wanted
to
write
this
review
to
share
my
amazing
experience
and
how
the
staff
really
went
out
of
their
way
to
help
me
before
my
flight.
I'm
a
Star
Alliance
gold
member
so
usually
go
to
their
lounges,
but
this
trip
for
Thai
Airways
I
was
really
lucky
to
have
the
chance
to
experience
the
Plaza
Premium
Lounge.
When
I
first
came
in,
there
was
a
line
but
there
was
three
staff
members
working
hard
in
the
front
to
quickly
process
the
guests
and
people
coming
in.
I
waited
for
one
minute
only
even
though
there
was
a
line.
When
checking
in
they
were
very
quick,
and
even
let
me
know
what
facilities
are
available
to
me
as
an
airline
passenger.
During
my
time
in
the
lounge,
I
somehow
dropped
my
wallet
and
was
so
scared
I
lost
it
or
if
someone
else
picked
it
up.
Mind
you
this
is
right
before
my
trip
so
it
would
have
ruined
my
whole
trip/vacation
had
I
not
found
it.
Luckily
for
me,
a
nice
staff
member
there
name
Bambi
had
picked
it
up
and
turned
it
into
the
front
desk.
When
I
went
to
the
front
desk,
the
manager
Angus
was
really
nice
and
before
giving
me
the
wallet
made
sure
I
was
the
rightful
owner
and
really
understood
how
panicked
I
was
and
made
me
feel
really
relieved
after
speaking
with
me.
I
was
able
to
personally
say
thank
you
to
Bambi
and
give
her
a
small
token
of
appreciation
after
Angus
personally
walked
me
into
the
lounge
to
say
thank
you
to
her.
On
top
of
all
this,
there
was
ample
seating
space
and
the
food
was
fresh
and
cooked,
and
when
I
was
there
they
switched
from
breakfast
to
lunch
and
had
tasty
food
for
both
meals.
Highly
recommend
it
and
I
only
have
good
things
to
say
about
this
lounge
and
the
staff,
especially
Angus
and
Bambi!
