World-class ramen with French cuisine influence. One of the priciest ramen I have had in Japan, but was worth every single yen. A great dining experience. Every ingredient was excellent quality. After trying nearly 150 ramen in Japan, this is somewhere in the top five. The risotto, in addition to the ramen, is well worth it. This place appears in Ramen Walker magazine and in my opinion deserves Michelin recognition (probably Bib Gourmand).

The interior exudes a distinct sense of sophistication, albeit with limited seating options. However, it is the culinary offerings that truly shine at this establishment. During two separate visits, the gastronomic experience proved consistently delightful. While the pricing may surpass that of traditional ramen, the rich and flavorsome nature of the cuisine undoubtedly justifies the expense. In my personal assessment, it surpasses standard ramen fare in both taste and depth of flavor.

Best ramen ever (basic lobster broth ramen). If your a seafood foodie then it’s a must try. This is my 2nd visit after 3 years ago and I continuous reminiscing about the ramen since the first visit. It still taste absolutely amazing just like how I remembered. I wish I could live in Japan to eat this ramen weekly. After the ramen, make sure to have Shrimp Risotto with the left over soup or else you would regret it. Chef speak excellent English, the menu have English writing and the restaurant takes both cash and credit card (visa and others).

Amazing experience; very classy place and gorgeous. We had LOT of ramen during our stay in Japan and this is probably #1! The cooks were very nice too! Had the basic lobster cream and risotto with a white wine caraf! Recommend it to all food lovers! (Even the Washroom was pretty)

What an amazing concept, where do i begin. We sat down and ordered a whole lobster deluxe and a whole lobster with coriander. Deep thick broth, thick noodles, lobster cooked to perfection and well seasoned. The lobster head butter was amazing. Both dishs can stand on their own but with the coriander and chilli oil it takes it to the next level. Do yourself a favour and stop by even if its out of your way. Its a must try!

Lobster bisque meets ramen. Deep & rich flavours with perfect textured noodles. The normal broth tastes more concentrated in flavour while the cream ramen was a bit more french & round in flavour. The risotto was also a clever way to end off the meal with the leftover soup from our ramen. Amazing service as well. There was a queue at 6pm on a Saturday - waited for 20mins.

Delicious!.....This restaurant is making less a traditional " Ramen ' and more a super tasty, gourmet bisque meets ramen marriage We had one bowl of the traditional and opted to have this with risotto ( great touch ) and one that was more a creamy bisque - with lobster. Both were equally delicious, the staff are great and made it all very easy for us as non Japanese speakers. Highly recommended.

I went there twice while visitingTokyo, once in November of 2022, and once recently...both times I really enjoyed the food and experience. The first time I ordered the whole lobster ramen with cream and the risotto, and the second time I ordered the deluxe ramen without cream and risotto...both were excellent. I don't know which I like more. I highly recommend it! I don't know what I'll order next time but I will be back! Btw...they speak english as well.

Tried the whole lobster ramen for 3500yen. It was outstanding. The owner was present and explained the dish in English and gave us tips on how to best experience the meal. The meal was nothing short of fantastic and in my final few nights here in Tokyo, I have lots planned. However, I'm going to ditch one of those plans to return to this restaurant once more. Be advised you must line up to be seated - you cannot make reservations. It's well worth the wait. We waited 35min total today at from 5.45pm.

Excellent French-Japanese fusion ramen restaurant, serving lobster broth ramen and risotto. Beautiful exterior and matching interior, with clean surfaces and aligned seating. The head chef seems to have been trained with French techniques and the sous chef and wait staff similarly disciplined. Basic lobster broth option hit the spot, delicately served with slices of meat, sprinkle of vegetables and a single stalked tomato. A whole lobster option also available for those wanting to splurge.

Not your usual ramen place. They use French cooking techniques to create their lobster-bases broth. The appetizers are also quite good!

The staff are very friendly. I ordered whole lobster with delux topping. I think only the lobster and egg are good enough. And the noodle is super tasty. The lobster soup is creamy and strong. The curry sauce and shrimp chili perfectly match the soup and noodle. The price is acceptable as you get the whole lobster 🦞 recommended this restaurant. One of the chefs also likes the plush I bought.

The broth was full of umami. Both the original and cream broth was well executed. Risotto was a nice little ending to enjoy the broth. Appetiser of purple sweet creme was delightful

Perfect! Appetizer of sweet potato mousse was delish, then the main game ramen is perfection in a bowl. Flavor city, population you. Everything was just perfect: chewy noodles, umami (and not over salty, over crustaceany) just beautifully balanced. Lastly the risotto is what every Australian MasterChef participant wishes they could pull off: spoon in your remaining broth, mix & parmesan sings though just as it should. Plenty of ice water, staff were friendly (excellent English if I need, explaining everything) 👌👌 thank you!

We tried whole lobster ramen and lobster broth with sesame & chili. The whole lobster tasted really good. But, surprisingly, as one of the ramens’ toppings, the slow cooked pork slice was extremely soft an juicy that impressed me so much. Although I queued for 40 minutes during lunchtime, we will definitely come again.

Ramen cooked with french culinary style. Everything is extremely delicious especially the risotto; it's a must to make the meal complete. Don't miss it!

Amazing quality, great service, ridiculously low price. I had the basic combo which was recommended for first timers - the lobster broth ramen + risotto. Delicious. No queue at 5.30pm on a Sunday. Highly recommended, I’ll be back to try the other dishes

Nice clean place, good location, well thought out menu. Had a luck to get in without lining outside around 7pm.

Ramen with a French twist, feels like you’re dining in a bistro. Specials change often.

Popular ramen shop. We arrive noon time on a Sunday. We are a bit regret that we didn't come here earlier. 45 minutes line up. But really depends on your luck. As we are lining up. We saw a big family come out with kids which make sense that we have to wait that long. Anyway. Before you go in. A waitress has already given you a menu to choose what you want and she will take the order. English menu is available too. When we go in. We hang up our jackets and wait about 15 minutes and our ramen comes. Ramen soup base lobster soup. Very fresh seafood taste!! We orders 1 bowl with lobster 2500 yen and 1 without lobster 850 yen. So we can share 1 lobster. I saw people order the risotto and you need to add another 300 yen. That will definitely fill up your stomach. My opinion is the soup is tasty but not very hot. And not really enough for risotto. And is a bit pricey for adding a lobster on top. Otherwise. I still believe is great choice to give a try!!

Wow. Best ramen in Tokyo if you want something less traditional. Think tasty noodles, amazing thick bisque-like broth. Expensive, but worth it. Portions are very large as well. Order some rice after and you can mix it with the leftover broth and parmesan to make a little risotto.

Great price, quality, and quantity. English speaking staff, and English as well as Chinese menu available upon request. Four main kinds of ramen to choose from. Do take note that only the Whole Lobster Ramen has actual lobster inside, and it is amazing!!! Lobster Cream Ramen is another must-try item, very creamy and thick base. You can choose to pay more for additional ingredients and it's all listed clearly in the menu. If you like spice, they also have their own special homemade chilli sauce available for you to add freely according to your taste. It is recommended to order risotto with little shrimps to complete your meal. It is served to you hot when you are about to finish your ramen. They will ask you to add the soup you have left in your own of ramen and they will add in a generous amount of cheese after. You just need to mix it evenly to enjoy. This meal is so satisfying and the portion is excellent. Really worth travelling just to try it at least once during your trip to Tokyo.

Known for their unique lobster ramen specialty. I thought it was good and you can play around with the taste throughout the course by adding cream cheese, chili oil, and curry powder. The risotto at the end is a must also. They serve you with rice, shrimp and egg on a small grilled plate. You then add your leftover broth and mix it up. It was orgasm in my mouth.

Full of flavour thanks to the prawn broth. First time to have bread with ramen, but when you think about it, it works extremely well. Superb tasting ramen aside, the ambience was lively thanks to an energetic team who clearly love what they do. The price range is wider than usual for a ramen restaurant because of the ingredients used - prawn vs. Lobster etc, but you can still grab an affordable bowl that tastes fantastic. Expect to queue because this place is super popular for a reason! Definitely a unique ramen experience worth the visit.
