What an awful experience. The chicken was dry and the texture made me think it was from a day or two ago. Everything was lukewarm, biscuits had no butter on them and were very dry. Spent almost $70 on food for a get together with family at a nursing home and definitely wasn’t worth half the price. I’m just going to chalk this up to another business that’s minimizing quality to maximize profits. What a waste

Ordered the ultimate BBQ chicken sandwich after a 15 minute wait I was given the regular chicken sandwich. The place wasn't busy. Cmon people get it together. It's not rocket science. So we tried again. This time no cheese o. One ultimate sandwich. The second had no bacon, no cheese, and no onion crispies. Also didn't put a chicken little in the bag.

Ordered a huge meal today and everything went perfectly until the lady came out to hand us our order and berated me for ordering such a large order and not calling it in… I do have a large family so ordered 2 buckets of mix/match and she said I took all of her crispy… well, you’re welcome for the huge sale? We spent $100, and you’re complaining you have customers? It was lunch time so idk why you weren’t prepared? I don’t get it. The food was as expected but I probably won’t be back.

I would like to know how it is ok for your counter staff, who do not wear food prep gloves, and handle money, credit cards etc, are allowed to touch the inside of food containers and then scoop prepared food into the containers? When I addressed this practice to the counter person, she sheepisly grinned and looked at me like: "You caught me." Additionally, when I got home the order was not correct. Management's lack of attention to detail and holding staff accountable with food handling fundamentals is prevalent. I think maybe I'll dine elsewhere, especially after reading previous reviews.

First of all i would just start by saying the lady at the drive thru window was very disrespectful and rude. Another thing that’s has bothered me is the fact that your ice to pop ratio is very irrational. The next point i would love to bring up is the fact my Mac and Cheese was very burnt and disgusting. Another thing is you are known for your chicken and i would like to say that is was absolutely terrible. it was saturated in grease and very spicy for no reason. There also was way too much corn in the famous bowl.

How many times do I go there and they are sold out and I have to come back or take something else. 3! The clerk flippant said “I sorry”. So I came back for my item, but very thing she said rolled her words together. I think that is so rude.

Why do they even ask what kind of sauce I want for my tenders if they don't put them in the bag? I've eaten here 3 times in the last 2 weeks and twice I get back to work and no sauce. I'm done

UPDATE - After one good experience a while back, once again they messed up my drive thru order, forgetting a $3+ item that I didn't catch until I got home. That was the last straw... I will never again bother hoping they may improve! 🤬 PREVIOUS REVIEW: Today's order was fine, but this particular store seldom gets my order correct, so I was happy today. I only go here every 3 months or so, and today was a rare positive experience! 😉

Went through the drivethru today and its was horrible. They left items out of the order and didn't even give us the right chicken . Plus the chicken we got was all soggy. 50 bucks down the toilet worst take out I ever had. So sad they need to do better. My hope is someone sees this and checks to make sure they do a better job.

Decided to stop by and order some chicken for dinner and drove thru and ordered up what we wanted and not much wait at all order was hot and ready and the workers were very nice and happy 😃

Expensive and slow.But staff is very friendly and it is very clean store. Food was fine.

This KFC is easily the best one in the area. Clean facilities, top notch service, my food is always hot and accurately made. My only complaint is the security alarm is super loud and goes off whenever the doors open and can be disruptive when I’m eating inside.
