If I could give zero stars. This place is such a scam. I called and made a reservation I even paid in advanced. When we arrived the man said he gave the room away and we was forced to upgrade and had to pay extra fees. There was three extra people that left they charge you one price online then make you pay another $30-80 in person. Their prices online is not accurate. We had roaches, no phone, a/c took forever to get cold, there were burn holes. Just ghetto and unprofessional. I guess you get what you pay for never will I ever go here. They should really get shut down and have an inspector come I seen a lot of things that should be taking place.

This was my first time staying at a OYO hotel and it will be my last especially at this location. To start off, when we arrived, the hotel looked like it was being remodeled and the rooms look trashy from the outside. Most of the rooms curtains were tore up and coming down. I went to the front desk to check in and the gentleman told me that they couldn’t honor the price that the OYO booking agent gave me but he could give me the rate for $25 more. I paid it only because my reservation was already made and I wasn’t gonna get my money back. I then went to my room and I just didn’t know what to expect looking at the outside but it was actually surprising when I opened the door. The room was not what I expected but of course I saw two roaches. One was on the curtain when I was looking through the window and one was taking a shower with me this morning before I checked out. As for customer service, the front desk didn’t greet me when I came in and didn’t greet me when I checked out.

This place is an absolute NIGHTMARE! We pulled in and there were toilets, refrigerators, construction materials, etc sitting in the grass and all over the property. I accounted that to them doing renovations and went ahead and checked in. I was told the room we had reserved two weeks prior was not available and I would have to pay an additional $29.76 for an upgrade. What a joke that turned out to be. Upon walking to our room a “gentleman” was running down the walkway screaming and hollering. Again I ignored that thinking it’s just one night we will latch the door and be fine. Surprise, surprise, the newly renovated room had where the latch should be but was snapped off. Unfortunately, I didn’t take a picture of that but I did the rest of the room. We decided that we didn’t feel safe staying there and we went back to the front desk to checkout. I informed him I did not feel safe and we would be checking out and would like a refund. After some attitude he refunded me the upgrade fee and told me I would have to contact Southwest to get my points refunded and handed me a receipt and a generic business card. I contacted Southwest and informed them of the situation and they were very helpful. They informed me they have to contact the property to verify but everything should be fine. Well, when they spoke to the property they were told that I never checked out. Keep in mind I have a receipt showing where they refunded the charge the exact same day. Needless to say I have had three phone calls with Southwest, who by the way have been amazing, and the property is now saying that they don’t have an employee with the name that is clearly listed in the receipt. Basically calling me a liar, and that none of this ever happened. Well, thanks to their own dishonesty I will now share how unsafe, unhygienic, and down right nasty this property is. Check out the pictures for the condition of their newly renovated rooms. I really hope they didn’t pay for this work.

The worst experience EVER! I booked with them because they had a really affordable rate for the week. Upon arrived to the hotel I was told that they the were not accepting any ONLINE RESERVATIONS due to maintenance issues at the hotel. It was explained to me that the rooms had electrical and water issues/damages which wasn't causing then ceiling to fall on some of the residents. Then I was informed to call customer service so they couldn't refund the money or move me to another location. When I called the customer service number I was never able too speak to representative, I had not communicate with them via chat on the oyo app. When I asked them to move me to another location, they told me that in order to change locations I would have to set a new reservation and pay for it. The down side to that was, I had no more money and they said it would take 7-10 business days to process the refund back to my account, which intern left me homeless in record breaking heat for a few days. Also, it caused me to have extreme heat exhaustion which I'm still battling with. Now here's the kicker, while I'm text chatting with customer support, I witnessed the hotel accept two sets of customer who came in without a reservation and gave them rooms to stay. Upon following up on the refund status, I noticed that he hotel labeled me checked in and had me assigned to a room, which cause my refund to be prolonged another 7-10 business days. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! I have NEVER had a experience so bad dealing with a hotel and I do a lot of traveling across the country. If I could give. Negative stars, they would definitely be deserving of the lowest star rating known to man.

Don't bother. Like many other reviewers here, I had a late-night flight cancellation and booked a room here through third-party site Roomstorm upon American Airlines' recommendation. When I arrived at the hotel, which was visibly creepy and dirty (piles of trash outside rooms, foul smells, people lurking around the parking lot), there were signs posted saying they weren't accepting reservations due to a "maintenance issue" and the receptionist told us the same thing. We had to go back to the airport to sleep. OYO customer service was all but impossible to reach by phone and Roomstorm talked to me by phone and email but gave me the runaround instead of giving me a refund, so that I ended up having to dispute the claim through my creditor. Don't waste your time with Roomstorm or this scammy hotel, which judging by other reviews seems to pull this BS routinely.

I never leave reviews but I feel like this one needs to be seen. I booked a 2 bedroom suite, confirmed it a week or two before my trip, only to get there and they tell me they don’t have one. Not the biggest issue, even though it frustrates me. I had a non-smoking room and it smelled like multiple people had chain smoked in the room. It hit you right in the face when you opened the door. I bought two plug-in air fresheners because I couldn’t handle it. Not to mention it constantly smelled like weed outside of the room from other tenants. Then on night 2, we discovered there were roaches in the room. Please do not book here. After reading several reviews the day before my trip (I should’ve read them before), I wanted to cancel but I wouldn’t have gotten my refund and I was hoping I’d have a better experience. 0/10 recommend.

This is an older hotel that looks like it has been through several renovations. The exterior needs stone work and looks very run down. The inside of fee rooms were nicely renovated and clean with nice features like indirect led lighting behind the bed and nice clean appliances in the kitchen; however, lacking in many of the expected and necessary appointments one would expect — no tv remote control, only two very light weight smallish bath towels (rough texture not absorbent), one wash cloth, one hand towel, etc. The parking lot can appear rather scary at night with dark areas and overgrown bushes. A coworker was going to drop off some equipment to me, but was afraid to park and come to the room. The staff is ok, but unorganized. I asked for a late checkout (from 11am to 12pm) and they quickly agreed; however, this was not communicated to housekeeping or even recorded at the front desk as I had a housekeeper and two front desk employees come to my door asking if I was checking out. At 8am a very loud motor sound and vibration was experienced as seated a gas powered pressure washer and began scrubbing the walkways by the doors. This continued for over an hour on my hallway. When they were done, a large pool of water 3’x6’ had formed from water shot under the door and collected in the living room.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Literally the most unprofessional, incompetent, and inconvenient hotel I have ever experienced. I booked directly through OYO and prepaid a room for a week traveling from San Antonio to Irving. I get to the hotel at 11pm and am informed because of a plumbing issue they were made aware of at 10 AM they couldn’t check ANYONE in. Myself and several others were outside. Was informed we would have to call and cancel our reservation ourselves and request a refund. NO ONE ever emailed, texted, or called about not being able to check in! Imagine driving 4 hours and prepaying for a room then being refused service and having to wait 7 business days for your money in a city you don’t live in. I have reported them and their staff to the better business bureau and hope they go out of business or are bought out by better people!

If I could put negative stars I would, very rude front desk. Especially the sons owner! DO NOT BOOK HERE! Trust me I am trying to help you out. Will try to over charge you for NOTHING and will say NO MORE ROOMS AFTER ALREADY RESERVED. This has happened numerous times already! All the rest of the reviews are absolutely true, same thing has happened to me. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN ASAP

We booked our room on line when we arrived they said they didn't have anything as we were trying to reach customer service the man behind desk said yes we have 1 room available. We got to the room opened the door the tv was on sitting chair's were a mess, both queen beds were pulled away from walls and have not been made, the bathroom was used and not cleaned. We went back down to front office. He said he would send house keeping and after an hour i went back down and made him come up and see and get me new sheet's. But that was all he had. Worst place ever.

You know I am not one for writing Google reviews but I feel compelled to do this. So the company I work gives a discounted rate for the room. Awesome. Booked for three nights and well I stayed one night. Ceiling is falling in, no water, bed wasn't changed, curtains falling off, door barely worked, and the amenities that were listed were not available. To top it off, the room I booked wasn't available when I got there. So I wound up spending extra on a room that was bare bones. Just my opinion, but I do not think that anyone should spend their money on this one.

Please heed to my wise advise not to book this hotel, everything is in very bad shape, not even a single thing, to praise and on the top they overcharge you, I am ashamed they are Asian Indian looting people not giving services for what their customers are paying for. Please, please please avoid booking your bad experience. Wall curtains bedsheets, blankets etc. are all bad shape. I don’t like to give them single star. Avoid avoid this place.

Disgusting! My flight got cancelled and I was trying to save money. Lesson learned. Bugs everywhere, Cigarette ashes in the sink, general filth. I toughed it out for the 12 hours I was there. Some survival tips 1. Leave the lights on the bugs are less likely to come out. 2. Touch as little as possible this includes your luggage 3. I slept in the bathtub.I lined it with towels and used the pillows it wasn’t comfortable but there were so many bugs. 4. Kill the bugs you see it sends a strong message.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! Absolutely terrible and terrifying place to consider booking. Yes it may be a good price but there is a reason. It is much more run down than the pictures show. Our group did not feel safe at this location. There were drug users everywhere. Rooms looked like they haven’t been cleaned in a long time.

I booked a week on Expedia. I arrived and was told by the desk clerk that he had a room on the 3rd floor. After giving him my reservation info he recanted and said they didn't have anything because they have plumbing problems. Now my money is tied up in this situation. I wish I could give a negative star.

I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt after my first home said they were fully booked. I got there and the guy tells me I have to pay an extra 5$ because they don't have the room the person over the phone said they had confirmed. I'm tired sure I paid. I went to grab a few things from the store around and here is the thing they don't tell you. You have 30 minutes to see if something is wrong and cancel. I was at the store. I come back with food and there are easily six roaches crawling around. I got to the front desk and suddenly oh no I never knew but, oh well not my problem. I got 17 of the 65$ I spent back. Don't waste your cash and feel dirty for being there even a minute. They should not be allowed to run it like that. Shady.

If I could give this dump a negative number I would. First I call and am informed that they have some rooms with 2 queen beds available. We agree on $68. I show up 15 minutes later to be told that they don't have any rooms available except maybe this 2 bedroom "suite" for $95. It was late and our 3 year old was exhausted as were we. The room was dirty, the bed thinly padded plywood, the refrigerator didn't work, some full time residents were hanging out front chatting while their kids played loudly until after 11. Our room had roaches and didn't look like it had been cleaned in a long time. Avoid it like the plague.

Most importantly I booked room from OYO app, for 3 days. When I went for check-in they are asking me to pay extra $20 for every day, since they are not satisfied with the total booking price. Unless I pay extra amount they are not checking in. I dono why they are showing less price in OYO app and charging again during check-in. Worst hotel I have ever seen. Non smoking room smells completely as smoking room. Had cockroaches all over room and bathroom. Bedsheets have many cigar holes.

If I could give zero stars I would. I booked here for Nov, 10 and 11 2023. I asked if I could check in early because I was tired, front desk says yes but check out at 11 am cool. I drive all the way there and he gets the reservation number and says that room isn't available but he had an upgrade for $60 extra. I payed for another room additional to the reservation because I needed rest, I told the clerk to keep my upcoming reservation for later that daY since it was paid for online. Get there later that day and he says the room wasn't available and I would have to pay for an upgrade I called the cops they came and really chewed the clerk out because they're tired of coming there for the same issue. While I was waiting g on the police 3 more people came for their online reservation bit they were turned away, their rooms were not available without paying additional money so they left. This hotel is obviously scamming people out of money and these booking app people should leave them be. I'm calling the better business's bureau. Someone has to do something about this. And again if I could rate this place a NEGATIVE number I would. And whom ever is responding is obviously a robot because you're responding to these repeated issues like it's all good. Whomever is leaving good reviews have to be family because this place is a horrendous, horrific niggtmare and the tub is dirty

ROACH INFESTED. Was looking for a room with a kitchen & chose this place & should’ve read the reviews like I always do but had to work so it was a rush job. Checked in, the tub had a dead baby cockroach in it, then a few minutes later I see a baby cockroach crawling on the wall. Cool, I had to leave for work. Come back see THREE MORE FREAKING ROACHES, oh heck no! I leave IMMEDIATELY! I booked another hotel & I need a refund! You guys should be reported & shut down. Taking peoples money for this filth & then whoever is replying back to people stop lying like y’all work with pest control because if you did IT WOULD SHOW!

I'm not recommend anyone to come here. I was booking for 2 king bedroom and no smoking, but he gave to me a small room with one bed because of he asking how many people???? What is the problem of the people??? Then the room that he changed to me so so moist and sticky like many years no one coming to sleep include the smell really bad. More than $100/ night for bad services ever seen. (I searched from RoomStorm website, and this hotel have 100% people like, good fake)

The hotel cut off accepting online reservations so that when you get there they can up the price of everything rumors old gross not painted well not put together well holes on the floor scrapes and scuffs in the tub bathroom smelled very strong of something a mix of food and smoke. It literally felt like it was owned by some irresponsible negligent incapable group of foreigners that care nothing about anything other than themselves and making money and have no intentions of doing any repairs or remodels or any of that just turned the internet ordering off and Jack people's prices up

The Staff is so wonderful and kind, my son and I would definitely stay here again at the OYO hotel, our experience has been good and the OYO has helped us in our time of need, great Customer Service and the rooms are very clean, we didn't see any bugs throughout our whole stay! The cleaning crew always provided us with fresh towels and toiletries, they did not pester us at all, we stayed for 4 days and paid online in advance, I wish I knew about the OYO hotel when we first got to Texas! I highly recommend this Hotel above the rest of the Hotels we stayed in, it has been a very enjoyable experience! Thank You sincerely OYO Hotel keep up the Great Work!!!!

Nothing spectacular or unique about the rooms. Some of the appliance don't work such as the heater. I had a room where the ceiling leaked when it started raining. For customer service and understanding. I had a room that was reserved for one price and upon arrival it was changed for more expensive room and upcharge. Really the only good things about the rooms are the competitive prices, cheap rooms

  • 1/5 Andrew “Drew” A. 5 months ago on Google
Avoid at all costs. Hotel uses bait and switch when booking online and Expedia is ok with it. When I arrived to check in the person behind the two inch bulletproof glass told me I was getting the cheapest room even tho I booked the 2 king beds and if I wanted the room I booked I’d have to pay $200 on top of what I paid already. There is a sign in the lobby stating that they will not honor online bookings. Property was nast and hallways were full of old appliances and furniture.

I WAS ROBBED HERE!!!! DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL!!!! I was robbed while I slept, the person came IN MY ROOM and stole everything from me!!! The front desk was rude and unhelpful as I panicked about my situation. The person that broke into my room had a keycard to do so!!!!! It was the most traumatic thing I have been through. I missed my connection flight so I was already having a bad day then this happened. I had to fly back to MI with nothing but a tank top, capris and sandals on in the winter time!!!! According to other people in the hotel; this happens often. The same night someone had their car stolen and two nights previous 3 men were breaking into cars and rooms stealing everything. I will never forget the image of the guy running away with out stuff on camera (which looked exactly like the guy at the desk) then he disappears off camera and never leaves the grounds.......save yourself head my warning!!!! Plus the room smelled like cigarettes, someone else's dirty washcloths were in the bathroom and there was no soap. Disgusting conditions and smelled so bad!!!

Dont go to this hotel and save your money!!!! As i arrived on the receiption, the greedy guy arrange the booked room. He asked how many of us, i said 2 with my buddy. Then he handed the pay terminal to me without telling or mentioning balance amount to be paid. Due to tiredness and exhaustion from travel, i forgot to ask how much should i pay. I just straight put my card and pin. My bank auto message on my phone that i was charged $110 USD. I was shocked as i booked online for $42 USD. I ask the greedy guy and he told us we are 2 so he charged double. Then he added $26 USD for ealy check-in that he never advise us for early check in fee. Besides we are only 10mins early. We came on the hotel 2:50pm, check in time is 3pm. I was so upset for this experienced and learned from it. But hey! The room is so gross with cockroach. As in!!!

Absolutely DISCUSTING! I wish I would have read the reviews before reserving and just going off their photo of the room. The photo on the app showed a nicely renovated room with a clean modern feel. The room stunk like cigarette smoke. I changed rooms, and the second room stunk just as bad. The room had holes in the walls from other guest punching the wall. It was just overall run down and gross feeling. I was solo that night and just needed a bed for 5 hours, but wished I had spend another $30 and stayed in a different hotel. I did a quick check for bedbugs before committing to sleeping there. It is right next to the highway, easy access, but loud road noise if your room is facing toward the highway. The attendant at the desk was very rude. I walked up to the desk, and stood there for 2 full mins before he stopped what he was doing and acknowledged me.

If there where negative stars I would go to -5 on service!!! Called 45 mins. prior to showing up and they said that the reservation was good to go and for us to arrive. Upon arrival not only did the front desk clerk say that he was going to upgrade us but he also charges $10 in the process. I had the premium king suite with the kitchenette and got downgraded to a regular king bed and charged $10 to be downgraded. It's not only did the fight desk clerk lie to us about a reservation called customer service to have it resolved and still had no response yet. Unfortunately the following day I wasn't feeling well so we ended up getting the same room for another day and then the AC stopped working and they wouldn't come and fix it until the following morning kind of defeats the whole purpose of having a good night rest. Completely dissatisfied overall if I could I would get a refund on all my money

Do NOT book this motel. Extremely dirty and full of insects. I never write reviews but i felt i had to warn everyone who even thinks about renting this because its cheap. Its not worth it. They booked me a 1 bed room over the phone, and then later that night in person told me the room i booked was not available and wanted to charge me extra for a different room with two beds . Which i did not need. After charging me more, i went to inspect the room and found bugs INSIDE the bed. I requested a different room. Mid way through the night on the second room, i found bugs when i lifted the mattress just to be sure, out comes a roach. I slept 1 hour that night. Terrible service, neglect of cleaning and pest control throughout the property. Please do not come here.

I wish I could give this place less than one star. Cockroaches all over the floor, inside of my shoes. DO NOT stay here. We didn’t even stay after seeing 8 small cockroaches in a matter of 20 minutes. We requested a different room and as soon as we walked into the other room, instantly saw another cockroach and reeked of cigarette smoke. Went down the street instead at 1:30am just to get away from this place. They said they wouldn’t refund us the money due to the time of night, told us to call the manager the next morning. When we called, they said “manager will be in at 1pm” we called back at 1:30pm, and they said “manager was on vacation until Monday.” Clearly, they don’t care about any customers or trying to keep them satisfied. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
