    They don't deserve any stars. They're management can't even do a price match without changing the delivery date. It took an hour l just to talk to a manager in the store. It took them 4 months to replace my $5000 TV which had a totaltech protection that i bought. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Think twice before anyone wants to spend there hard earned $$ here. I have all the recipts and communication with them. Best buy corporate wake up.

    They always seem to have a big selection of items and the staff is friendly. You can wait a little bit sometimes but when you do get help they are quick. I always come to this location

    I stopped by a couple months ago to purchase a laptop. I wasn't sure if I wanted a Chromebook or regular laptop so I was hoping to chat with someone about the differences. I was waiting in that section for about 25 minutes and didn't see a single store associate so I went looking for someone and she said I had to be in some sort of virtual queue that I wasn't aware of. Apparently the person at the front is supposed to do that? I was never greeted by them so I just said hi and continued on to the laptops. The associate I did end up finding used her radio to put me in the queue, and that was the most help I ever got. I waited another 20 minutes without a single associate in sight (and this was a near empty store when it came to customers) and ended up leaving. I never felt so ignored in my life. I would try another Best Buy location if you're serious about purchasing something.

    Went in planned on purchasing my son his Alienware gaming PC. Cost 1999.00 stood in PC area 15 20 min not a sole came over . I finally found an employee to which I asked if I could get some service in PC area she said yes. She proceeded to have a discussion with what looked to be a couple of her friends she never called or asked anyone to come help us out. So finally after 15 mins or more after asking for help we split . I will not buy anything. From that store ever again.. there must have been 15 or more employees working but could only find one out on floor. So now I. Just going to go straight to dell and buy the PC.

    I'm not sure what happened to my original review, but it was positive. During the pandemic, I came here to purchase a freezer for my garage. The staff was helpful, even assisting me with getting it to my vehicle. I've returned several times for other items, each time being assisted wonderfully. They even have a toy section, where we bought several tiny die-cast cars as a birthday gift. Check their website, as they often have specials.

    this is absolutely the worst Best Buy I’ve ever been to they have old people working the registers that don’t know how to price match or know any of the policies for Best Buy let alone how to work a register or answer questions about products. I waited 25 minutes trying to get a price match and was denied because they have people with zero knowledge working here even the manager didn’t know that they price match GameStop when clearly it is on their website I ended up leaving feeling very disrespected and my time wasted. I would recommend another store or buying online rather than dealing with these disrespectful idiots

    Amazing staff experience, but the store did not have an item i was after. On impulse bought other bits. Glitch with joining their membership program..back end issue denied a second purchase. Once again, the team member went out of his way to fix it the next day for us. Extraordinary service given the circumstances.

    I was in need of a new laptop and came in an hour before closing. I am absolutely clueless when it comes to laptops. GREG was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Like over the top helpful. He patiently explained the differences between each laptop I was looking at and made his own personal recommendations. He genuinely wanted me to make the best decision for my self & my needs and it was SOOOO appreciated! In the past I have encountered either staff who didn't know much or didn't seem to care but Greg was everything but that. He stayed past the time he was off and was incredibly patient and thorough with me. I couldn't have had a better experience. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISEEEE

    Where did they ever get the name BEST BUY ?? I had the worst shopping experience ever this a.m.!! I asked 2 people for the location of an item, they both were quite put out to be bothered and both pointed "over there". Then had to wait at check out while the clerk chit chatted with the customer ahead of me while I waited and waited. Finally I left without my speaker. On my way to Target. Never again to Best Buy.

    Two employees at this store went above and beyond expectations of service yesterday. I had need for ink and asked two employees in which aisle would I find printer ink. They looked it up and offered to go and get to bring it back to the pay area. I agreed and was extremely appreciative. Great job!

    Lack of staff assistance is appalling. I was told by my boss to get a portable PA speaker. The Best buy website said there was two in stock at this location. The greater guy at the store tonight even caring them. There was a lack of interest by the staff and helping me. I show them the picture on their website that said that there was two in stock at their location. They told me to look at stuff that did not apply. I think there was more staff in the store than employees yes I did not get help. I think the staff actually worked for Amazon wanting me to go purchase from Amazon which I would rather not do. But the staff leaves me no choice. They can do the same thing my cat is doing. Licking its bal,,,,

    We ordered 2 of the okai scooters online, and we received them yesterday. It told me about 10 to put it together and had to charge the batteries for about 4 hours for the first time. A few hours later, we went out for a ride, I had to say this thing in fun, but I wish the scooter could have come with a bigger battery for higher speed than 15 mph. It's a cool scooter for a ride around the neighborhood.

    Was at the store today purchasing a UA boom, was assisted by the store manager Zac. Zac was professional and friendly and took care of an issue for me. I appreciate the great customer service and will remain a loyal customer to this Irvine store.

    This is the worst best buy I've gone to. Customer service is lacking tremendously. The girl in the computer department is too busy looking at her phone and gives very basic answers to any question you might have. When you call it's a third party company and your placed on hold for a ridiculous amount of time. They are foreign with very strong accents. Which makes it very difficult to communicate any concerns.

    Worse Geeksquad experience ever. I have waited 90 mins after I checked in. They could tell me how long will wait!!! They only helped 3 people in 90mins. First customer how to change laptop background. Second New remote for the TV. Third corrupted excel file( couldn't help that one) don't waste your time go to different location!!!

    Excellent service from the mobile department. I had a very difficult problem that the guy helping me was able to solve. This was the 3rd place I went to, and it was this individual that made all the difference for me so I am thankful and grateful for his and Best Buys help. (I just wish I remembered the gentleman's name. Very bright guy.)

    Came by to Get my Apple watched repaired, afterwards I was looking around at a couple things, I was thinking about getting a new TV and upgrading my phone. Greg asked me if I needed any help and was super friendly and helpful while explaining how the pricing worked. I ended up applying for a Best Buy credit card and he did a great job explaining how everything worked, especially with how the financing options worked. Greg did a great job making my visit enjoyable and helped me with everything I needed.

    All other stores are extending warrantees and return dates and Best Buy is shortening them to 14 days. I for one will not be shopping BestBuy again. It's the end of October and my Amazon purchases have until after January 10th as the return dates.

    The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I told an employee I am a Total Tech Member and I needed help choosing components for a PC for Geeksquad to build for me since I don't trust myself to do it. I knew some of what I wanted, any 32GB RAM, 850 Watt Seasonic power supply, but I didn't know what CPU, Motherboard, or GPU. Since this is the last desktop I will own I want to be able to play modern games at 4k 60fps at high/some ultra settings with little to no DLSS. I was directed to a specific employee who helped me choose Ryzen 5800x (5700x sold out the day before) PNY RTX 3080 12gb, and ASUS - TUF GAMING X570-PLUS. I will post an update when it's built and how it runs.

    Only in regards to their cell phone department when changing carriers. Had to get a new phone Ave wanted to switch carriers and take advantage of the $100 off offer. The man who “helped” didn’t properly switch from Verizon to a new ATT account and phone stopped working. Was there for well over an hour and left thinking he properly set up the new phone. Fast forward to 2 days later phone doesn’t work can’t call or sent texts or receive. Went to an ATT store and apparently he entered the migration pin as our zip code because we couldn’t get it from Verizon due to old phone being smashed and having no way to get texts. Wish the other guy working had helped us as he sounded way more helpful during our hour plus of being there. Our person also picked out the wrong case and screen cover for the phone. I wish I remembered his name but clearly he doesn’t care about screwing people over. He could’ve told us to go to a Verizon store for help or any other option. If needing to setup a new account or change carriers go anywhere other than the LF location.

    Haven't been to a brick and mortar electronics store in maybe a decade. Picked up a 55" Insignia 4k TV for $279 for my grandmother on short notice. Pleasantly surprised at the deal and I can't think of any reason to give less than five stars. Staff was friendly, store and parking lot were clean, and I got a deal right then and there without waiting a day or three for delivery.

    Change my review from 5 stars to 2. Lazy staff by the entrance. I asked for help to look for a phone and a case. he just kept pointing it to me then kept chatting with his colleagues. I kept telling him it's not there. " and he was like ohh if it's not there I don't know where it is and it'll take time to look for it and If I I asked someone to help you it'll take 20 minutes to find it and they're busy with other customers..... Why are you even there? Unprofessional, lazy...

    I purchased a TV open box from Irvine location, have it loaded by the associates trusting all was there. We came home opened the box, the TV was merely wrapped with lots of bubble wrap. Not that bad... But wait there was NOTHING ELSE in the box, not even the power cord. The listing says EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED. I made a big mistake and did not open the box and checked the contents. I wish I did and showed the guys how Best Buy deceives the buyers. SHAME!!! if you do sell this open box, say "it is just the TV unit, do not expect anything else literally"...

    I came in to buy a Jitterbug phone for a senior. I was told by 3 different employees to hold on. I left, came back, and spoke to a manager. The same person who told me to hold on was directed by the manager to help me. It took him all but 30 seconds. And they Wonder why no one goes store shopping anymore. You get better service at Walmart, and I'm being serious.

    Great place to shop! Staff are extremely friendly and were even kind enough to remind me to keep an eye on potential price drops to get a refund on price difference. Ended up saving me $100 when the price did drop a couple days later.

    A perfect visit. We entered and the greeter asked what we need. He then call a customer agent to the aisle where we are looking for appliance. The agent was knowledgeable. He knew how to provide insight without being pushy. We got our answers. 10 minutes later he set up the sale, helped us select delivery date, answered some more questions. And we were done. 15 minutes top. That’s the kind of experience I want each time every time. Great job!
