Really disappointed with the taste of the food, the overall cleanliness, and the service provided. The food tastes horrible. Even the sauce tastes weird. Please use the "real" sauce. Otherwise, don't bother to add the sauce at all. Cleanliness is far below par. Food, tissues, straws, and dust are everywhere on the floor. Please sweep and mop the floor often. And don't pile the used trays and plates on the tables. It shows that you don't pay attention to cleanliness. Take it inside for cleaning. Long waiting time. Very crowded. Understaffed. A bad experience for me.

On this 2nd visit, the waiter was slow to take our orders but was fast to serve the food. However, only one type of gravvy was served with the Roti Canai, unlike at other restaurants that we've been to. The Thosai was good though, and the hot drinks were not too bad either.

Their roti is probably the best in town bcos of the tinge of sweetness. Dhal curry is the best in JB. Probably due to the tulang that goes in it. Always ask them to mandi the roti with extra extra dhal curry. Regular since their first stall in the 1970's in Pasir Pelangi.

The place is clean with lots of attending staffs. Organized ordering system but even though, order received late. Had to wait 30mins for one single roti canai. But that's mainly due to lots of people during breakfast Multiracial people comes here for a good mamak session The fodd is good though. One of the best that you can rely when you ran out of ideas of wht to eat.

Nice place to eat for mamak food lover u can dine in anytime whenever you like. Service also very good and friendly staff.

Their kari, ayam goreng, roti canai, rojak asma and nasi lemak is good. That's what people usually buy in here. But not nasi goreng/kueh teow goreng/anything that is fried other than ayam goreng is so-so. I've been eating at this place for years, the service has never been impressed me. Too slow especially when the place is crowded. They got only one person to handle the fried chicken station, one person serves drink, one person makes roti canai, and only 3 - 4 waiters to take orders that is already well-packed with work. They are totally understaffed. Please require more staff and improve your efficiency. Parking is very limited. Pricing is quite expensive, i don't mind expensive as long as the food and service is good, but oh well. If there's no improvement, it's best to just dump this restaurant. I believe people still come because the place is strategic, that's all.

Waiter always asking menu for many times... I just asking "Kopi O Ais" for drink then always asking same question... Then come with wrong drink (Kopi O Panas)... When asking, then simply said Budak Baru... Just asking simple menu always asking and send wrong items???

Understaffed and unprofessional. Have to wait at least 10 mins for staff to handle my inquiry. One staff gonna serve me but he has to be cashier and customers keep on coming. 4 customers. Then the cashier helped me. Wasted my time waiting
