I’m not sure what happened here. I had emailed the spa a few days prior to our visit to Bard to inquire about availability of an afternoon spa. I was told non hotel guests could only book 2 hours from 11-13:00. Then when I tried to confirm the date, I was told there was no availability. My wife was looking for a spa one day while we were in Bard, and dropped by this spa not realizing it was the one I had been in communication with already. But, they took her booking for the next day for seven guests from 13:00-15:00. I was confused. When we arrived everyone was very friendly and we headed down to the spa area…but nothing was ready. Neither of the two families were given the correct amount of towels/robes and none of the spa locations were hot. The main hot tub was lukewarm, the sauna would not turn on (the door fell off and I had to put it back on). The Turkish bath was cold. When the Turkish bath finally started to heat up, I burnt my leg on an exposed vent near the main entrance to the bath where the steam was coming out. The receptionist was very apologetic and tried to get everything working, he even brought in a technician. But, in the end, after about an hour, we left cold. Again, the receptionist was very apologetic and did not ask for payment. Perhaps it was just an off day for the spa?

Finalmente un po' di relax... ambiente che consente di staccare la spina e super massaggio che finalmente mi ha spento il cervello!

Veramente bellissimo! Ci sono stata anni fa un paio di volte ed é stata un esperienza molto affascinantel! 😍
