5 stars form October to 1 star in January. This new chicken sandwich- Caribbean jerk or whatever is NOT chicken! Didn’t look like chicken, didn’t feel like chicken, didn’t taste like chicken! What was this??! Waste of money on 2 meals Y U C K!! This was my first time trying the new zensation sandwich meal. It was pretty tasty. The service was friendly. Update 10/27 This Kickin’ Chickin’ sandwich meal was on point today. The fries were hot and fresh and delicious and the sandwich even better.

Food has been on point here lately after it was slacking but last few times it's definitely hit. The girl working the window probably the nicest person I've experienced at Zaxbys in a while and made sure the order and sauces were correct. Need to tell her to keep that up and people will start noticing that she can be in the higher ups there or somewhere else! Give her a 10 🌟

Order on the app went to pick it up Order was ready got home now this is feeding a family of 4 the fried pickles was burnt the FF looked to be a small not large and it was all semi cold we live 2 miles away sooooo should be hot … not to mention we didn’t have any sauce or bread in the bag …. So any way who knows when we’ll be back

I already ate most my salad before I saw this!! I really hope I don’t get sick. Chicken is pink on the inside, not cooked all the way through! I am disgusted

Overall, everything was great. My only complaint is I was the ONLY customer on the inside, but I had to stand at the counter for about 3-4 minutes before anybody would take my order, and they knew I was standing there. The food did come out fast, even though it was just a Zax kids meal. Both things of sweet tea in the dining area were empty. But the restaurant was clean and the food, as always, was delicious. I would gladly recommend this location.

Really busy this time as there was a bus of people there. Food was good but no sauce was in the bags and had to ask for cups. Would have been bad had I not checked for the sauces and dressing fir the salad.

The food is always Great! I am very excited for the new one opening a half a block from my house! However, oftentimes the app will not open, or it takes several minutes to get the app open! I have not been able to use it in several weeks on my orders. By the time I remember to get in to the app to see if it'll open when I'm at home, I've already gotten rid of the bag which had the receipt in it. Not happy about that!

Worst costumer experience I have ever encountered. Service was supper slow ordered at 1:23pm received our food at 2:00pm. Inconsiderate about their costumers. As I waited no one came up to me and assured me that the food was being made or almost done. Very disappointed.
