At the consultation with Dr. Chin I was very well received, especially due to the quality of the anamnesis, which is different from a traditional doctor's questionnaire protocol. Dr Chin is very attentive and with just a few words he was able to understand my current need.

Very competent doctor, but unfortunately he did not meet my expectations, the doctor simply asked me to look for another professional, as I depend on medicine provided by the government and this is bureaucratic and requires documents filled out by the doctor, he refused to continue providing me with the documents , because he doesn't like filling out paperwork. It's unfortunate that you depend on a professional who doesn't have empathy or patience.

I was looking for a rheumatologist because of back pain, and I found Dr Tseng, in February 2017, she asked for tests and nothing came of it, she said she could help me with acupuncture and since then, I have been doing it weekly. I was surprised by the negative comments here. I have been a patient of Dr. Chin for over two years and he is a super attentive professional. I have to say that I have always had good experiences at the clinic. He works with dedication for both pulmonology and acupuncture sessions, which are great. I recommend!

I scheduled an appointment for Alessandra today at 9am. She asked for time off at work to go to the appointment. When she arrived at the clinic, the secretary responded with indifference, saying that her insurance plan is only attended to in the afternoon and she could make an appointment for the afternoon. She reported that she wrote down her agreement wrong. She didn't apologize and wasn't interested in knowing if she was available to go in the afternoon, she just continued to insist “the doctor in the morning doesn't accept this agreement”. I definitely wouldn't go back
