There has been some improvements made in the business. Didn't have any special requests so there was no need to communicate any further than the cashier. Personal opinion and not necessarily one that will affect the public without it: considering Adami is not a country wide chain and operates in a shared market I would think it might be in Adam's best interest to go above and beyond and provide that extra service that you won't get at the spar and shoprite in cradock. For example instead of colleagues haveing conversations while waiting for the floor to dry or just generally standing around they could check the isles and find out if customers are OK, do they need help or if there is something they can't find or something they want to request. There is a certain amount of staff sitting on the phone or not being productive. I would recommend they go through a in depth customer service program and be hel accountable in order to let Adami shine above the other. Welcome to contact me for any other suggestions seeing as management was not visible in the time I was there so not sure how anyone would be held accountable for thier actions. Adamis is a very busy store and top which cituated in the middle of Cradock gives the town beauty And they service are friendly and Good support for the community.. I really impressed by them I love it
