The
worst
experience
EVER!
I
booked
with
them
because
they
had
a
really
affordable
rate
for
the
week.
Upon
arrived
to
the
hotel
I
was
told
that
they
the
were
not
accepting
any
ONLINE
RESERVATIONS
due
to
maintenance
issues
at
the
hotel.
It
was
explained
to
me
that
the
rooms
had
electrical
and
water
issues/damages
which
wasn't
causing
then
ceiling
to
fall
on
some
of
the
residents.
Then
I
was
informed
to
call
customer
service
so
they
couldn't
refund
the
money
or
move
me
to
another
location.
When
I
called
the
customer
service
number
I
was
never
able
too
speak
to
representative,
I
had
not
communicate
with
them
via
chat
on
the
oyo
app.
When
I
asked
them
to
move
me
to
another
location,
they
told
me
that
in
order
to
change
locations
I
would
have
to
set
a
new
reservation
and
pay
for
it.
The
down
side
to
that
was,
I
had
no
more
money
and
they
said
it
would
take
7-10
business
days
to
process
the
refund
back
to
my
account,
which
intern
left
me
homeless
in
record
breaking
heat
for
a
few
days.
Also,
it
caused
me
to
have
extreme
heat
exhaustion
which
I'm
still
battling
with.
Now
here's
the
kicker,
while
I'm
text
chatting
with
customer
support,
I
witnessed
the
hotel
accept
two
sets
of
customer
who
came
in
without
a
reservation
and
gave
them
rooms
to
stay.
Upon
following
up
on
the
refund
status,
I
noticed
that
he
hotel
labeled
me
checked
in
and
had
me
assigned
to
a
room,
which
cause
my
refund
to
be
prolonged
another
7-10
business
days.
ABSOLUTELY
RIDICULOUS!
I
have
NEVER
had
a
experience
so
bad
dealing
with
a
hotel
and
I
do
a
lot
of
traveling
across
the
country.
If
I
could
give.
Negative
stars,
they
would
definitely
be
deserving
of
the
lowest
star
rating
known
to
man.
