I am quite afraid of dentists due to some unpleasant past experiences. However, from the moment I walked into your office, you immediately put me at ease. The assistant warmly greeted me and was cheerful yet professional throughout my visit. The dentist also had a very calming and reassuring bedside manner. While any dental procedure naturally causes some anxiety, you both worked efficiently and gently to minimize my discomfort as much as possible. Despite my initial worries, I did not experience any significant pain during the filling procedure, thanks to your skilful hands and careful attention.

Great service, convenient booking via WhatsApp and very prompt response rates. Dentists are friendly and I like Dr Purvi for her more natural approach in looking after teeth. (This original post was from 2022) (2023) Edited to add comments after a year been there - since a year ago, felt their service has deteriorated - first, they messaged me 2 months I’ve just been there to remind me to go back for regular checkup, then after that, they haven’t bothered to remind me, and a year has gone past. I went back there, but the reception was not very friendly and the simple insurance form was a lot of hassle - asked me to take the form and ask the dentist to sign by myself, after the treatment, dentist left in a hurry. Had to go back to get the signed form, only to be asked to fill in the treatment section by myself because it’s all on the receipt. It clearly marked for the dentist to fill out. All felt a bit unwelcoming. Not to mention the prices have gone up by around 20-30% since 1 year ago. I’d expect better service to deserve the higher mark-up.
