Worst experience ever with an accommodation. We arrived at the location only to find out the key box was empty :( We called the owner an first he said he will send someone to give is the key - no-one came :( Then he send us to a hotel saying he talked with them and we just have to change the address. But when we arrived at that hotel, they had no idea we are coming and we had to pay from our pocket :( We had luck with Booking who help us to get our money back.

War für zwei Nächte in den Hostel. Es war super! Sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Lage 10/10. Preise sind sehr fair. Alles in Allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt! Werde wiederkommen.

Totally negative experience. The smell from the garbage was killing us and it's very nosy in the center.

Brand new hostel and very well located in Passau. The hostel offers everything you need for a smooth stay in Passau. The owner is very nice and accommodating and gave me lots of great tips. Always happy to stay again.

On my trip trough Germany I stopped in Passau and found this little (let’s say big) nice place in the center of Passau. I was obsessed with the architecture and how everything was placed with detail. Everything was clean and comfortable. I met the owner and he is a very open minded guy and he helped me a lot with informations I needed. Besides that everything was perfect I had some struggle cleaning my clothes, didn’t found any wash machine. But guess that’s not necessary every time ;)

Edit; The claim that I received the refund is a lie. I have screenshots and emails that prove this is not true, so nice try. Not only you steal, but you lie as well. DO NOT STAY HERE!! The owner gives out the master/admin key that opens every single room to other guests.. We had to leave after one night, since one of the guests informed us of this and showed us that the code opens any room. We didn't feel safe, neither were we able to leave our belongings in the room. The owner is not helpful at all. He barely speaks English, so if he does not understand what you want, which he never does, he hangs up in your face. It's been 9 days and we are still waiting for our refund, that who knows if it will ever happen.

The apartment was amazing. Clean and very comfortable. I recommend this hotel if you are passing through Passau.

The location and rooms are great. It would be better I think if somebody was there welcoming the people and also giving the option of paying with credit.
