Cannot recommended this eye clinic enough! If your someone who suffers from chronic dry eyes, like me, this place is an excellent choice! All of the staff are friendly and most of them can speak English if you need. The ophthalmologist is incredibly professional and takes the time to listen to your concerns. I've been going to this clinic for about two months now and have had a pleasant experience each time. So happy with their services and will continue coming in the future.

I came to this eye clinic after almost 2 years of doctors not knowing how to treat my condition: dry eyes, constant pain including shooting pain. I was told by at least 10 doctors there was nothing wrong with my eyes, had failed treatment, I felt very very hopeless. Dr Uchino is the first doctor who has helped me feel like my life can get back to normal. She is a great communicator, very knowledgeable in the eye pain field, friendly and she has been very reassuring from the start to help me get to my life back to normal. My treatment is still on going but I am grateful to get to this stage of my treatment. Highly recommend this clinic!

Very good and efficient service. Doctors can speak perfect English and are very accommodating to non-Japanese speaker. Some testing instruction material are in both Japanese and English, easy to follow.

Anybody having eye issues should not hesitate to visit this wonderful clinic! I visited the clinic after experiencing chronic dry eyes for two months while travelling. Dr Uchino put me at ease straight away and answered all of my questions about dry eye disease and the medication (my boyfriend and I had a lot of questions!) She was so kind and extremely knowledgable and also spoke excellent English. I felt so reassured after my consultation, and after just a few days taking the eye drops that were prescribed to me, my symptoms had improved dramatically and my eyes were no longer impacting me day to day. The clinic is very organised and accepts walk-in appointments, and all of the people that work there are so kind and helpful. Cannot recommend it enough. Super clean and efficient. Nurses were super friendly. Documentation needs to be written in Japanese but the ophthalmologist spoke English really well.

Absolutely loved this clinic for their diagnosis, prescription and communication. Doctors speak English so well, and are very friendly. If your Japanese is not adequate don't worry about it. Staff members are so lovely and helpful. Also, don't be scared of the bill, unless of course you are going for some surgery stuff. Also, they accept Health Insurance.
