We ordered the shoyu ramen, takoyaki, chicken karaage and macha milktea Shoyu ramen- 5/5 😍 if you want to know what a real ramen tastes like you should try theirs. They can compete with the mid-range japanese restaurants in manila. Perfect ang noodles, the broth was so good. Takoyaki- 5/5 I really takoyaki and theirs was also one of the best takoyaki I’ve tried. Crispy on the outside and hindi lasang pancake batter. Highly recommended. Karaage- 4/5 it tastes wonderful too. Hindi lang siguro talaga ako fan ng karaage. Macha milktea- 5/5 it’s not your typical macha powder lang that they mix. I love how it tastes, hindi overpowering like most macha drinks. Service- 5/5 the male staff who served our food was very very professional. Very knowledgeable on what he’s doing. And even asks us if the waiting time is okay for us. Amazing resto. Will definitely definitely come back here!

Highly recommended for those craving ramen. Great broth, and very succulent noodles. Also they currently have a promo in which there's a daily changing free additional side dish.

Kin no Buta is easily Cabanatuan's underrated gem. The quality of their ramen is superb, if you're thinking of "authentic" ramen, this is it. For 290, this bowl is what you get, and for that price this is the ultimate steal. A rich and creamy bowl of tonktosu shoyu with a pinkish slice of incredibly tender chashu, 4 quality pieces of nori, and their perfectly marinated niitamago. PLUS, they have freebies every single day! How could you beat that? I dare say Kin no Buta is the region's best ramen shop, comparing it to Hokkaido and Nagi. I'd give it a michellin star if I could.

The ambiance was of a multiple table ramen-ya located in the Kapitan Pepe district. The food is praiseworthy and of being one of very few commendable Japanese restaurants in this province, makes the experience quite a delectable one. The staff are ready to serve with a smile and do offer an ample variety of Japanese delights which you can quench down with a can or two of Lemon-Dou.

A Long Overdue Ode to Kinnobuta Ramen House - IEKEI Ramen in Cabanatuan City Cabanatuan City, a bustling hub in the heart of Nueva Ecija, has witnessed the rise of numerous ramen houses in recent years. However, there is one place that stands out as the primary source of the most delicious, affordable, and authentic ramen experience in town: Kinnobuta Ramen House - IEKEI Ramen. Upon entering Kinnobuta Ramen House, one might notice that the ambiance is not quite like a traditional Japanese restaurant. The black walls adorned with the types of ramen they offer, rather than being a setback, add an edgy and contemporary vibe to the place. This modern twist is inviting and enticing, setting the stage for a unique culinary adventure. The mastermind behind this ramen haven is a Japanese chef who brings the true essence of Japanese ramen to the table. With an array of ramen styles such as Yokohama Iekei, Nagahara, Kurume, Onimichi, Tokoshima, Hakodate Shio, Sapporo, and Asahikawa Shoyu, Kinnobuta Ramen House offers a tour of Japan's diverse regional flavors in every bowl. Itadakimasu! As I dug into my Yokohama Iekei ramen, the first thing that struck me was the rich, flavorful broth. The perfect balance of shoyu and tonkotsu created an umami sensation that left me craving for more. The noodles, cooked to perfection, were firm with a slight chewiness, while the succulent chashu slices, ajitama egg, and nori completed the ramen symphony. The menu does not end with ramen, though. Kinnobuta Ramen House also serves up mouthwatering side dishes such as nikukiru gyoza, triple salmon maki, Chicken Karaage, and authentic takoyaki. Each dish is crafted with precision and dedication, a testament to the culinary prowess of the Japanese chef. A word of caution: the dishes are served piping hot, which only adds to the authenticity of the experience. So, put your phone down, grab your chopsticks, and prepare to slurp away. Despite the unconventional decor and the absence of certain traditional elements, Kinnobuta Ramen House - IEKEI Ramen has captured the hearts and taste buds of Cabanatuan City's ramen enthusiasts. The combination of affordability, authenticity, and exceptional flavors make it a must-visit destination for ramen lovers. This review is long overdue, but it's never too late to share the joys of a truly authentic ramen experience. So, if you ever find yourself in Cabanatuan City, make sure to pay a visit to Kinnobuta Ramen House - IEKEI Ramen. It's a ramen journey you won't soon forget. Gochisousama deshita!

Our favorite ramen in Cabanatuan and I must say the most authentic out of all the places who offer ramen. We hope they’d bring back their old noodles ‘coz it’s better. But their maki selection is good, too!

Best and most authentic ramen in Cabanatuan City! I’ve tried other ramen restaurants around Cabanatuan City.. all of them taste like instant noodles straight from the pack. Managed and owned by a Japanese so you know its authentic.

My husband and I were here before and back then we honestly thought yours was the best ramen in NE. But this time I had with my friends, we were a bit disappointed by the broth. It was very salty that the taste stings our tongues and palates. Sorry. Aside from the broth, everything was good.
