My friend got her lashes done here and they've done them right on her lash line causing her pain and discomfort. When asked for removal and refund they charged her for removal even though this was their mistake. Disgustingly rude service!!!!

I was there a few weeks ago to get an eyelash extension. The lady added a lot of cheap glue to my lashes and did not spread them out evenly. This meant when I went back two weeks later to get them removed and it was very painful and dark left marks on my eye lids. They did a terrible job putting them on and a worst job removing them due to the glue. The ladies at the shop blamed me - they kept on asking where I got them done and stated that this was all “normal” even though I was in a lot of pain when they removed them. They even blamed me for getting them done while pregnant to which I said it’s not my fault it was done terribly. They did not give me a refund and wanted me to pay for the removal and my natural long lashes have been pulled out and two weeks later I can still see swollen marks on my eye lids. DO NOT GO THERE for anything !

I’m usually a loyal customer, I’ve been here many times over the years. However, where are the original staff? I got told everyone travelling overseas. Yesterday I had the WORST waxing experience EVER. I got a Brazilian, front and back done. The most PAINFUL time. Was in there for so long, I’m no “beauty” person but I’m pretty sure wax isn’t set within 3 seconds after applying it. Nor should I have been charged $75 with this clearly inexperienced lady who not only HURT my vagina but also didn’t even complete the job leaving hair and wax still on my skin too. I’m not happy and next time I’m in store, I will be asking to speak to the manager as well as this business has lost me as a customer.

If you have long eyelashes don’t get a lash lift here, used wrong rod size and trimmed my eyelashes, they look so short now. First pic is the results and second picture is how my lashes usually look when I go to a home based salon to get them done.

I’m never going here again, after the lady was done doing my eyelashes she showed me in the mirror and I said that it isn’t what I asked for and that they were to long, she said it was fine and I paid 120$ for natural set, a couple of days later they were irritating my eyes, they were poking me and on my right eye, there was a bruise from the constant irritation (because it was on my eyelid and not on the actual lash), so I decided to remove them my self because I’m not comfortable going back there again to get them removed, so I removed them (I searched up how to do it) and I have no natural eyelashes left, all my natural eyelashes are gone. I’m never going back here again, and I will refuse to accept an apology from them. I should have read the reviews first. (this left me traumatised considering that it was my first time ever getting eyelash extensions. It was for my sweet sixteen birthday aswell, now I’m to scared to get them done ever again at any place). Swelling of the eyes, itchy, and she never told or showed me how to take care of them and also never offered a eyelash brush, she said she had been doing lashes for 4 years now, I would of expected way better then what she has done.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR LASH EXTENSIONS. Really disappointed. I paid $140 for a the full set of last extensions and after arriving home a few hours later I’d already lost at least 5 clusters. Not only this but I’ve come home and noticed that she plucked several of my natural lashes out too. The extensions felt extremely uncomfortable as some are stuck directly to my eyelid rather than the lash itself and poking into my eyes. Really disappointed as it was my first time getting lashes done. I went to a different grace salon today to get them fixed but had to drive 45mins for this as I wasn’t comfortable getting them done by the same lash tech. This is not an acceptable standard of work for what I’ve paid

don’t come here. absolutely hate the result of my eyebrow tint. was very rushed and literally three times bigger than my natural eyebrows. also, worst customer service. never smiled once. literally, one worker was lying on the bed in the back while my mum was waiting to be threaded. then another customer walks in and gets served before my mum even though we had booked prior. save your money.

Had lashes and brows done Saturday morning . Lady was hard to understand, didn't speak English well.. was chewing gum in my ear. Leaning all over my my chest area. My lashes are too long all over. big chunks of glue every where causing major irritation. Hard to remove. Was told $40 to remove. Brows are great. Never again will I go there for lashes

This is always my go to place to have my eyebrows threaded and cleaned and also getting my upper lip and chin waxed. The staff is amazing always welcoming and always knows what I need to get done with no questions asked☺️ Special thanks to MANDEEP she was very helpful and always welcoming every time I am there for a service. Thank you very much. I will always be coming back to this shop☺️

Used to go to many different salons trying to get my brows done right but now I won’t go anywhere else… Mandeep at Redbank Plaza has got my brows looking fantastic…. I always get comments… would highly recommend Mandeep to fix your uneven eyebrows ✔️✔️

Had my daughter's and I's eyebrows done here today and 👌 on doing my eyebrows cause I'm picky. Mandeep you are awesome listened to what I wanted and killed it 🥰 awsome job will be back in 2 wks haha🤙🏾

Wish I'd read the reviews before going, I'll NEVER go back! $50 for a chin, lip & brow wax & brow tint. There are obvious hairs on my chin & lip. My eyebrows have no shape the "tint" is very dark and looks likes a bad dye job. When I asked if she could lighten the colour and give my brows more shape she told me it would lighten in a couple hours. It hasn't. Both staff were rude and rushed through the appointment despite me being the only client there early on a thursday morning. If I could give no stars I would. Not recommended for facial waxing, threading or eyebrow tint.

Literally the worst business I’ve come across. I got my lash extensions done with my sister, hers were awful from the get go but I thought mine were okay at first however the next day I have chunks of eyelashes that have come off and taken my natural lashes with them (less than 24 hours after application.) When we went back to have my sisters fixed, they told me they could not fix mine as there is no longer lashes to attach falsies to, I literally have bald spots in my eyelashes. They have before photos of my lashes yet will not respond about what they look like now. I have NEVER had an experience like this. She glued my eye shut and had to use a little stick to prise them open. They will also make you go one after the other without sanitising any of the equiptment or bed between - which is less of a worry when it’s your sister but heaps more when it’s a stranger. 0 stars, they’re incompetent, rude and overpriced.

Had my brows threaded with tinting today, ended up having to walk to the bathrooms with my head down and scrub half of it off. Didn’t bother asking how thick or thin I wanted them and gave me the darkest black tint when I asked for brown. She didn’t show me the after look just sent me to pay, never asked how thick or thin I’d like them and was basically leaning on me chewing gum in my ear.

I came to Redbank Plaza to have my eyebrows threaded - and was tended to by a very helpful and understanding lady called Kanta. She listened to my request and discussed what would be best for me personally and made me very happy with everything. I will certainly be returning. It is hard finding someone who listens and who does what is best for the customer so I was very pleasantly surprised when Kanta came through.
