SC locations are strictly for EVs, so when it's crowded, engine cars may be parked there. There are toilets and various shops near Starbucks, so killing time while charging should be no problem.

When I went there at night, I often saw Model X and Model S making U-turns in front of the parking lot entrance. In the end, it disappeared due to bad manners and stingy users.
