Where do I start. 1.) We arrived and no guests were at front desk but for some reason we had to wait 10 mins for an employee to finishing organizing paperwork. 2.) We booked our hotel thru a traditional booking website yet they had no record of our reservation. Thank goodness for the confirmation we received otherwise the employee would have quickly ushered us out. 3.) Ate at the restaurant for a quick lunch after checking in and waitress didn’t know if they had French fries or Caipirinha’s on the menu. This is astounding! And no she wasn’t a new waitress, just seemed uninterested, uninformed, and generally checked out. 4.). We requested a crib for our son. I think you probably already know how this went…. First they tried to up-charge us for the crib we already requested, and then they said they don’t have cribs. Seriously! Who’s running this hotel and why don’t they care more about the people who stay here. Overall, I would advise you DO NOT book a room at this hotel if you value the basic necessities associated with a room. Additionally, if you’re looking for a nice to higher end hotel in São Paulo this isn’t it. I remain optimistic someone within management at this hotel will start to care more about their patrons and make the necessary improvements.

spacious rooms, card secured elevators, included breakfast was good and satisfying. A quiet and calming place in a good location, there's a supermarket nearby, a city-bike station for rent on an app at ridiculously low price and all of the points of interest are within walking/riding distance and for those who prefer driving, the Uber service in the country is perfect, fast and efficient. The only downside is that most of the hotel staff don't speak English but Google translate or a Portuguese phrase book could come very handy

80s hotel in the center of Sao Paulo's business district and very close to our office there. The hotel is not new anymore but the area is nice and the hotel personnel is nice and helpful. Breakfast is rich and opens early with a good selection of food and drinks. The bathrooms are a bit old and used.

We stayed here over two separate nights. The first night we were in one of the newly redesigned suites, it was lovely. The second night we were in one of the older rooms which was very worn and tired. If you can get one of the newer rooms it's definitely worth staying. They also were able to store luggage for us whilst we spent 5 days visiting Bahia which was a huge help. Breakfast is only so-so nothing special, also we were told on weekends it starts at 6am but it starts at 7am.

One of waste choice to select Park Inn By Radisson hotel to stay. No service quality, very old rooms with poor functional air conditioner, lights and telephone. Not at all worst and just the waste of money. Booked for 1 month, and everyday they shifted to one new room due to some unexpected issue in existing room. I will suggest to each and everyone, dont select this hotel to stay here. So called manager is so busy in his/her personal life, that he dont have time to check and look in to the issues of customers.

NOT FRIENDLY TO FOREIGNERS. How come on whatsapp you do speak English, but when we checked in at 6pm the guy at the front desk only spoke portuguese? The restaurant staff didn't speak English either, so it was very frustrating and we felt deceived by this hotel. Barbara and Danielle were the only ones who spoke English at the front desk during the morning and their attention was great, but we don't think we will stay at this hotel again and we don't recommend it to any English speaker, or Spanish speaker. This is Latin America, the staff is supposed to speak Spanish also.

The hotel is located on a quiet street and is very convenient if you are working around Berrini area. Good breakfast but the room where it was served was not a proper restaurant. Rooms are outdated, beds are not comfortable, shower was bad. Wi-fi signal is poor and inconsistent. Staff didn't bother when I complained and I had to talk to the manager to be able to change rooms, which is something not expected for a 4-star hotel (to me looks more like a 3-star). They changed me to a different room with a better shower but the other issues were still there and there was mold on the walls near the beds. Cleanliness needs definitely to be improved. The room is quiet, windows are noise-proof. I could not claim points on their reward program because my stay was booked by an agency and not by myself, which is something absurd and never before seen anywhere in the world. Altogether I would not recommend this hotel at all, there are better options in the area.

The only good thing is the close location to the office. The rooms are clean but old with the black mold in the bathroom. There few people speaking English.

Room was good, bed was comfortable, the staff were very nice. The bathroom needs renovation - there are black spots in between the tiles (black mold?) - doesn’t look attractive at all. The breakfast is very ordinary- being vegan you can eat only fruits and maybe chia seeds with cold water. No soy or any alternative milk, the bread is of poor quality. There are no even lactose free milk or butter or yogurt for those who is lactose intolerant. Zero vegetables or nuts. Coffee is filtered- no espresso machine.

The hotel is decent except continously having lift problems. Restaurant is limited and no one is able to speak English. Rooms are clean and on great location. Service staff is very friendly but limited because of English language skills

Loved my experience here. I tend to stay at hotels that I will like, mostly because I do my homework prior. I must find good value in a hotel price, facilities, service, team staff and location correlation. This one is great. Newer ish facilities. Good room size. Best of good great price value. Location was great and the group of guests were tons of fun. I'll stay here anytime I can.

Room is old, unclean. No bath tissue at the time we got in the room. Breakfast is the simplest I've seen in any hotel, even on those with less stars.

Little value for your money. The room actually looks okay and its clean. In my opinion the problems there are related to their facilities and the way the hotel management deals with them. This is my second time staying at the hotel - I have strong doubts I will come back as I was sad to see some issues remained since my first stay. The water fountain in the gym was not working; Equipment in poor condition; The bathroom always had a bad smell a shower, sewage like, and that was unfortunate. TV does not work properly, channels not tuned in; There was no Internet for 3 days - when there was internet, the connection was slow, it would not work properly and you will probably find yourself wasting 40 minutes on the telephone with internet support staff which - even with their best intentions - could most times not resolve the issue. When confronting the duty manager, all I had was a bit of a lousy apology. I really do hope this hotel can take this as constructive criticism.

Excellent location and the employees are very kind. Good breakfast with a wide range of options. The only downside is that the "age"of the room's equipments and furniture seems a little old. Other than that everything is ok.

Great hotel in São Paulo. Well located, especially if you're in a business trip as it is really close to a lot of big companies. The rooms also have a jacuzzi range which is always nice.

The overall experience with TRYP was good. The room is good, the bed is very comfortable, room service is perfect until now. The only thing that makes me not give 5 stars is the food. Breakfast was amazing, but dinner wasn't at the same level. We were very well attended. Also, we had a van that were available to take the costumer up to a 2km radius distance from the hotel. I'm currently attending to a event from the company I work so they allocated us here at TRYP. I'd recommend the whole thing because the overall experience has been pleasureble.
