片道1時間半程度とyoutubeでの情報を見て行ってきました。
万が一のため登山届けに個人情報を記入し、いざ奥宮を目指します。
道順は木に網が張ってある所を目安に行けますので、迷うことはなさそうです。
ハイペースで登ったためか息切れして途中のベンチで水分補給を兼ねて小休憩を挟みながら登り続けます。
始めのうちは歩きやすい山道ですが、登るに連れて足元の悪い場所や手すり等のない崖の横の細道等が多数あります。
疲れすぎて途中で断念することも考えましたが、頑張って奥宮に到着できました。
参拝をしてしばし高台からの景色を楽しみます。登りきった達成感は何とも言い表せません。
帰り道はほとんどが下り道なので行きよりだいぶ楽でした。
往復でジャスト2時間でした。
途中休憩と奥宮に居た時間を考慮すると1時間半程度歩いていたことになります。
普段運動をしない自分でも何とか無事に戻って来れましたが、奥宮の前に本堂の方で2時間程散策していたので、かなり疲れました。
山登りに慣れてない人は下記に注意された方が良いと思います。
1.明るいうちに戻って来れる時間帯に出発する
2.履きなれた滑りづらいスニーカー等を着用する(服装も山登りに適した格好で)
山の天気は変わりやすいので服装や雨具の準備
3.スポーツドリンクやミネラルウォーター等を持って行く(途中に自販機はありません)
4.熊が出ることがあるらしいので、鈴や熊避け対策グッズ持参(熊は出ませんでしたが、鹿には遭遇しました)
5.雨が降っている時や降りそうな時は登らない(足を滑らせて落ちたら軽症ではすみません、重症か死亡)
6.何かあっても自己責任
