you will hang the phone after you will not answer? its not good service.. very poor i dont even want to put star!
