    Excellent! Tests were conducted very professionally. The equipment was impressive and the employees made it easy. I will go there for any future testing. Also the waiting area had comfortable places to sit.

    Sorry, just try stars and only because the receptionists and the tech who was doing the CT scan had excellent bedside manners. Everything else - a hot mess. Scheduled an appointment. Began receiving constant calls - turns out something was scheduled incorrectly. Made a new date for a scan. Then received a call one week before that date: “Sorry, the tech will not be in the office on the day you’re planning to come (!). Can you come today?” What kind of joke is this. I went. They had me fill forms that I had already filled online, because apparently they couldn’t find them. Yeah. So two stars for the manners.

    I arrived an hour early so I could have the paperwork and be ready for my appointment. I waited the entire hour, then another 20 minutes before they took me back for a three minute CT scan. Everybody was very pleasant, but it was very frustrating that my time wasn’t important enough to take me at my appointment.

    Tech was good. Overall experience was horrible. I was texted an appointment reminder for 9. I completed paperwork online which said my appointment was at 9. Got there and receptionist tried to convince me the appointment was at 10. It most definitely was not. Showed her all the confirmations for 9. I then sat there for 1 hour and 20 minutes.

    I had a double ultrasound order- both "below the belt"= not fun. My tech Monica was super efficient, sensitive to my history "down there" and did an outstanding job. The place is clean, well run, and both times I've been there, moderate wait time, helpful staff.

    Bravo to this location of wave imaging in Irvine. Alex called me the day before the diagnostic procedure and was very knowledgeable and kind. I showed up at 6:45am this morning and the receptionist was well organized and welcoming, even that early. Jake was the technician overseeing my pet scan and Monsoor was also supervising everything. So thorough and kind and informed me as to what would take place. The whole experience here was seamless. Very well run. Thank you

    Check in was fast, I gave her my ID and insurance card and she gave me a paper with my information for signature. Monica conducted the ultrasound test, she is nice, she made sure that I feel comfortable during the test. I am happy !

    Reception area was fresh and bright looking. The young man at the front desk greeted me warmly. He took minimal information, then assured me he had all of the documents he needed. I was called to my appointment on time by a very kind and upbeat attendant named Thomas who walked me back to the machine. He told me it would be a fast scan and it was. Over within 5 minutes. Very friendly people. Very clean and well-organized office.

    The place is 5 star. Same day (within the hour) appointment. Efficient, friendly, quick and easy. The Rad website was difficult. It would not recognize me as a patient and there is no way to talk to anyone. I had to go back into my doctor’s office so they could make the appointment.

    Scheduling an appointment online is simple and straightforward, I was able to schedule for the next day. The entire facility is very clean and well-lit. I also liked how there are nice paintings hung throughout the facility, even in the changing room. Checking in for my appointment was a smooth and quick process, and I waited for less than 5 minutes before I was called. The XR techs were very smiley and friendly, and gave clear and easy to follow instructions. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Would recommend getting imaging done here.

    Great Staff. EXCELLENT SERVICE. VERY CLEAN PLACE. THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL WITH ME AS A DISABLED PERSON. THE FRONT DESK NURSE IS GREAT WOMAN. I RECOMMEND IRVINE LOCATION FOR FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

    This is the best MRI imaging center in South OC! The staff are courteous, they keep on time and schedule and the Tesla3 machine is so much faster than the Tesla1 machines. Clean, friendly and fast!! What else do you want? It is the gold standard of MRI locations….

    Very busy at 4:45 pm. Line went fast, check in easy. Front desk receptionists were nice and professional. Wait time with appt. was about 15 min. Ultrasound tech was very nice and took her time with me Very happy with visit.

    Unfortunately the power went out during my ultrasound. My tech was very considerate. She said she only had one image left when there was an ubrupt power outage. I'm hoping all my images can be restored and saved so I don't have to reschedule the procedure again. Very professional and pleasant staff at the Irvine location. I shall return when necessary in the future.

    I got my x-rays done OVER a week ago and my provider nor I have received the results or any form of contact from them. I have tried over 10 times calling the location to get the results back or something and I've left numerous voicemails over many days and still have received no responses. Absolutely absurd customer service.

    I arrived for my appointment about 10 minutes early. Reception was polite and the waiting area was clean. When called back for my scan at the scheduled time the tech introduced herself and explained the process and made me feel comfortable. The whole event was about 40 minutes from walking in the door to exiting the building. Everyone I met was friendly and polite and the entire office/lab was spotless. A1 in my book!

    I walked in and 3 ladies at the desk ignored my presence until I asked for help. They told me to wait, I stood there awkwardly. Finally one girl checked me in and got my paperwork. It was not the welcome reception I am used to at the San Clemente location. The X-Ray technician was great and very kind.

    I thought the girl I worked with was very nice. She greeted me when I came in. She took all my insurance information. A few minutes later she took me back to the ultrasound room and ran all the necessary imaging. She seemed to me to be very efficient. I would definitely recommend WaveImaging.

    Horrible service. I was standing in line for 15 min to get checked in. Our appointment check in was at 2:05pm and they called us in an 2:45pm. When I asked them why such a delay, they gave me the look. They technicians are polite enough to but the overall experience is definitely not a pleasant one especially if you are elderly and had to wait so long to be seen.

    Today was the first time I have used Wave Imaging. I was delightfully surprised when I was able to do a walk-in for an x-ray. The staff was polite and professional. They were so efficient. I was done in less than 40 minutes.

    Great technician! I was supposed to get two different views on my ultrasound today, which meant two charges. She was able to view it all in one and saved me some money! Staff is friendly. Thank you so much! Will definitely come back!

    I called the number listed which went to a centralized scheduling system. Waited for a human to pick up and asked for a direct number. I wish this number was listed. Since X-Rays are walk-in only for the Irvine Barranca facility, I spoke with the front desk to ensure they had a technician available, since last time I showed up there was none. This time I ensured there was, and then showed up. Paperwork was done promptly and I was shown in within minutes. The technician was very efficient and knew exactly what she was doing. She also asked me about my situation (I had a shoulder pain) and worked with empathy. Five minutes later I was out of there. Good job!

    Overall the place was nice and clean. The tech was good and professional but I had to wait for 40 minutes to be seen since I checked in and I had an appointment. I thought that was too long. There were patients that came after me but were seen before me for some reason.

    I arrived 30 minutes early fully expecting to wait, but they saw to my appointment quickly. From the front desk receptionists to the nurses assigned to assist in the room, I saw nothing but qualified and competent staff. Highly recommend!

    My appointment was at 8:00pm, check-in was easy, most part was done online before I came to the office. It was the ultrasound young lady’s Birthday! Feel so thankful to her. She was very gentle and efficient. The room was nice and clean. Exam went through very smooth. This lab site is alway my favorite.
