The
store
owners
were
very
kind.
They
initially
recommended
the
Ethiopian
beans,
but
I
ended
up
buying
the
Costa
Rica
(バラブランカ農園),
which
they
said
is
also
appropriate
to
the
flavor
I
prefer.
When
my
wife
and
I
were
waiting
for
the
roast
to
finish
(around
10
minutes),
they
served
us
both
some
Kenyan
coffee.
And
then
they
served
another
Ethiopian
coffee
to
show
the
roast
level
I
chose
with
the
one
I
ordered.
After
that,
they
showed
us
the
roasted
beans
to
confirm
the
final
product.
The
price
shown
for
the
shop
was
for
240
g
of
fresh
beans,
so
naturally
when
it
was
roasted,
it
lost
some
weight
because
of
the
decrease
of
moisture.
Based
on
the
indicated
estimate
on
their
brochure,
the
roasted
beans
should
be
around
200
g.
But
in
my
case,
I
checked
it
at
home
and
it
was
actually
230
g.
So,
I
think
the
price
is
cheap
for
the
quality,
plus
they
give
out
free
coffee
in
the
shop
while
we
waited.
After
resting
the
beans
for
6
days,
I
was
able
to
brew
some
very
sweet
pourover
using
V60.
I'm
planning
to
buy
the
same
beans
from
them
soon,
and
would
like
to
try
the
other
beans
as
well.
