Unfortunately if you're not under 25, under a 42" chest or after paying over the odds for a brand name printed on something then forget it. Staff seemed pleasant enough, but uninterested in approaching me, or being approached to help. Sure if l had a couple of kids with me.looking for £80 trainers l'd have been a far more attractive sales prospect. I left as l went in, with £120 in my pocket which will be spent probably on line now. JD Sports clearly have their core market; it clearly doesn't include the likes of my demographic however.

Ordered online & did click & collect. Order in my local store next day. Only down side was i did not get an email saying it was ready to collect.

Went in to get a pair of trainers and hardly any prices on on display unless you picked them up and looked inside the item was in the shop total of 2 minutes, left and went to sports direct across the street and spent £90

I had a great experience on my visit to the store recently. The young boy who served me was extremely helpful and very polite. Actually he couldn’t have helped anymore if he tried.. However I wasn’t happy with one particular female who works there.. the way she looks at customers as if they are below her is absolutely ridiculous behaviour. I can’t tell you her name but what I can tell you is if she wore anymore makeup you would have to scrape it off with a shovel. Maybe a little reminder to staff that no one is better than anyone in this world we are all the same. I also noticed that the staff don’t treat other members very fairy actually they treat them very poorly. Again a reminder that no one is any better than anyone else we are all the same and we are all equal. Perhaps a reminder to those individuals who like to constantly moan at members of staff in front of customer (not appropriate) belittle them and make them feel worthless should go on a course as a reminder on how to not only to treat members of staff but to also learn some manners. I have shopped in your store for many many years and I have watched such behaviour on many occasions however this time I am disappointed and disgusted by your store. A little reminder that some members of staff and I mean some are very nice polite helpful and make you feel very welcome however others really shouldn’t work in customers services as their attitudes towards other members of staff are vile. This also includes some members of management. The only reason I have given 5 starts is because of the young boy who served me. If it hadn’t been for him you would have no star rating.

Purchased a number of items over the past year from this particular established and always been satisfied with the quality of the products. I rate four stars because on every visit staff members only engage with you at checkout otherwise this would have been a five star rating.
