My only couple of things off why I didn’t do 5 stars, 1- you can’t take your camera with you so you have to pay $160 if you want any pictures of your experience. 2- the directions on where to go and what to do when you get there were not completely clear. 3- we didn’t get to play or touch the sea Lion, but we did at least get pictures next to him. The good: amazing experience, so fun, easy to do what they ask you to do, free beer on the ferry, ride around the island afterwards for even more fun

I booked it through the Go City pass which included only dolphin encounter with no photos but inclusive of drinks and lunch. Right before when you enter the ferry, there is a team which will try to upsell you a bigger package. This one, I'll suggest to take the offer. I got a deal on extra $140 for all photos included and a trip to Garrafon + Kayaking, Snorkeling, visit to the sites, lunch/drinks at Garrafon and transfer/taxi to Garrafon all included. Perfect day to spend.

It's okay. Drinks and staff are nice. You can do several tours from there. 2 pools. No beach access :(; I personally don't like to see doplhins in captivity, ah and their VIP food Buffet got me a little sick for a few days.

Interaction with dolphins was good. Sealions was disappointing as we did not get to interact with them as you do at other places. Manatees was fun. Another point to make is the price of the photos is ridiculous. $160 for a link to your digital photos that is only valid for 30 days. Then $40 for one printed photo with one person in. $80 for one printed photo as a couple. Extortionate!!!

This is a nice experience. The Dolphins are lovely and a blast to interact with. Wish the website stated more about the sea lions and manatees because i wouldve gladly dont that! Ferry from Cancún included. Food and drinks included starting on the ferry. However, on the ferry, there is only biscuits, water, and beer. Everything else is for sale. Even on the island, the buffet is only open from 12 to 2, so if you get there before then, you have to pay to eat. The biggest downside is the cost of photos. $150 for "DiIGITAL" pics is insane! They'll try to say it's normally $200, and they are giving you a deal.

The dolphins were great - the rest of the experience left a lot to be desired. Did the boat tour from Cancun. The boarding process was completely unorganized and very stressful. Purchased the excursion in Cancun..arrived at 7:30 am to register and board the ferry for the trip to Isla Mujeras. That two story boat rocked something good... several passengers went below to the 1st floor. Thankfully they provided English translation . Uneventful.

Unfortunately we did arrive late for our dolphin encounter experience but the company was very kind to reschedule our time for the last session. We very much appreciate that. We did miss out on the VIP experience we added to our package but that was totally our fault. You're not allowed to use your own camera or phone for security & liability purposes. But they take great professional shots during your encounter w dolphins and at the end you have the option to buy them. I purchased the group package and it was super worth it. I would highly recommend this spot. Def arrive early to really enjoy every minute you're there.

We purchased the Royal VIP dolphin package. The experience with the dolphins was magical and they appear to be healthy & very well cared for. Would give a solid 5 stars if the photos weren't ridiculously expensive. You are not allowed to have a camera or cell phone with the dolphins, so if you want a picture (and they are high-resolution, professional-grade) it will be $40 USD/each or $220 for all of them; and that's only for the privilege to download them onto your cell. Covid safety: All staff wore masks (even dolphin trainers); you are required to wear a mask when inside buildings, but didn't see many patrons wearing masks outside & social distancing wasn't happening. I guess it was as safe as you could make it for a water park.

What can I say....the weather was perfect and the activities; swimming with dolphins, manatees and sea lions were instant life-time memories! If you have the time and use common sense around COVID, you will have a great time!

We had an awesome time! If it's your first time, do the full experience and get all the photos! I could never get over the fun we had swimming with the dolphins. Our dolphins were Carlos and Pacal. They also have manatees there and would love to do that next time. The lockers were secured and the bathrooms were clean.

Beautiful place with some very cheeky but gorgeous animals. I love dolphins and would only visit a place where they are kept safely and humanely. They have 100x the legally required space at this location. Worth every penny!

Amazing experience!! Ramón helped us learn about the manatees and sea lions. It was fun, educational, and an experience we will treasure. The dolphins were so sweet and taken care of well by the facility and staff. Make sure you bring shoes, a hat, sunglasses, and spf long sleeve swimwear as you can’t wear sunscreen. Afterwards we enjoyed a beautiful VIP lounge with a gorgeous view, buffet, open bar, and swimming pool. You can’t take pics yourselves, and have to pay for photos/ video ($190 included all photo/video digital) but they are good quality and better than pictures we could have taken. Bring some extra pesos in case you want to buy any extras at the shop or tip your host. I defiantly recommend going here 🐬🦭

The place it self is beautiful, out in the open sea, surrounded by beautiful creatures, DOLPHINS🐬 ❤ AN ISLAND OF BEAUTIFUL DOLPHINS. Staff were fantastic, boy I wish I had their job🤣 They say dolphins are highly intelligent, I believe this, after having the experience of playing with the Dolphin, (Eddison), he stayed with me and started to play even more, more then with the other people, for me this was a beautiful moment as I've recently been though a hard time, (women issues) This was a dream come true. Also seeing the look on my husbands face as the Dolphins picked him up and flew him through the water was priceless.. Thank you for the memories.

Had a Groupon, saved the money to spend on videos and pictures, got vip for free, as well as manatee feeding. Everyone was very nice and helpful. There was construction while we were there, but we barely noticed. The boat ride was fun, and we ended up taking a ride to the island. Everything was so fun. It's worth every penny and we will be doing it again!!

We enjoyed our trip with Dolphin discovery. The ferry ride was nice as they offer refreshments and alcohol. The location was clean and relaxing. They offer an open bar wrist band for just $13USD if your package doesn’t include it. It is all you can drink and we took full advantage of that deal. The servers were phenomenal. I gave this place 4 starts instead of 5 because you aren’t allowed to take your phone with you because they want you to purchase their photos which are pretty expensive. The time with the dolphins are short and our guide spent more time speaking with the other people in our group and barely translating things in English for us. The buffet was decent, but the options are a bit mediocre. However, this was a unique experience that I would recommend.

This place is famous among tourists and it is worth visiting. You can swim with the dolphins and have your photo taken. The food is good and the place is just perfect for the whole family.

Trip was quite nice. Our tickets included relatively slow ferry (about an hour for one way trip), but it felt pretty nice- fresh air and especially water that was transparent to the "I can see bottom of the sea" degree. Then we had about 10 minutes delay before dolphins experience. Kids (and we too!) were super happy. Photos are not allowed and photos made by stuff costs ridiculously (40 usd per one or 170 per pack). Premise has two pools and entrance to the sea (don't miss it!). Food was ok (nothing special, but most people should find something good enough for them). Trip to the island downtown was pretty nice conclusion of the day.

Absolutely beautiful place and wonderful experience. We bought the Royal swim plus with Sea life discovery. This package was all inclusive with everything included food, drinks and use of facilities with lockers! I recommend buying in advance you get deeper discounts by contacting them on WhatsApp!

Well organized and nice location. Food is ok. Wether we need to play with tamed creatures or not, it is always a sensation to see them very close. I didn't book the dolphin tour, just the snorkeling and only passed by. It is a personal choice.

Wonderful experience. We paid for the VIP area which was well worth the expense. The food was buffet style but very good and fresh. They had drinks available too. The dolphin experience was really special. There is no other way to describe how fun it was. The photo package was around 200 USD. I did not find that to be value added (not that into pictures). Just be prepared that you cannot take cameras or phones on your experience. I was able to get one picture of one of the dolphins! Great time though.
