I’ve been coming here for a couple of months and honestly I hate this place. I’m moving over to a new doctor. Here’s why: No matter what time you make an appointment, there is always at least a half hour wait in the waiting room and then another half hour wait in the room before the doctor actually sees you. Expect to stay for at least 1.5 hours. Dr. Crane advised me to change my birth control citing clotting issues. She was upset that my previous doctor did not warn me about the side effects that MIGHT happen. So, I did. And the surprise of my life is when my birth control gives me all kinds of issues. I visit it her about these side effects (the ones she didn’t warn me about) and she just shrugs and tells me that we might need to change the birth control. Later on, I find out that the birth control she put me on has the same - if not more - side effects. I’m still suffering from said side effects, 3 months later. I have also been treated by several nurse practitioners, which are good but ultimately they cannot be the doctor you follow up regularly with. Other doctors they have, i have heard they might be better but their schedules are packed, which is not convenient.

Absolutely hated having accepted them into the delivery room. It was my first child and we had no idea what we were doing and they took advantage of it. My so called primary OBGYN, Dr Mozayani, was on her way to vacation so she sent another to perform the emergency cesarean, Dr. Wells, who was cold and made me feel awful about wanting more than one child and pushed to getting my tubes tied over and over. Anyway they were a terrible experience. And the worst part is when she sutured my cesarean she only did the top layer not inner part of the cut as most doctors who want their patients to have a healthy future. I was I pain until they next baby I had and I was taken care of the right way. So I will never recommend these women or their practice.

Dr. Crane is such a great doctor. I trusted her to deliver my first and then my second baby. She was always great at telling me what to expect and ask about any concerns I might have. She was always very thorough with me. Josie , the appointment setter/ receptionist was always very friendly during all my visits. She was always happy to help and always with a smile on her face. She was always a great person to converse a couple words with. Joy, the ultra sound tech (I’m hoping I got her name right) always a great time inside the dark room looking at the baby via the monitor. She would always tell me what we’re looking at and what the baby might be measuring. She such a great tech and always right about the sex of the baby. I never left the ultra sound appointment confused about what or how my baby was looking like. Because of the great service these women provided , I would not hesitate to return or recommend someone to the office. Great job and thank you.

I have been wanting to post a review for a very long time ( dealt with "office" a few times) but never did. I started my pregnancy with this office and it was a horrible and scary experience for me. First, I want to say it has nothing to do with Dr Mozayeni, as I found her pleasant and with great bedside manner. As a first time mom, i was anxious, and Doctor of Women did nothing bub make it worse. I am just going to list all the problems I have encountered there: - Each and Every times I have called there office, I was placed on hold for over 10 mins to finally get a rude phone operator with an attitude to answer. - the Dr did not explain a procedure to me correctly ( the u/s for down syndrome risk/genetic detection) that I have missed it and could not get it done - I have been there for 4/5 appointment s, each time 8 had to wait over 30 mins past my appointment time in the waiting room - the front desk lady is unpleasant, unwelcoming and do not put patients at ease - the medical assistant is rushed and rolled her eyes and gave me a sight when I kindly asked for a copy of my lab results -i had to harass them on the phone for them to tell me if my lab results where back - when I had my first echo (scary), after 5 mins of silence from the lab tech working the ultrasound probe on my belly, I adked her if everything was okay, she just replied: " if you let me do my job I will tell you in a bit" .what the heck??? Knowing that my pregnancy was under their care, after all this, I have changed to Women health in Fountain Valley and OMG, one of the best decision I have made in my life. There, I felt like the care of my baby and myself was in good hands. Pregnancy is supposed to be a joyful , exhilarating experience. While being under the care of Doctor of Women, I honestly feel like I was in danger. I also have a colleague of mine that started her pregnancy with them and switch to a different ob/gyn provider, due to their lack of professionalism. I hope this helps and I wish I would have read the reviews before going to that office.

I have been a patient of the Center for more than 25 years. The team of physicians are amazing! They delivered my 2 children and I would never think to go anywhere else. On another extremely important note...the office staff is just as amazing. But, I have to say that Rita is my favorite!!! She is always cheerful, helpful, understanding and compassionate! She goes out of her way to provide the most exceptional patient service and care!! I just want to give her tons of big hugs and thanks of appreciation for her being who she is! Doctor's Office for Women....you best take care of this one and don't let her go!!!!

Just do yourself a favor and find a different doctor. I was never seen within 30-45 minutes of my appointment time. They wouldn’t call to tell you that they’re running behind so you can at least plan for that. And then they rush you through the appointment because they have to go to the next patient. There is only one office employee that actually cares about the patients, which was why I came back for a few appointments. But as you can see from the most recent reviews, this office is a mess and is not worth your time.

Dr. Wells delivered my baby and it was a great experience! I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for an experienced OB-GYN. We felt taken care of throughout the pregnancy with the tests and checkups performed at each visit, and Dr. Wells was able to answer all of my questions as well as put me at ease throughout the pregnancy. Being a first time mom is a nerve-wracking experience, so finding a doctor you can trust is super important! She recommended Iron supplements and vitamin D as my test results indicated I was low in both. I felt better after taking Iron immediately as my blood flow increased. Labor went smoothly and we were fortunate to avoid a C-section, and have a quick and painless delivery resulting in a healthy baby and healthy mom. I had early labor contractions starting at 3PM, went to the hospital at midnight and our daughter was delivered at 10:43AM. Dr. Wells had a plan in place for ensuring a smooth delivery, and I'd recommend anyone looking for a doctor to go see her and trust in the process.

I had to call billing department. They never answer phone calls Called Billing several times left several voice messages in time period of last 30 days. Nobody responded to voice message. Called front office to tell them what's going on. Every time you call front office they answer with "can I put you on hold?" After long hold they answer and I explained them the issue , they said because I called so many time, they will leave a note on billing clerk desk to call me. Never got a call from them. Call them back today and asked them to get billing clerk on the phone. They said she is on lunch. Asked them when do I call they said 1:30 to 2. Called them at 1:45 again long hold and then they disconnect the call. Called again, same scenario. I waited 1 month to get an answer and now I ended up to leave this review.

Dr. Mozayeni is very sweet and caring. She is very thorough and detailed in her care. I had a great experience throughout my pregnancy with her and Devon her NP. Josie in the office is a good contact person and also very sweet and caring. Thank you so much for taking excellent care of me and my baby!!

I love my doctor (Dr Mozayeni), but the office staff are HORRIBLE. They are rude to new patients and just assume you "know the drill" without providing you with any info (where are you supposed to go to leave your urine sample, for example. When I asked at my first visit my question was addressed with disbelief, scorn, and impatience). I was reprimanded by the office staff for calling to try and get my glucose tolerance test results back. All my pregnant friends got their results back within a day or two. I hadn't heard anything so I called. Went to voicemail. Couple days later, called again because nobody called me back. Again left a message. Couple days later, called back again and someone finally answered. I was meet with impatience as I was told the results would have been shared with me at my next appointment, but fine... She could look them up for me. Ridiculous way to treat a patient. I had other issues throughout my pregnancy communicating with office staff about various things. Including the referral paperwork for my breast pump. Took months to get that resolved. Perhaps what is most annoying at the moment is the series of questions they are asking at check-in to evaluate COVID exposure risk. Even now that the U.S. has the highest COVID rates in the world, they are STILL asking if you've traveled outside the country. I have tried to be polite and respectfully highlighted that this question is incredibly xenophobic at this point AND it doesn't effectively evaluate COVID exposure risk (I am an aerosol scientist). But they continue to ask it. Reprehensibly xenophobic behavior and I won't be coming here again after I have this baby.

This used to be a very good practice prior to joining Memorial Healthcare. It's now the absolute worse OBGYN practice I've ever used. Our former doctor left the practice and we opted to use one of the existing doctors rather than follow the former doctor simply for convenience purposes...huge mistake on our part. I scheduled an appointment for my daughter and clearly indicated that she needed to see the doctor for her annual well-woman exam. I was advised that she would be seeing Dr. Crane but when we arrived, she was scheduled with the nurse practitioner for a physical. We were informed that we would have to come back for another appointment for the well woman exam. I never requested a physical and they only renewed her prescription for a month until she completed a well women exam. It appears that they were attempting to get two appointments out of us and all I can assume is that they planned to bill our insurance for a physical and then a well woman exam. In addition, their phone service (call center), is rude and very unhelpful. The office does not call you back timely, if at all. At the end of it all, we opted to drive the extra distance to Newport Beach to see our original doctor, where we had a great experience, in the same manner as we used to receive at Doctors of Women prior to them joining MemorialCare.

👍👍 Basically, Dr. Angha saved my life!! I came in with a fever, chills, and other symptoms. I asked for a broad-based antibiotic, but he recognized that I might be in sepsis and sent me straight to the ER. Sure enough, I WAS in sepsis!! Dr. Angha literally saved my life. Thank you, Dr. Angha!!
