The
dolphins
were
great
-
the
rest
of
the
experience
left
a
lot
to
be
desired.
Did
the
boat
tour
from
Cancun.
The
boarding
process
was
completely
unorganized
and
very
stressful.
We
were
told
the
wrong
place
to
go
more
than
once.
The
snorkelling
is
also
highly
unorganized,
and
the
instructions
were
only
given
in
Spanish
once
in
the
water
once
despite
being
given
in
both
English
and
Spanish
on
the
boat...
for
the
most
part.
The
instructions
were
unclear
most
of
the
time
because
not
enough
was
translated
into
English.
The
snorkelling
advertises
nurse
sharks
which
is
untrue.
The
instructions
for
Isla
mujeres
were
also
incredibly
unclear,
and
the
timing
was
awkward.
When
we
arrived
at
dolphin
discovery,
we
arrived
in
the
middle
of
a
full
thunderstorm
-
downpouring
rain,
lightening,
thunder.
We
were
freezing
and
wet
-
and
then
went
into
the
water
in
these
rough
conditions.
It
was
also
advertised
time
with
the
manatees
that
no
one
explained
how
to
get
to.
The
buffet
was
poor,
lacked
basics
such
as
silverware.
The
company
bullies
you
into
buying
pictures
in
a
split
second
that
are
definitely
over
priced
and
then
your
spend
your
time
with
the
dolphins
instead
of
with
the
pictures.
The
dolphins
were
incredible
and
the
trainers
knowledgeable,
however
we
spent
the
whole
experience
shivering
and
fighting
the
rough
waves,
wind,
and
rain
