Uber eats order - payed priority and got dropped off second so was still cold 1) no bbq sauce 2) missing Big Mac 3) ordered crispy chicken wrap with NO lettuce & tomato - sticker was correct but chicken was grilled with lots of lettuce & tomato After all of this you’d think it couldn’t get any worse Took a big gulp of the ‘sprite’ I ordered to find out it was pure soda water as their syrup must’ve ran out. Fuming doesn’t even cut it, have called 3 times with no answer 0 star. I’m never ordering from here again

Very hit and miss. Wrong order given on a number of occassions. Also the cooked lizard in a burger is foing to be hard to get over 😩. I will never order a delivery from here (or any Mcdonalds) again either as always arrives with soggy, inedible fries from rhe bag being folded and packed in a thermal bag. The xhoosebis that or cold (well colder). Leaving 4he bag open keeps the fries crisp for a little while at least). It's a no win thing so not worth ordering.

It's mcdonalds, pretty sure we're all aware that it's fast food with low nutrition and merely fills a hole, temporarily, until we get something of substance and flavour to satisfy us. Friendly staff. Short waiting times.

Ordered a iced coffee, waited 6 minutes for them to tell me it was broken. They cleared it off the screen and wasn't told. Didn't want a refund they probably would tell me 15 minutes after the card machine was broken.

I enjoyed it, went with my brother but took a while to finish my order and spent about 20 quid on a couple burger and some fries a bit too overpriced but overall go food

Food was good value for money but the up stairs seating area needs to be cleaned more regularly. We ordered breakfast, then went upstairs to sit and eat but had to find a table and chairs that were clean. Only 1 other table had people sitting at it. Rest of the upstairs was empty.

Ordered breakfast for 3 people. Delivery driver turned up with 2 bags of drinks. The mistake was mcdonalds as the receipt on the bag is our order.

Supposed to be open 24/7. I hadn't eaten all day and needed food and the restaurant entrance was closed, went to the drive thru and was told unless I'm in a car I can't order, how the hell am I meant to get food if I don't have a car! And to be told that for health and safety reasons I can't order at drive thru! Open the bloody restaurant then! Sign says 24/7 so they should be open to the public whether by car or by foot 24/7

After waiting 20 minutes for our meal and finding a table. We where not pleased the meal was cold and I understand why it’s because Mac Donald’s give priority to pre order take outs. While you’re meal waits. Also kids running around your table standing on chairs and tables. The staff don’t give a dame and just let them do what they’re like. Once I started my meal a child came up to our table a slammed both his hands in my food. The parents of the child said nothing. We got up and left. Never ever go to mac Donald’s again.

Disgusting attitude from one of the male employees. I didn’t know it was closing time and as soon as I ago to step into the joint I was approached and told “‘no. We’re closed” with a horrible attitude continuing to shut the door in my face. I was left shocked and disrespected. A simple “I’m sorry we’re closed now.” Would’ve been fine. Please your staff some lessons in good customer service.

I went in on Saturday around the midday rush but despite it being packed inside I had 2 lovely members of staff, Tom (working on handing out orders) and Frankie (shift manager) who made the experience a lot less stressful so thank you. Great customer service!!

Food's usually made up there and then due to it being a busy place therefore food is nice and hot. Best to avoid peak times as it gets very busy, unless ordering to collect via their app.

Terrible customer service, sub par food and constantly filled with people that cause trouble. Just go somewhere else and save yourself the hassle.

It could do with a lot more seating down stairs to cater for disabled customers. No thought has been given to them 😡

Always in this Mc D's almost every Friday with my hubby and daughter. Absolutely love it, the staff are friendly. The food always of a good standard. Shout out to this lovely black lady who is a cleaner. I have forgotten her name. She's a real hard worker and the place is spotless whenever she's working and you can tell the difference if she's on shift or not.

The place is one of the few fast food shops with a good and specious ambiance in the town center. Food quality is decent and service is top notch. At times it gets crowded but 3 storied building helps to maintain the atmosphere.

Bought a caramel frappe(thinking it would be like a Costa one,where you add coffee)...daughter tried it-I had bought it for her-& she said it tastes funny. Sure enough it tasted of coffee.I talked to the manager who insisted it was coffee-flavoured. What a load of bull!!Have since looked it up...McDonalds need to put a marker saying which ones have coffee in them.Had a lovely young lad name Frankie who was thoroughly helpful & very kindly talked to my daughter(she is Autistic & he found a common connection to talk to her as he saw her badges). Shame the manager didn't seem half as helpful...

I waited in the restaurant for a cheeseburger happy meal and chicken mayo. This took 20 minutes!!! No longer fast food. Concentrating too much on the deliveries rather than loads of people cramped near the tills waiting for their food. Staff rude and have no idea what they are doing. Also very slow! Also please open up the other seating area why close that off? The restaurant is always heaving and no where to sit!!

Placed order for delivery on app, took one hour to find a driver and ended up cancelling my order after telling me that my food is on its way. Terrible!

We ordered our food with no issues got it nice and quickly and as i placed it onto the table and as I pulled my chair in I put my fingers in chewing gum which was stuck underneath, then I went to wash my hands n there was no soap so I had to get a member of staff to fill it up and when we finished eating our food our 3 hot drinks which we ordered to our table over 15 minutes before still haven't arrived so as we were leaving we went to the counter and they haven't even done them so again we were waiting and as we had to get to the car park we took them home only to discover that they were not what we ordered and even though they were hot chocolate you couldn't drink them as they tasted of water with a tiny amount of chocolate. On a plus side I called and spoke to someone and he apologised and organised a replacement for us which was great. The reason for 3 stars was how the person was on the phone and the food was ok if not it would have been lower.

Used O2 priority to get a free quarter pounder with cheese tonight, they accepted the voucher very efficient service.

The better of the 2 they have close to town centre. However the one on Whitehouse estate is still the best in Ipswich

This review is not about the experience I had at the restaurant but with the job application, I dont understand I’ve applied the same time as my first even 1 second earlier and then you reply to me at 19:53 saying you’re sorry and that I won’t be attending the interview and then literally 6 minutes later you email my friend saying you will invite him to your interview how is this even possible!!!!

My meal was fine, but the 2 kids meals didn't arrive with drinks. So children weren't happy neither was I. Tried calling the restaurant to complain about it, 10+ times always engaged so resolution of the problem!!!
