I
really
wanted
Kurume
ramen,
so
today
I
went
to
Ichiran.
They
serve
a
pork
bone
broth
ramen
done
to
perfection.
The
thin
noodles
are
comfortingly
gentle
in
flavor
and
texture.
I
recommend
the
Kikurage
(wood
ear
mushroom)
side,
which
adds
a
delicious
texture,
and
the
salted
egg.
I
like
to
get
noodles
with
one
1/2
kaedama
and
these
options:
strong
flavor,
normal
richness,
1/2
clove
of
garlic,
put
a
circle
between
green
and
white
onion,
medium
spice,
and
normal
noodle
hardness.
At
Ichiran,
it
is
customary
to
use
a
quiet
voice
when
eating.
As
for
the
sides,
the
annin
doufu
(almond
pudding)
is
okay,
but
you
can
get
better
at
a
convenience
store.
Also,
the
side
of
sweet
pork
with
onions
is
delicious.
