My daughter made an appointment to dye her hair at "Treat a Salon and Spa," and it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. I cannot express how disappointed I am with the so-called "service" we received at this salon. First and foremost, my daughter's hair ended up being a complete disaster after our visit to "Treat a Salon and Spa." We had asked for a simple blonde dye, and what we got was a nightmarish mishmash of colors. Her hair was unevenly colored, and it looked like a chaotic blend of blonde, red, and black in various spots. It was disgustingly dyed, and it was evident that the stylist had no clue what they were doing. The result was a burned mess that was nowhere near what we had initially requested. The unprofessionalism displayed by the staff is beyond belief. The very next day, I came to the salon with my daughter to seek a refund for the horrendous work they had done. However, instead of acknowledging their mistake and taking responsibility, they had the audacity to insist that their work was of high quality. They were not only unhelpful but also incredibly rude. It's clear that they have absolutely no concern for their reputation or the satisfaction of their customers. To make matters worse, we were left with no choice but to urgently find another specialist to fix and restore my daughter's hair. Thankfully, we were able to rectify the situation, but it came at an additional cost. We had to pay another salon for a completely new service just seven days after our disastrous visit to "Treat a Salon and Spa." They charged us more than $400. I'm also including the name of the so-called "master" (Sally) with her business card attached, although I get the impression that all their names are made up))" In conclusion, they ruined my daughter's hair, provided appalling service, and showed no accountability for their mistakes. Save your time, money, and sanity by avoiding "Treat a Salon and Spa" like the plague. It's a complete waste of your hard-earned money, and you deserve better than the nightmare we had to endure.

The customer service was good at my appointment. Not even a week later my nails are pealing off and two broke off. They stated that they don’t do refunds and can fix them. I don’t want them fixed to get the same quality job after I paid good money. I want to like this salon but they made it hard. Don’t go here unless you want to go back in two days and pay $100.

The team at Treat Salon one of the most professional and welcoming I’ve come across. I go to them bi-weekly for my nails and Vivi does a beautiful job. Henry and Sally are also doing my hair and makeup for my wedding and I’m so grateful for their talents and loving attitude. The owner Sally is a total gem and has treated me with utmost care. Recently moved to the area and decided to walk in because my nails were looking rough. I felt so lucky to find such an amazing nail salon! The salon is always clean, the staff both friendly and professional and the pricing is transparent. Tina is an absolute artist with hard gel nails. I have seen Tina three times now and each time the set has held up over a month without lifting (before I can't stand how much they've grown out and have to get a full!) Her incredible attention to detail ensure natural looking nails that last and aren't globby or over done! Cannot recommend this place more highly! Stop in if you want to truly treat yourself!

Henry gave me a fantastic ash blonde highlight - long process but totally worth it. Sally was also super helpful and did a great job helping to style my hair.

This was one of my best experiences in a salon. I got signature facial from Sally. She was so sweet and suggesting me about skin care. I loved her and will go back again. I also got my manicure from ViVi and she did my nails. My nails look really pretty. I would really recommend doing your nails from her and Amy was really nice she did my pedicure. Fantastic service… We have been coming here for 5 years. Sally’s warmth and professionalism is a brilliant combination. Henry is so knowledgeable and intuitive about his clients needs. I’ve been so happy with my Hair cut and color. Cassie is the best ever at doing my mani and pedicures … and she’s so kind, caring and attentive to her customers needs. I went to Treat a salon and spa and now I know I’ll never be going anywhere else. I got my nails done by Angie and she was kind and patient to make sure I left with a smile on my face. I did gel french nail tips and she did amazing. I also got my eyebrows threaded by Sally and she did an incredible job at keeping my brows very natural and not looking over groomed, just cleaned up. I’ll be coming back in the near future to get my hair done here next. The prices are very reasonable, especially for the area and the quality of the services is excellent.
