The stall-tenders are so friendly and offer you samples as you're walking by! They don't really speak English though so it was a bit difficult to communicate with them. The fish is so fresh and tastes so good! Great place to also get souvenirs, snacks, and tea.

Anything u want try of sea food u can find in this fish market . Also famous in japan ebisenbei and others tastes of senbei u can find here . Sushi and unagi small restaurants u can find in 2 nd floor . Near there have the berth , boat which go to Sakushima .

Fish market. Free car park. Perfect place to hang while waiting for the boat to sakushima. Lunch can be had in few places in and around. Good place to buy presents on the way back from the island.

Went there just to eat fried shark. Lots of fresh seafoods. Good price.

Not expensive and plenty of sampling food. Great before going to the island.

Some fish are cheap, vegetables also are cheap. They offer free taste also. It's freezing cold during winter because you need to get here as early as possible to get the best seafood that you are looking for. Bargaining is also I think possible.

A lot of different vendors with a lot of different seafood selection from dead and already cut up to still alive in a tank swimming around. Even had some souvenir type stuff for people just coming to check it out. Plus it's near the ferry to Saku Island.
