I
stayed
at
this
place
for
one
night
with
my
husband
in
May.
When
we
got
there,
we
found
out
that
we
are
not
going
to
stay
in
the
main
building
and
we
were
put
in
a
building
that
was
under
construction.
We
got
there
late
so
outside
was
cold
and
in
the
room
was
no
heat.
We
announced
the
owner
that
in
the
room
was
cold
but
he
didnt
do
anything.
Then
we
called
Booking
for
help
and
when
they
contacted
the
owner
he
lied
that
the
room
is
warm.
We
had
to
sleep
with
our
jackets
on.
Those
from
booking
told
us
to
leave
but
it
was
in
the
midnight
and
we
had
nowhere
to
go.
In
the
morning,
at
the
breakfast
we
were
not
allowed
to
sit
at
the
table
alone,
they
insisted
that
we
stay
with
a
group
of
other
people.
After
the
breakfast,
at
the
reception,
we
asked
for
the
owner
because
we
had
some
questions
about
our
stay.
I
gave
a
bad
review
to
this
place
on
booking
and
the
owner
answered
to
my
review
saying
that
I
blackmailed
him
and
that
he
called
the
police
on
us
because
we
didnt
want
to
pay.
We
only
asked
him
for
a
discount
because
it
was
not
worth
the
money.
And
also,
we
had
no
wi-fi
in
the
room.
The
owner
is
a
liar
and
very
rude.
I
do
not
recommed
this
place.
I
really
dont
get
it
how
this
place
has
such
a
good
review.

expect
to
get
the
room
I
paid
for.
When
I
made
the
reservation,
in
description
it
was
said
that
the
room
is
18
m2
and
it
was
not!
Also,
the
wi-fi
did
not
work!

can
you
make
this
false
accusations
that
we
did
not
want
to
pay
and
that
we
blackmailed
you?
How
did
we
blackmailed
you?
I
think
you
took
advantage
of
us
because
we
did
not
speak
German.
You
also
lied
to
my
sister
and
to
those
from
booking
on
the
phone.
