Our school had a fundraising event here and our families loved it! They were very short staffed, which was shocking because the event was planned ahead of time. Employees said they had no idea we were going to be there and were clearly overwhelmed by the crowd. They even stopped t food orders! I was surprised at how large and clean the venue was - compared to other locations. An overall good experience. Hats off to those working that night!

I don't think I've ever posted a review. I am here now and this manager is incredibly incompetent. We waited 25 minutes before ordering and were second in line. The manager just argued with me that these fries are cooked all the way and would not cook them more. Some are still hard in the middle.I was told by an employee his name is Nico. Such a terrible experience I will be reaching out to corporate.

Worst bar ever. The bartenders were all under 18 so it took over ten minutes to get a manager that could sell me a beer. I came back later and was told they can only sell one drink an hour so I'd have to wait 4 minutes. Kids running around everywhere and music was mostly kid bop and off-brand Mickey Mouse rapping at me. Very difficult to get a table for one when you look like a middle aged white man with a beard -- my privilege does not work well here apparently. Absolutely no chicks to pick up. They are all married or have kids already.

Chuck E. Cheese is great I had a very extraordinary request for a birthday celebration for nine different birthday stars ages 1 through 5 they accommodated me with smiling faces and all the professionalism possible. My kids had a wonderful great time they were so excited nine different birthday cakes nine different birthday surprises, an awesome experience thank you to the staff of Chuck E Cheese airport Freeway, Irving, TX👍

I took off work Friday October 28th, so I could take my kids to the costume contest that was supposed to be happening at 6:30pm. I got them ready in their costumes in the pouring rain. We get to Chuck E Cheese in Irving around 6:15pm. I ask where do we go for the costume contest? We did it last year and my kids had so much fun. I was told they are only doing the contest on Saturday and Sunday. I work both those days and can’t bring my kids back. They were so disappointed. I had planned for this day in advance. The email I received and the menu sign said the costume contest was taking place on Friday. The manager said that corporate decided not to do it on Friday. There was no sign that said the contest was cancelled that night. The manager did give my kids tickets, which was really nice. Also, when I bought a 60min play card, I thought the extra 30min of playtime was automatically added, it said so on the sign but it was not added until I asked about it. The email I received also said candy was going to be handed out every hour from 6:30pm-8:30pm. No one was giving candy out either. I’m a little confused about all the false advertising. At least the staff was friendly and the pizza was tasty, still a disappointing night.

My little one and I had a great experience and wonderful time. Nico assisted me with downloading the app & helping me with buying a game card. Nico was attentive to all of us, it was as several of us needing his assistance. He is knowledgeable, attentive, professional, and great customer care; he is asset to the organization. The facility was very clean with great games and food.

I just took my 4 yr old son here. I was pleasantly surprised by its cleanliness and courteous staff. The pizza was good too. I paid 30$ for 1 hr of unlimited games. You can scan a game about every 30 secs, so multiple people can play the same or different games at same time, which was really cool. You also get tickets from some of the games. They have a lot of throwing and hitting things games and free pictures. They have one side that has games for smaller kids and one side for bigger. Great experience I will definitely return!!

Attended a birthday party and I was not impressed. The seating in between parties was cramped. (See pictures) The atmosphere was way too relaxed for it to be children’s amusement park. (See video during the “Happy birthday celebration.”) Staff wasn’t very interactive. Chuck E Cheese was just a prop. Service was fair - the trash was thrown away by yourself or parents. The pizza was not as good as another Chuck E. Cheese. I buy the boxes of Chuck E. Cheese pizza from the store and it was better than this.

Had a blast with my 3 toddlers Saturday night! I’ve lived here for 3 years and never been to this location. Much better than the few I’ve been to. We will definitely be back next week Shoutout to Samarah and the tall guy who kept sweeping my kids mess frequently. Spectacular customer service, and most of the staff were teens. Good job guys

Very Very Bad place I will never advise anyone to visit it. Bad service. Bad employment. They treated us with racism for no apparent reason. The girl there did not give us any service. And she grinned at us and treated us with racism. We got frustrated with this place, and I never advise anyone to visit it.

First off Alicia was the young woman working the front desk and she is an amazing young woman who has great customer service skills and great work ethic to be in high school, she was a pleasure to speak with and deserves that recognition as a teen working in the summer she will do big things. Now the game were fun my daughter and her friends had a blast and also the music for a kids places was good the food was good also now the only negative is not priced for family that need to be fix.

Customer service is not good, an hour wait just for one pizza, wings came out cold. No ice in the ice machine, salad bar didn’t have most stuff for a salad, Manager was arguing back. When the manager was cleaning he was throwing stuff all over the place, and would clean if you was sitting on the table. Most of the games were out of service. Most of the staff looked like they was ready to go home. First time coming and it was the worst experience ever, do not recommend.

We took my 20 month old son to play and he had a good time. He was too young for the games but there was 4 to 5 kiddie rides he could get on. He fell in love with the Scooby doo van so he mostly just rode that van about 5 or 6 times. He rode the other rides about 1x ea but he kept going back to the van. We didn't eat so can't comment about that but the place was very nice and clean. There was no price for admission. We just bought a $20 game card and we didn't use it all. But we can use it for next time. We will go back and try the pizza.

Got to experience this place for the first time ( 37years old ) with my daughter today. We had loads of fun! The pizza was actually pretty good and the salad was delicious. Employees were really nice and kept the place clean, It was really cool and nice to see them wiping down games and tables and sweeping consistently. Specific employee Nico was extremely attentive and went out of his way to show my daughter a good time. Thank you sir. Definitely going to be returning soon.

Our experience from the start was amazing! My wife and I went to Chuck E. Cheese to see what the space looked like and to get a feel of all the games my 1 year old would be able to play. After touring the center we approached Chase and asked a few questions regarding the package we were interested in getting. He was very informative and went out his way to provide us another tour with him and showed us everything that would be included all the way down to what kind of cups the kids would receive. I was very pleased with his professionalism and he would always ask, “ do you have anymore questions?” The day of the party. Again, Chase was absolutely amazing! We got there, got settled and he approached us providing us a timeline on how things would go. He even let us know the party started 3 minutes ago (yes we were late) lol. He ensured that not only my child was taken care of , but also my wife and I. As time went on, they were preparing for Chuck E to come out to sing happy birthday. Being that my child was probably the shortest thing walking in there, he asked was she able to be on the dance floor along side the other kids and I said yes. What took the cake for me when it came to Chase was when my child was bumped by another kid, he immediately went to her side ensuring she was ok. We can’t thank you enough Chase for making Journees first birthday very amazing. You did an awesome job! We’ll be back very soon.

It's was my son birthday last Tuesday, Had a Good there food was good the service of not bad. It was busy when my family was there. The only thing that was not good was the cook was playing uncensored hip hop at work place. It's a family establishment need to fix that but overall good time 👍🏽

Big shout out to Efer! We have lived in Irving our entire lives and have been going here since before the renovations.And honestly we’ve always ran into these employees that don’t want to be here or make it seem like they hate their job! We honestly only come back because of my children…..but let me tell you the moment we approached the register he was patient and welcoming talked to us about our options….put in effort to find us a different colored cup iykyk I just want to show him some appreciation for his awesome attitude and customer service!!! #hiremorepeoplelikehim

Today we had a small party for my son. The manager, Tabatha took care of us. She was so accommodating and friendly. Just awesome all around. Everyone had an great time. Thanks for a great party 🥳

Our server was awesome! Odalis was so helpful with every aspect of our party, making the birthday girl feel special ,, The restraints clean and well run. The pizza was delicious and the salad bar fresh

Haven't been to a Chuck e cheese in years since my two oldest and for some reason my two youngest haven't really been as much. I think it's cool that the company is consistent and also keeps up with updating their games but still holding the nostalgic vibe from when I was a kid. Keep it up CEC!

Staff and this specific location are great! Thank you to the Irving team that helped me make my daughters birthday special! I really loved the service I was given! The reason I am giving only 4 stars is due to the birthday package. I paid for the Ultimate Birthday Package ( most expensive ) and was not satisfied with the package itself. I feel as if the 2 hour limit felt a bit rushed. I also only got 1 pizza for adults and had to purchase drinks separately. Which is not to big of an issue but everything is very over priced there now and it added an extra $100+ to our bill. Which at that point was not worth it in my opinion.

I had a very pleasant experience on Sunday. It was fairly busy but the staff was very friendly and helpful from one of the Managers to an employee by the name of Sean who gave me exceptional service. When I first arrived Sean took our order and was VERY patient with me when I couldn't make up my mind on what I wanted to order. When is was time to pick up our pizza he was actually then in the kitchen helping out and gave me the packets of cheese and crushed pepper. Everything he did he did it with a smile and an upbeat attitude. Even though he was getting slammed back to back with customers he smile never faded. My kiddos played on just about every game there and they had no issues with the games not working or any technical difficulties. There were workers spread out throughout the place so IF something did go wrong and anyone needed help they weren't hard to find. On top of that the place was VERY well kept. Keep up the good work guys.

Was an amazing place, we had my daughter's 2nd birthday thereon may 29th, the kids had a blast, my son would NOT stay off the merry go round and my daughter loved the cars

My daughter attended a birthday party and it was worth it!. They served pizza and dippin dots ice cream. Then, I was surprised they had salad!. Really worth the visit. Kids had so much!.
