This little area offers quite a bit. You've got Five Below, Ross, PetSmart, Burke's and my new fave pOpshelf! There's plenty of parking, even though the parking lot is a lil crusty.

Good place to shop. AMC theater is there to watch a movie of your choice. Can shop from macys, burlington, etc.

Hit up the Dollar Tree there. I can always find more $1.25 things than I need.

Unlike it's neighbor Irving mall. The area seems well maintained. Stores / restaurants include Best Buy, Five Below, Harbor Freight, Party City, El Phoenix, Olive Garden, Chucky Cheese pizza.

Big, clean parking lot. Great shops. Great weekend getaway for shopping and a nice walk. Lots of super great shop. I love coming here.

It is a very big marker center located just next to the irving mall. So it’s like shopping paradise as you get a great variety and great deals. For electronics check out the best buy store, Ross for apparels, mobile accessories and cheap electronics at below $5. There also a store for pets and one where you can get super hero costumes

Large open plaza type shopping center. A variety of different stores. Parking is ample and I'm sure the various merchants would appreciate your support. Clean, daytime safe, wasn't here at night. Felt comfortable and open with plenty of shopping options.

I visited this place one time. My experience was very good.

Thanks to Jaren we had the most excellent time with great friendly service. Not too often anymore do we find people that actually like their job but we did here. Food was great. Place was nice.

Lots of parking, clean area. Easy to get in and out if. Good assortment of stores

Not bad for an old strip mall. They've remodeled a few times over the years. The Harbor Freight is impressive. El Fenix restaurant is a fan favorite.

Had a balloon bouquet ready to buy and that was very convenient for me.

PetSmart used to carry Turkey Tendons, my Chihuahua's fav treat (made by Dentley's). All of a sudden...no more. I've asked all employees, managers, no one can give me answers. My poor babies are doing without 🥺🥺🥺

Visited Beat Buy. A good store. However, the market area needs to be revamped. Should be more attractive from the freeway.

Went to K&G alot of good clothes and some pretty reasonable.

While the buildings are dated, and parking lots could benefit from the spots/lanes being repainted, the stores themselves are decent inside. Staff at the various stores have always been friendly, and rarely as congested as some of the newer/recently updated shopping centers in the area.

Well stocked, clean store and we'll mannered associates.

The only place where I could find helium gas for balloons. Every other store I visited, ran out of helium. They have hundreds of options to choose from alphabets, numbers, letters, shapes, sizes, designs.

I wouldn't call it a shopping center as it is a small plaza with like 10-15 business, with some not even mean for shopping.

It's good I just found it too late in the trip to do a thorough look
