    Very nice lounge with great selection of quality food and service for you to take a great rest before departure. Some single malt whisky do offer for ordering in Whisky bar. A complementary Massage service also included for my visit.

    My 5 starts might not count because I have no reference point. This is my first lounge at an airport but I walked by and thought that place is 1 open and 2 looks like a nice restaurant. I walked up to the desk and was greeted very kindly ( I especially appreciated this because I look like a kid and someone who probably can't afford it) I asked a few questions about what the place is and how to get it. How much does it cost and they were extremely accommodating. They asked if I would like a shower and of course whilst traveling a shower is a very nice refresher. The shower facilities were awesome and the free food that came with the lounge access was very good as well. Wasn't a huge fan of the eggs and sausage combo but it had baked beans with it so I think that might indicate that it is more meant for the UK customers they may have. Wonderful place and I absolutely reccomend getting their app to save money and get rewards. It was 320 HKD for 1 hour 580 HKD for 2 hours 780 HKD for 5 hours.

    I have enjoyed the Plaza Premium Lounge during several layovers in HKG. The staff is always welcoming, polite, and professional. The accommodations are always clean and well maintained. There are few things as comforting as a hot shower, warm food, and a glass of wine after flying around the world.

    Worst Plaza Premium Lounge I've ever seen. Not even talking about that this calls itself a Plaza Premium "First" Lounge. Food is mediocre, softdrinks are from plastic bottles (!). Dirt everywhere Completely underwhelming and disappointing. Just a tiny bit better than the catastrophic regular Plaza Premium Lounges in Hongkong. The whole lounge has a strong fishy smell.

    Food quality was disappointing & drink selection just average, service was mediocre even for its first class lounge. No time to try its shower & massage & hence unable to comment.

    Absolute rubbish. Anticipating much more, especially given the price and in HK. Dirty, pathetic food and drinks options. Not sure how this company has the gaul to deliver such substandard service.

    It’s so sad that Japan Airlines now still cannot reopen its own lounge but using this Plaza one Have to say it is just so of different standard, from all aspects

    Very average quality, very small choice of food and alcohol. I asked for cheese with my pasta... looks like I was asking for the moon and did not get any of course. Food is not bad but not good either. Was there because it is the lounge for our flight with Turkish Airline... if you have choice...go somewhere else.

    I wanted to write this review to share my amazing experience and how the staff really went out of their way to help me before my flight. I'm a Star Alliance gold member so usually go to their lounges, but this trip for Thai Airways I was really lucky to have the chance to experience the Plaza Premium Lounge. When I first came in, there was a line but there was three staff members working hard in the front to quickly process the guests and people coming in. I waited for one minute only even though there was a line. When checking in they were very quick, and even let me know what facilities are available to me as an airline passenger. During my time in the lounge, I somehow dropped my wallet and was so scared I lost it or if someone else picked it up. Mind you this is right before my trip so it would have ruined my whole trip/vacation had I not found it. Luckily for me, a nice staff member there name Bambi had picked it up and turned it into the front desk. When I went to the front desk, the manager Angus was really nice and before giving me the wallet made sure I was the rightful owner and really understood how panicked I was and made me feel really relieved after speaking with me. I was able to personally say thank you to Bambi and give her a small token of appreciation after Angus personally walked me into the lounge to say thank you to her. On top of all this, there was ample seating space and the food was fresh and cooked, and when I was there they switched from breakfast to lunch and had tasty food for both meals. Highly recommend it and I only have good things to say about this lounge and the staff, especially Angus and Bambi!

    The facility is top notch as far as aesthetics and comfort go however the food selection is quite average at best and when requesting a soft drink, it’s poured from a plastic 1 liter bottle.

    Reached there around midnight on a flight from Taiwan. The place was mostly empty and poorly managed/equipped. There was little food available and the quality of what was there was quite average. Not impressed. But near Gate 4 that had international flight to US so was convenient.

    Definitely one of the if not the best lounge in the Hong Kong International Airport. There weren’t many guests during our visit. Very attentive service. Excellent food and free flow of drinks and wine.

    My fight always arrives early morning in HK. This is the place where I seek for HK traditional breakfast and iced Hong Kong style coffee-milk tea (order at the bar). It is always full of people, find a spot to sit first before getting food!

    The waitresses were very kind and helpful and the environment was very nice however the food was sub par, there was a pancake machine which was a nice addition but I would say overall the food is the same as on a fight. The WiFi is horrendous, even with less than 10 people in the lounge you have to keep reentering the password every couple minutes which is extremely infuriating and inconvenient when trying to fill out pandemic arrival forms for your next flight.

    People traveling over the next few days please read this and go at your own risk. Horrible and terrible experience in Hongkong airport PPL Lounge. No other lounges are open. Looted us off our money but never gave us proper service at all. They were purposefully vague about specifics. They mentioned showers, recliners as part of the package but the reality is there is barely any seating open and the showers are booked for the whole day (Note that they never mention this part anywhere nor ask us to book for showers beforehand). I had requested several times for a quick shower which was essential for me at that time as I had a personal emergency. But they paid no heed to it. The food options were very limited. We immediately requested for a cancellation and a refund. But no one was interested to talk about it. Their customer service is terrible. They are utterly rude and dont care about customer satisfaction. Maybe they need some lessons in it from other country airports on how to serve customers esp they should go and look at how customers are treated wonderfully at middle eastern country airports. No wonder they are number 1 today in that sector. Wish I could give PPL in HKG 0 stars but no option for that. Learn customer satisfaction before money making. Dont be mere money making machines in the form of humans.
