This is really a cute little Mall. Got some great eateries there and a handful of little store friends as well. If you're looking for a place to get a bite to eat and want a lot of choices from fast food all the way up to restaurant it's a great place. Plus it's close to the colleges so the kids got a place to hang out.

Lots of cool shops and yummy restaurants plus good amount of parking spots. Main issue is the traffic flow. Whoever designed this plaza must've been on a psychodelic trip of sorts while watching the last scene from The Shining.

Very nice! Everything was very clean. We were there at night after a concert. Lots of teenagers going to the In and Out Burger to eat and gather. Great place for them to hang out safely. 👍

Good shopping and dinning area by the University, it has a bridge to connect both. There are some very good choices of healthy food.

Beautiful center to take a walk after enjoying your dinner at this center. There are many restaurants and shop in this place. You can also walk to UCI campus just a bridge away . We used to come here all the time when our daughter attended this school and graduated in 2016.

After eating at the Chick fil A, the is 2 hour parking. Lots of good restaurants by UCI for the student, faculty & neighbors. It's really good to eat hee first & then head over to the Los Angeles Rams training camp in the late summer. Go Rams!

Lots of good food options with mostly quick serve service mixed with grocery, mini-Target, service shops and shopping. The parking is crowded all over. The majority of spots have time restrictions designed to prohibit parking from the school but make going to the movies challenging.

I just love this place and keep finding interesting food and teas every visit. I was at Mad Dumplings today and the original dumplings were amazing😀, even better than the first time I tried them I tried them off their food truck! My new dumpling stop!!!

Great mall for UCI students. Parking can be tricky to navigate. Lots of eateries and a few useful shops thrown. A pleasant movie theater, junior Target, and an Amazon store round it out.

Lots of great places to eat and shop! I went to Bishops Cut n Color to get a hair cut and color from Ashley. 12noon is a very busy time. I would suggest going either in the morning or late afternoon to avoid so many people.

Parking is a nightmare on the chick fil a side of the plaza, recommend parking on the other side by Trader Joe’s. Great selection of sushi and bobs, great stores, one stop shop kind of plaza. Usually pretty busy with students but still quiet and peaceful.

I attended UCI in the fall of 1985 and graduated in 1989. My youngest daughter, will graduate from high school in her class of 2025. If she gets accepted to UCI in the fall, then it will be exactly 40 years ago that I attended.. That would be pretty cool!! 😎

Love this space. They remodeled it 2 years ago and it's beautiful. Parking is limited but that's just because it's such a great place to be at. Consider bringing a jacket and watching any loose papers/napkins because the main outdoor seating area can get windy at times.

The shopping center is a great place to do some shopping or to catch a movie. It is also a popular spot for families and friends to meet up.

Nice little area, we went to the dumpling shop. The food was good. The area was clean and plenty of seats available.

This place is amazing! The energy is filled with life Beautiful center to walk after enjoying your lunch or dinner. University Town Center has food selection for almost every taste imaginable.This place kept clean and calm and there is security who walk the premises consistently.

There is a variety thing's to do from shopping, eating, all different types of foods, nails, hair... you name it. Fun with friends or lover

They have a great vibe generating here with the campus of UCI surrounding. We ate at Slapfish and you can tell they make your food with the upmost perfection... it looks good, smells good and my tastebuds were exploding with the flavors of the fish, rice and crisp salad. Each having a different flavor profile but complimenting each other at the same time.. Mmmm I will be back for sure.

I go here for Pilates. Club Pilates is a great place to go. They have reformers and can show you how to work around injuries from life.

Good place to have a lunch or dinner. Convenient for UCI students as there is a Target, Trader Joe's and other useful stores. Restaurants and fast food joints match your food requirements and affordability. The place also has a FedEx store and USPS, making it a good place for shipping stuff. Parking can be confusing as there are sections reserved for the offices and parking for UCI is banned.

There are many car meets from the near by school at this shopping center. The In n Out is great for quick meals and meeting with friends. This is the main Bev Mo in the area. My friends and I like to wander the PetSmart just to see the cute animals. There is plants of parking.

Very convenient plaza for students going to nearby university Lots of good food choices but parking is always packed.

Food is good and there's a lot of options for add-ons. If you're just looking for a regular acai bowl it may feel over priced

It’s a daily place for a college student like me since it has many fast food restaurants and grocery stores like target and Trader Joe’s. Also has a movie theater which is pretty decent.

Awesome place to get all your late night cravings.... from bubble tea, a slice of pizza, cookies, etc....

There are so many convenient businesses at this shopping center. It's can be a bit crowded sometimes but you can always find parking somehow and there is a nice variety of businesses to visit. Some lesser known but super convenient to know about venues at this center are: •Exer Urgent Care •Post Office •Fed-Ex Store(with passport rush service inside) •Insomnia Cookies •eCyberdeck(Computer Cafe) •Nektar Juice Bar Then of course you have the Target(a mini version with less stuff than normal targets), Amazon Store, Great food options, and a "secret" movie theatre that plays less mainstream movies.

This is a decent sized shopping center just across the street from UCI. There are many good food choices, movie theaters, Amazon hub, and a Target. Walking distance from UCI which is helpful for locals.

Stopped by the In and Out Burgers and had a delicious hamburger fries and a coke. So good. You know what they say, "A moment on the lips.....A lifetime on the hips!" Well worth the stop. Great service too@
