Hi
All,
I
was
part
of
this
training
from
my
second
trimester
onwards.
I
was
impressed
with
their
good
knowledge
and
training
and
decided
to
join
them
in
postnatal
journey
too.
I
joined
this
group
after
45days
of
my
postpartum
in
December
2022.
After
1
month
of
their
fitness
training,
I
have
lost
2.5kg.
Most
days
it
was
very
difficult
to
attend
the
live
sessions
as
I
live
in
a
different
time
zone
and
having
to
manage
my
2
month
old
baby.
I
was
very
eager
to
join
the
live
sessions
everyday
however
after
half
an
hour
of
joining,
my
baby
would
wake
up
and
I'll
have
to
quit
the
workout.
But
I
would
record
the
session
and
follow
them
later
in
the
day.
Whenever
I
cannot
follow
the
workout,
I
would
somehow
manage
to
go
out
for
a
walk
for
at
least
1hr.
It
was
very
helpful.
But
it
is
only
fruitful
along
with
a
balanced
diet.
I
enjoyed
both
the
healthy
eating
and
healthy
habits
alot.
It
helped
keep
my
spirits
high
too
and
stay
happy
with
my
little
baby
and
husband.
It
is
not
difficult
to
eat
a
balanced
meal
everyday
if
v
r
willing
to
do
it
for
our
body
and
for
our
baby's
good
nutrition.
I
had
followed
another
weight
loss
program
2
years
back.
But
this
is
the
one
I
love
more
because
the
team
never
forced
or
compelled
us
for
anything,
rather
kept
us
motivated.
I
appreciate
how
they
were
always
available
for
any
doubts
and
questions
everytime
and
cleared
them
calmly.
Felt
like
a
sister
advising
us.🥹💞
