Location was great. Seaview was excellent.

I can not fault this accommodation. Truly fabulous. The location is perfect. We stayed in apartment 4 which is sensational. The views are stunning and the accommodation is immaculate. The service is exceptional with beautiful additional touches: daily cakes, homemade jams and a welcome/ hospitality food bundle. The marmalade is beautiful: so good that we purchased some to take home. We would totally recommend this place. Will be returning and will seek this accommodation as our 1st choice option. Thank you

The Townhouse is always spotlessly clean. The staff and Management are helpful and polite. You can make arrangements for any comfort. We love the freshly baked cakes and biscuits and look forward to seeing what is on our "dessert" menu in the evenings when we return. There is a welcome pack of milk, bread, butter and marmalade which is very much appreciated when you arrive late. Spacious, excellent shower - luxury toiletries (soap, shower gel, shampoo & little knickknacks you may have forgotten to bring) Beds are comfortable with lots of pillows, spare blankets. The little touches make a difference: umbrella for those IOM showers. View from the front rooms is fabulous! Close to clothes, gift and grocery shopping, restaurants, bus stop and train station. We have stayed in many places on the island but this is our favourite which we return to time and time again. We have had little dinners or after restaurant tea/coffee at the dining table with friends. Very comfortable set up.

Almost really really good. For some reason the island was almost fully booked by the time I tried to get somewhere to stay. Searching for rooms, came across a 2-bed apartment with a bath to share with a colleague. Thanks to a little operational mixup, ended up with two single rooms/apartments with showers. On calling the hotel myself, they very kindly switched my room to allow me one of the apartments with a bath. Oh my. What a shame. Night 1 - The shower cubicle had shampoo and shower gel, but attached to the wall, so no way to use the bath. Night 2 - They kindly gave me some additional toiletries to use, but the cold tap barely opened so the bath took a long time to run to temperature, and then ... the plug wasn't water-tight so all the water ran out. Night 3 - They fixed the cold tap, and believed they'd fixed the bath, but a quick test showed it wasn't, and despite a kind receptionist coming to look they were not able to fix. Having done a 12hr football marathon the weekend before, I was hoping for a good relaxing bath. Wasn't able to get one. As for the rest: Hotel is well organised. Keyless entry and online check-in was fantastic. Nice modern TVs, sky in the living room. But very old style carpets and furniture and furnishings. Nice quality, but created a bit of an unbalanced feel. Kitchen very functional. Apartment had some small breakfast items (bread, cereal, biscuit) provided, and some instant coffee (and ground coffee but that wasn't replaced each day). Bed was comfy enough. Pillows were not very nice. Didn't try the breakfast in the location next door. Nice sea-front view from the living room, but a HORRIBLE bedroom window that faced an internal well. The well was actually an internal walkway. Nice frosted glass windows that make for a nice walkway but of course let in all the light into the bedroom. So, i couldn't have the window open for any air because if there was any the curtains moved and I woke up every time the automatic lights came on.

this hotel is very good hotel. all of my family members are very happy. they have given us an early check in and possible late check out. All Staff and staff manager are very help and friendly. thank you very much. we had a wonderful break in your hotel. highly recommended.

I absolutely loved my stay here. The room was lovely, the bed really comfy and the staff were very helpful. I was on the Isle of Man on business and will definitely ask to stay in The Town House again.

Great location central Douglas town. Staff extremely helpful and pleasant ,apartment spotlessly clean . Only downside was dated furniture and carpets
