To get to the miniature steam train is a fantastic woodland walk.

👍 Great spot. Nice pebble beach. Ideal for a long walk from Douglas along Marina Drive and down here. Done it many times with the kids and the dogs. The path down to the beach is a bit narrow and overgrown but it s pleasant. You have to not mind stairs as there are quite a few.

😠 We tried to book the regency but the website was not clear enough that it wasn’t the regency so ended up booking the penta. Very basic, a little old fashioned, disgusting stained carpets, the double bed duvet was divided in two single bed duvets, the bed was quite uncomfortable and not enough pillow...
